Visited this place for a stand-up show. Beautiful place, the lighting is impressive, the seats are quite cozy and comfortable. Great sound system. The place is expensive though.

Loved the Normandy chicken steak here. Would have preferred it more if they made it less salty. A quiet place with good staff, a little on the expensive side but worth trying :)

Such a good cafe in Indiranagar. Food was beyond what we expected, the platters are very good and recommend to try their blackened chicken tacos and basque cheesecake. A slightly higher in the price range, but the place is more than decent with good music choices and food and drinks.

Not for me. This place felt like a sham. The menu doesnt have dishes for lunch. Doesnt have dishes for dinner. All portions are puny, and the prices are outrageous. Please have a look at the picture of a Mixed Meat platter I have posted. This costs 1100 Plus taxes, but please look at the portions. People call for a platter so that 4-5 people can enjoy a varied selection of food. It has three each of sausages, some kind of beef kebabs, tasteless meat balls and bacon strips. 3 each. For 1100 bucks!Strictly for very rich and tasteless people.

The ambience is simply spellbounding and gives the place a vibe like none other, in addition to blessing your instagram feed of course. The food on its part is innovative and delicious, though there were a few misses alongside the hits. The service is top-notch keeping up with the fine dining experience. The prices when compared to the other places around are obviously slightly on the higher side. Overall a captivating experience and would definitely be back!

The food and the decor makes this place stand apart from the million other restaurants in the area. The pork ribs are made to perfection and the tofu tacos are so delicious that even if you don’t like tofu, you will definitely devour this! The pickled vegetables and the chips/crisps are made in house and are truly out of this world. The Americano hit the spot at the end of the meal. A meal that we truly enjoyed and would definitely hope to go back for more.

Enjoined every moment i spent here. The ambiance, foods and drinks. Definitively the company of my old friends. A perfect place at Indiranagar for you to bring your friends for a Sunday brunch hangout. Its located at the Third floor of the building and the terrace just adds on to the location.Little cozy lift and stair case but can be ignored. They do have valet parking but ample parking space on front road (on a Sunday). Little bit far for the nearest metro station (1.5 km) but takes barely 5 min in an auto.

Amazing breakfast! Im a person who prefers savoury over sweet but one fine Saturday morning, I wanted to have pancakes and visiting Sly Granny was the best decision I made. I ordered the Elvis Pancake which comes with bacon but since Im a vegetarian I asked to get the bacon on the side so that my friend could have it instead and they followed the instructions perfectly. The pancakes werent overly sweet. It had a perfect balance. I would definitely go back and try more breakfast options. Bonus: very aesthetic interiors.

I dont really know what is there to not like about this place. They will SLYly win over your heart and you wouldnt even know it. The ambience, the food, the service...all top notch. Anyone visiting 12th Main must check out Sly granny. Larger than life decor with peppy music and delicious food. Tip: Do ask them the story of the paintings they have! Especially the wrestlers with pineapple one.Recommended: Mac and Cheese

Its a good place for that weekend brunch with friends. Food is tasty. Friendly staff. Cocktails are good too. We tried only vegetarian food here and its good. Their Thai curry with litchi and jackfruit was the best.

Great ambiance and food, was here for Sunday brunch. The menu was vast and food was served to the table. 1 less star coz every single dish had bread for reasons unknown to me.

A place with great vibe. I loved the terrace area the best. They have some nice corners there. Drinks are pretty good and the grub’s nice 👍 I particularly loved the Chorizo with calamari which is a beautiful looking fish and very scrumptious. Also had mezze platter and a baked bread. Overall a place I would love to just chill in with my gang.

Love hanging out at this interesting community space in Indiranagar. Choose from the various seating areas it offers - dining hall, speakeasy, roof top and more. The menu is quite nice, and frequently changing - which isn’t that nice. Liver pate, pork chops, fig salad - good stuff. They also serve breakfasts until 1 pm on weekends.

Love discovering new bars and pubs which go that extra mile to offer something new & innovative and Sly Granny really hits the spot.They have a delightful and eccentric drinks menu with some really mind blowing cocktails. The food is also great, loved the mushroom risotto.The Terrace area is to die for, so try and reserve a table there. All in all a great and swanky alternative to your regular bars in IndiraNagar.

This is really different from any other restobars in Bangalore, only because of the set up.The concept and the set up inside, it is set up with house kinda model and named also like front room hall kitchen and etc. It has all weird posters and paintings, painting along dictators and other stuff. Place was empty when we went and the service was great.The food was also great, you’ll get great variety of non veg options as well.

In My Quest For The Best #eggsbenedict for #breakfast I recently ended up here in @ Sly Granny on an early Sunday morning. The decor was beautiful, it’s really done well, be it the chairs, wallpapers, the furniture, the multiple seating options & the roof top. Not A Huge N Heavy Breakfast, I loved the Mini Portions And The Classic English Muffin With A Biscuit [like that of biscuits n gravy]I am definitely returning to try their other breakfast options & lunch.

