A lovely place to eat! It was extremely busy but we managed to get a table outside and ordered everything on the app. The staff were lovely and friendly and explained how everything worked. The food and drinks were delicious too, one of the best brunchs Ive eaten.

I had the all vegan breakfast. Delicious scrambled tofu, and hash browns. Everything was tasty and would recommend to anyone visiting! Also staff were very friendly, professional! Would come again

What a dream place. Staff so lovely and made your visit special. My daughter had a little birthday cake there. Its so stunning. Loved the idea of sitting outside. Unfortunately I wasnt hungry enough to have the 3 teir cakes and sandwiches. Definitely go back.

Boston Tea Party was incredibly accommodating, with fabulous service and a really friendly team of people. The food was incredible, fresh and quickly arrived. The picture was The Boss Breakfast and the star for sure was the hash brown 😍👌

Having been to a Boston Tea Party in Bristol, I assumed this one would be similar in quality. However I was greatly disappointed. We popped in the the intention of grabbing a vegan brunch before my train. The meal provided was sub par to say the least. The scrambled tofu was the worst offender; a warm unseasoned mush. The Bristol establishment provided brilliantly fried scrambled tofu seasoned with parsley, salt pepper and tumeric. The tofu here was like eating wallpaper paste in comparison. Only a morsel of beans were provided and the hash brown was disappointing. The avocado was okay, but then theres not much to get wrong with a fruit. Drinks were fine but nothing too special. Will think twice before coming to a BTP again, it seems there is major variation in quality between establishments.

Superb breakfast served at our table outside. The customer service was bested only by the quality of the food and menu. The customisation of the menu was a lovely touch with the ability to change milk options and make small adjustments like requesting no butter on toast. The arrived in a timely and it was clear that the food was freshly cooked. Great location in the centre of the city. A true treat.

The food was brilliant. I was pleasantly surprised. The venue looked rather basic but having eaten there, I would not have any reservations in recommending this place. FYI - breakfast was brilliant.

Had long wait for table & food.Nice breakfast, but not anything special. Felt annoyed that one lone female customer sat at table outside for over an hour with only a drink and typing on her laptop.Obviously had no regard for others, and taking advantage of the young staff who probably didnt have the confidence to ask her to give up her table for others.(plenty of other places to sit in Bath).

We visited for a coffee one afternoon and ended up going back for breakfast the next day because of the lovely, welcoming staff and amazing coffee.Service was lovely and it had a great atmosphere with delicious food. Really recommend a visit.

Very continental atmosphere sitting out in the square on a warm sunny day. The ordering process was easy and food was delivered promptly. The salads are excellent, highly recommended.

Lovely lunch here today in Bath. The team did say upfront that there was a delay on food as they were short staffed, but were clearly remaining calm and handled a potentially stressful situation very well. The food did take a bit longer than the 20-30 minutes originally quoted, but the team were kind enough to provide us with an extra free drink whilst we waited. The food itself was delicious and wed come back again.

Loved the atmosphere here. Fab music from buskers and lots of bars and restaurants around which gave the whole area a buzz. We had smoothies and cake which were fab! I dropped a star because the toilets were in need of an overhaul, but usable enough.

It was lovely cafe.. nowadays is the worst cafe, to have coffee you need long time..No takeaway cups, No cash accepted, when you ordered staff telling you please wait outside ?I was regular costomer since 2012 and will.not back again...

Great breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Their outside seating is nice on a sunny day. Had to wait for our food for a bit since 10am seems to be their peak time.

Amazing experience.... ordered hot chocolate and two sausage baps. Arrived in very good time, baps were toasted to perfection and seasoned beautifully. Our waiter (believe name is Tom) was perfectly well mannered and helpful in regards to allergy advice. Will definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Loved the atmosphere! Sat outside on the tables in the sun. People watching and listening to local singing groups in the street. Lovely staff behind the counter. They bring your food and drinks to your table. Nice touch. Love Boston brand 😎

I visited the Bath Boston Tea Party at the end of May and was very happy with the staff and service, even though it was very busy. I made a return visit today (13th August) and I came away very disappointed. Im in a wheelchair and unable to enter the establishment and whereas the staff on my first visit were happy to take my order and payment outside, today the answer was NO. They could not accept cash. They could not bring the card reader out to process my card payment or take my card and I could not access the app (my ohone is a basic mobile for calls/texts only) and l left feeling very dejected. I crossed over the road to a little coffee shop and the young man was more than willing to take my order AND bring out the card reader to process payment. I understand that you are not able to accommodate wheelchair users inside but please spare a thought for disabled people, who just want a drink.

Absolutely loved the Vegan Boss! It was very filling and they have such good options for Brunch and Lunch and really amazing food!

Its not a coincidence this is considered one of the best places for breakfast in Bath. Tried their Eggs Royale and Sweetcorn Hash, and both were super delicious. If you need to choose one, go for Sweetcorn Hash, you wont find something like it. Also, amazing coffee. Would definitely return there next time were in Bath.

