We chose this place for breakfast buffet. The ambience of this is great with beautiful lightings. The staff is extremely professional and the breakfast spread is extensive.We loved south indian dishes and breads here. Fruits were really fresh and tasty too. However, the Asain/Western part of buffet was very unsatisfactory. We just ignored the western buffet side entirely as the options are very limited and taste is mediocre. Wouldnt suggest this place for breakfast buffet if you are paying for it.

It was a Friday night and I happen to visit the MIDNIGHT BUFFET that is put up at around 12-3. To my shock, a restraunt with so much of popularity and name couldnt offer great good. I should say it was pathetic. The staff as well wasnt courteous enough to help on things foods & dishes. Even seating was a problem to many people around including us. Nt expected from a group like Shangri-la!

Great place but not for vegetarians, options for the vegetarians are limited.Though the ambience and service is great, it lacks the basic knowledge of division of veg and non veg foods.Some non veg dishes are kept along with veg salads and bread and theres no name to it.The chefs or helpers in the asian section does not have common sense of using different ladles and dishes for veg and non veg soups.The guy took the ladle dipped in non veg broth and served me veg broth, almost felt like hitting the guy, didnt even feel like eating after it.The management should take extra care in this concern and make sure it doesnt happen.

I had an amazing brunch on my Anniversary here. The food was amazing especially the dessert section 😋. They had a mentalist there who entertained us. The very sweet staff even performed a dance also.

We had our corporate team lunch here. First of all, the ambience - absolutely wonderful, couldnt be better! The lunch buffet had a massive spread, with vegan options, breads, mind-blowing sushi, chaats, Italian, Indian, Asian, middle Eastern cuisine, and a huge variety of sumptuous desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend.

Food is good so is the ambience. I’ve been there for Sunday brunch and during week day too.There are more playthings for children on Sunday that my daughter enjoys a lot.During week days there’s still one place for kids. But any beverage isn’t included.They serve coffee and tea these days thankfully, one thing I wonder is that they cook so many types of Asian foods, but how most of dimsums taste very average unexpectedly.

Elegant interiors, soothing ambiance, enormous menu selection. Service slightly slow, but this is a place where you really dont mind waiting for a few months minutes. Really loved the informal, sitting room style seating with sofas and coffee tables.

Its not about giving review but i need to tell you all about the ambiance and food options Shangri la have in b cafe. Awesome settings of live food counters with numbers of options to choose from. Sunday Brunch is my favorite. A place suitable for both friends and family to have some delicious food , and the best part of chefs coming to your table and asking about your food experience.Items are little pricey but worth it.So many varieties of food to order , starting from Indian , Italian, Chinese ...and sea foods are the best and they are served to you by cooking it right in front of you in as per your wish. Would love to go for the Midnight buffet next time! Overall an nice experience and had lovely food. :) :)

I have to tell something about shangri-la hotel b cafe Sunday brunch. Last Sunday I visit to b cafe restaurant with my family food was delicious especially Chinese live counter , Indian lamb Curry and desserts everything mind blowing. I never had like any were even chef came to my table ask about food cammands suggestions food take caring too much reasonable value for money. Overall excellent b cafe .I inform to my business class friends to visit b cafe Sunday brunch really enjoy it .... Thank you

B – Café Shangri-La insulted me and my family in today’s dinner (3rd April). I booked a dinner to celebrate my wife’s Birthday and when I called them for table booking, they committed that they celebrate my wife’s birthday with a cake. In middle of my dinner a steward came to me and she said “Sir, there is a small celebration arranged for you”, but no such event happened till I stepped out of the restaurant. In fact, Same steward wished us “Thanks you and Good Night” when we stepped out of the restaurant. My humble request is, please don’t commit something to the guest if you cannot fulfill that commitment. It was my very bad experience and insult to me and my wife! Please dont do this for anybody.

If you are a vegetarian, avoid this place. They have next to no options for vegetarians! A decent ambience though.

Poor service. We booked Sunday brunch of 50+people and they only arranged tables for 38 only. Despite booking the table 2 weeks in advance if this is the case, then there is something grossly wrong with their operating mechanism. Some of our group mates were standing and eating, Remember this is a so called 5 star restaurant who charges you 2000+.Roadside Darshinis do much better service.The service staff were quite overworked and seemed annoyed with the guests for their simple requests at times.The food was good but not much options. And for 2k/person that too with pathetic services, this place is best to avoid.And they proved B Cafe is a B Grade cafe

Service at the Shangri la breakfast buffet was outstanding. My every need was met. I really appreciated the attention given to make me feel at home and looked after by Misto and Ranju. I really enjoyed my stay here because of this.

The service provided by Mr Gourav Giri and Ranju and Sathya are very good and extra ordinary. Most of the staff members are very friendly and helpful to the customers.

We came for dinner on a Monday to celebrate a friends birthday to B cafe in Shangrila. This was the most disappointing experience one can expect from a premium restaurant. Every dish we asked from live counters were so bad that we had to return. So much so that we had to return every dish twice after which we lost appetite. Every food item we picked was bad in taste, either under cooked or badly made. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The service was extremely bad. To serve anything they were taking at least 20 min even in a buffet. Imagine how you will feel everytime you have to return the food and get it back after 20 min and return it again to get something only after 20 min.. the manager will also meet you only after 1 hour of repeated requests and that too please do not expect any service from him.

5 stars indeed.This place truly deserves it. The mighty Sunday brunch is the best option they’ve got and probably one of the best brunches in all of bangalore. The variety extends from bread, Chaat, drinks, fruits to chocolate fountain, Japanese noodles and biryani.Lots of options in their live counters. Lots of fun activities for kids and customers. Must visit place for Sunday brunch.Other things I like was their spacious dining space, along with amazing decor and helpful staff.

Had an excellent experience during breakfast with lavash buffet spread and wonderful service.

For a dinner, ordered à la carte from the menu. Waited long for the ordered food. 20 mins after my order, and asked the staff regarding of the status, basket of bread was finally delivered. The bread were not warm at all. Not offering bread dip, but butter only. For a steak requested medium cooked, its over cooked, dried and not warm enough. These all unexpected were offered from b Café at Shangri-la. After that evening, I decided not to come back, but go to another nice Italian restaurant located at 18/F. Same food, but much better quality and services offered.