The food was just amazing. And all the dishes on their Sunday Menu were really different as well. They also have an option called tasting menu where you can get all the items in the menu which is a pretty neat option.

The place serves some really nice food with a modern and chice decor. We had ala carte brunch here and the portions and taste were equally superior.

Nice posh eaterie with bar. Cool ambience. Usually quite during afternoon (better time to visit if you are looking to chill), evenings can get crowded. The place is decorated artistically, with couple of novels available for the interested. The terrace is cool, feels really great as the breeze sweeps in from all sides and takes your mind of your thoughts.

Didnt manage a rooftop seat but the indoor seating is no less. With a wall full of Arnold Schwarzenegger and pineapples to keep you company, this place has an ambience that sets it apart. The menu items are quirky and very rewarding. We ordered udon noodles, tapas-style prawns, baked brie, and *drumroll* Japanese cheesecake. Before ordering we asked the head chef if it was really the famed wobbly airy Japanese cheesecake of legends. He humbly promised and delivered his best. Loved it!! He was also kind enough to give us a complimentary layered chocolate cake, which blew us away. So go there for its ambience, hospitality, and great food. Say hi to the chef. ;)

Unfortunately reached there after 4PM by which only the rooftop was available for drinks and appetizers, but the interiors looked absolutely wonderfully designed and there was a plethora of art on the stairs leading up which felt artsy. The rooftop bar was wonderful with the waiter being able to elaborate the different drinks on the menu. Food was absolutely amazing, the hummus was on point, the tikka, meatball both were well cooked and soft. Definitely visit again if I am back in town.

Amazing place. Very nice ambience and I would recommend a reservation since they have limited sitting capacity. We ordered pita in starters and poulet and Rigatoni in mains. We were served with multigrain bread and butter in beginning and the bread was so soft I loved it. Pita bread too was very soft and was stuffed with aubergine. The hummus was not so great. The mains poulet and Rigatoni both were super amazing and I would recommend to all non vegetarian people. Presentation was very nice and the flavours were coming out very nicely. Over that entire staff was very courteous making it an amazing dinner. It is on expensive side but we used gourmet pass so it turned out to be a good deal for us.

Indiranagar has become a hub for all experimental and gastronomic experiences and Sly Granny is one such place. Located on the 12th main road of Indiranagar, Sly Granny is a perfect example of a place where vintage meets edgy. An old fashioned door at the entrance welcomes you in to a very artistic and colourful ambience. The walls are pastel coloured and decked up with a lot of modern art. The furniture including the tables and chairs are vibrant and contemporary with a touch of vintage in them. The bar counter is absolutely bright and beautiful, totally instaworthy.Interesting choices in the menu especially their house concoctions. Try the Brixton Smash which was delightfully refreshing and summery for our afternoon luncheon. The gnocchi was mouth watering and adequate. There is also another floor upstairs but is open only during the evenings. The rooftop is open and spacious filled with really quirky pictures and cool decor. I think the place can be enjoyed more during a chilly winter night with good music and a cocktail in hand. There are lot of cute corners to take great pictures and selfies. The people working at the restaurant were courteous and professional. If you are looking for spending some quality time with great food, I would recommend Sly Granny.

Its a place thatll take you back with its laid back approach, dont come in if youre in a hurry. Its best enjoyed with time and hunger on your side.We went to their Sunday brunch, and its nothing like a brunch. They give you a tasting menu with around 30 or so items and you can order them via table service - theyre made to order.Their Egg Benedict is to die for along with their breads. Must visit if you like a journey through continental and Asian cuisine.

We went for brunch at Sly Granny and least to say had an amazing experience. They have about 6-7 options for vegetarians, but cover a wide spectrum of flavours in it. The plating and food was amazing. They managed to get us a table on a walkin on Sunday.

Great ambience, music, outdoor seating and service all make for the perfect place for a date night! The cocktails were great, better than most other place Ive tried in town-liked the whiskey smash and apple and raisin mojito. The food was also excellent- I recommend the fish tacos, Indian fried chicken and veg pot pie. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the better places in Bangalore for a quick drink or a longer drinking session. Has healthy food options like broccoli spinach, and of course the menu for non healthy food seekers is great. They have gigs sometimes on the floor below. Good hospitality. Make a reservation on week days to avoid queues.

I have been to sly granny twice in the past two weeks. I sat both in the restaurant and the roof top and the ambience is superb. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Coming to the food I tried the Poulet, Rigatoni, Pita, Shepherd Pie, Udon Noodles, Gnoochi and risotto. All of them were superb and the taste was amazing. The best thing was it tasted fresh and different from all the other restaurants I have been to. In deserts I had the cheese cake and the walnut pie and both of them were awesome especially the walnut pie. A little bit on the expensive side but worth going with friends or family 8f you want to try something different 😊

The ambience of sly granny bowled us over right at the outset. The walk through the entrance and the stairs raised our appetite and expectations too. Sly granny didn’t falter there either. Right from the starters going up to the deserts and drinks, everything satisfied our palettes. I would like to specially mention the grilled sea bass and the walnut pie, the second of which we decided to reorder. The suggestions of Mr Prakash and his services were particularly noteworthy.

We had Grilled Fig & Goat Cheese Bread, Zattar Kulcha, Pita Bread & Hummus and Imam Bayildi. The Fig & Goat Cheese bread is a nust try!!!!! Their walnut pie is amazing!!!! The ambience is amazing as well. A must visit place! Staff are super courteous and service is prompt. Youll need to book the place in advance though..weekends would be crowded but even then the place is peaceful. Its an evening place.

I revisted this place, after simply loving everything about it. From the ambience to the amazing food and service. The pork ribs is a super super must have! You could also try the Mezze platter, its all full of fresh flavours. Make sure to have a prior reservation before you go there.

Heard about it from a few friends so decided to check it out on a Friday evening. Well done for the interiors, loved it. Food was usual (except boeuf bourguignon, which was amazing!!!) and drinks were expensive. They didnt have more than half the wines mentioned in the menu. I was disappointed to see that the chocolate lava cake was completely runny :(They were courteous enough to replace it though. All in all, Ill definitely go there again.

Lovely ambience,especially the music which isnt too loud & quick service. And their pannacota is heavenly. They have 2 floors and a terrace area too. Cocktail wasnt that impressive but overall good place for a beautiful evening

This was my first visit at Sly Granny. The ambience was great. The outdoor seating during the day wasnt very appealing and it was hot hence we decided to have a table inside. The place was half full. So it was a Sunday when I visit they have a Sunday brunch menu which is a fixed menu for food and drinks. They do not serve any food from the Al carte menu on a Sunday. The unlimited food was 1099+ taxes. The unlimited food + cocktails was 2199+ taxes. They had about 5-6 options for the cocktails. I tried two among these found just one of these upto the mark . The food was delicious and extremely yum. Incase you are not in a mood to drink much or so not like drinking cocktails and prefer a beer or any other drink the best option would be to order the unlimited food and order the drink separately.I will definitely go back for the food.

Pro tip: If you are there for Sunday brunch specifically ask for a table on the terrace. The couches inside are really uncomfortable for dining. Its difficult to sit on the couch and eat of the table/coffee table and annoying at times. Also the music is loud inside.Great food and decent drinks. Recommended

An enjoyable afternoon with great food & service. The atmosphere was relaxed and ambiance unique.

We didnt quite like the palce ( terrace) and there are various reasons. First its quite dark and 1 candle 🕯️ wont suffice. Second, there was no fan and it was moderately hot + mosquitos. Third, no music on the terrace area, felt like sitting in our own balcony with few planters boxes and lights.May be would visit during a day time and consider.

The perfect combination for a meal well spent.Ambience: (5/5)There are two floors here and a separate room towards the back for small parties. The lower floor is inside seating which is brightly lit with some really nice colours and decor. Multiple seating options from 2 up to 8/10. The seating is extremely comfortable. There is also a bar towards the entrance where they make some really great cocktails. The upstairs is an open air seating. We sat here and I highly recommend getting this place as it’s slightly breezy and provides a great atmosphere to eat in.Food: (5/5)This absolutely blew my mind. I didn’t imagine this place had such good food. Had the prawn tapas for starters which has a beautiful flavour that had the right balance between garlic and chilly. (Highly recommended) We had two main courses - Thai Chicken grill and the Basa fish. Both were really really good. The accompaniments were made extremely well for the basa which brought out the flavours even more. The Thai grill was cooked perfectly and had a mix of sweet and slightly spicy as well. For dessert we had the panacota and the walnut pie. Between the two I would got with the panacota. It was exquisite. The texture, the consistency and the flavour were all blended perfectly to form this dish. And it looked gorgeous too.Summary:(5/5)This is a fantastic place to grab a meal. Highly recommended. A relatively new entrant to Indiranagar, Sly Granny is the talk of the town. What really catches your eye about the place is its dual personality; while it has a relatively calm sit-down interior, it has a loud, outgoing exterior. I cant comment on the former, but the latter packs a punch.The food is delectable, especially the vegetation Massaman curry (and this comes from a hardcore chicken lover). In chicken, Ill suggest trying the orange chicken which was zesty.The show stopper for the restaurant has to be their myriad cocktails. I wouldnt want to bias your taste buds by suggesting any of them, but would implore you to explore.

Nice old fashioned ambience. Was there on a weekday and it wasnt crowded and we could have a peaceful conversation. Great food (fusion with a new take) and good drinks (again the best ones were classics with a twist). While the servers were attentive without being overbearing, they missed one order (which helped because we were already full 😀). Didnt have coffee which was a bummer. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it if you want to catch up with friends or colleagues.

The Poulet is the only thing Ive had before and it left such an impression on me that I had to have it again, the next time I came, which is very unlike me. Ordered pork ribs to start off and this was lip smacking as well, I usually like mine with a bit of crisp but these fell easily off the bone and were tender and well flavoured and that was a welcome change. The Thai lemonade topped it off, refreshing with a nice light kick. Great atmosphere on the terrace at night, especially with Bangalores weather.