Terrible experience with an obnoxious, rude and presumptuous manager ‘Janey/ Amy not 100 percent sure of the managers name. I am however so annoyed and deeply offended that I felt like I had to sit down right away and write this review. After waiting 10 minutes for a table I was dismayed to have her accuse me of jumping the queue. Without checking by with any of her other colleagues before embarrassing me in front of the entire restaurant. I insisted on more that one occasion that I had not actually pushed in front of the queue. Other customers also spoke up and told her that I had been waiting for a table in line before all of the people standing behind me. She then accused me of being rude to her when I asked her to check facts with her colleague. To add insult to injury, she spoke to me condescendingly, asking me to calm down as though I were a 5 year old child. This was a clear case of racial profiling. We were the only non white people in the restaurant, why were we the only ones being accused of queue jumping and not given the benefit of the doubt. I ended up leaving as there is no way that I wanted to eat there after the ordeal and unacceptable behaviour. Customer service training definitely required in not alternative manager required. 20/6/21 @ 12 noon approximately

I had pancakes and bacon, my partner had toast. The pancakes were actually crumpets just sqaushed and flattened. The food took 40 minutes to come. The toast was rock hard and inedible with no apologies offered either. All we got offered was a fresh toast. Its toast. You literally put it in the toaster and the toaster cooks it for you. Id like to know who was expediting, Stevie wonder? Great expectations, massively disappointed.

Lovely place with very friendly staff. I had a delicious eggs royale and amazing salted caramel milkshake. Partners burger looked fantastic too. Such a nice atmosphere sitting in the sun, really enjoyed our lunch.

One BTP is pretty much like another, right? Nope. We stopped in today for a bite to eat and I was genuinely impressed. The food was top quality, a reasonable portion (and Im a big lad), reasonably priced and quickly provided despite being busy. The staff were spot on, professional, friendly and didnt miss a thing. The manager was out front, getting stuck in and there was definitely a team approach. I seldom leave reviews or comments (good or bad) because I vote with my wallet. But credit where credits due!

Great place to watch the world go by. Great coffee and friendly staff.

Excellent espresso! Two let downs with the Eggs Benedict, one egg was perfect and runny the other slightly over cooked. Pretty sure the Hollandaise is from a bottle. Smashed Avo was great, nice bit of heat from the chipotle and eggs were perfectly cooked. Would recommend.

Found the staff here really friendly and they also seemed hard working. Really enjoyed my yummy vegan breakfast (see photo!). Only thing I noticed was tables not really being cleaned down and mine was dirty too - maybe something small but shouldn’t be overlooked. The place can be quite busy and it is a little small but it’s a nice place nonetheless :)

Food & service great, mango lassi was warm, toilets not good (and next to open kitchen door).

Love this place, go there every time I go to Bath City Centre with my daughter.

First time at BTP and it will be the last. Not impressed with the food, it was very average. Salad was drowning in dressing and burger didnt really taste of anything. The Boss breakfast also looked unappetising.The inside of the cafe is also dirty, and not just from the grime a busy day. The place looks like it could do with a full on deep clean. The lack of cleanliness put me off my food.The only good aspect of our visit here were the staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating . Apart from them it really wasnt a great experience.

I always enjoy BTP, delicious food and drinks. I just recently had a salted caramel and brownie milkshake which was amazing and a very tasty vegan burger. The only reason I mark it down 1 star is that I feel there could be a few more cheaper meal options for lunch.

We had little time to eat and tried this place for a quick sandwich and something to drink. The service was very friendly and, although the place was crowded (too cold to be sitting outside), it only took them some minutes to bring our orders. I had a Cuban sandwich and some apple juice and it was all good and tasty.I will repeat if I ever go back to Bath.One year later: Although not a cheap place, we always have breakfast in here at least once or twice when we visit Bath. This time we ordered scrambled eggs on toast, pancakes with bacon, and two lattes. The eggs were smooth and tasted great, but the size and amount of the pancakes was utterly ridiculous, and the bacon looked like some kind of dead pink jellyfish. Are they really charging over seven pounds for that thing?

Excellent spot for breakfast on our 2 day Bath trip. We got the boss breakfast and could barely finish it! Staff are friendly and attentive. Prices were good and the portions were massive. We will definitely visit here again on our next trip!! This cafe believes in a no waste approach which is really nice to see. No straws, no plastic bottles, etc...

Lovely little cafe in the town centre. Plenty of outdoor seating, quite a small section of seating indoors. Food is good, fresh and plentiful. Short waiting times and friendly staff. Perfectly situated in the centre.

Good brunch spot, if small and overly intimate with the table next to you. Food very good and very well presented. Every table taken at 11am on a sat.

There’s always two categories of fry ups greasy and posh. Posh fry ups tend to be high quality produce but always lacks that stodgy fulfilment you look for in a fry up.For the first time it’s been nailed. High quality produce and the stodginess I was highly impressed!

Nice cosy place in the heart of Bath. I prefer those cafes from the high street large chains. Food had Asian influences, we had 2 toasties, both of them very tasty. Loved the hourglass for the tea brewing time.

Coffee was decent but a 40 minute wait for cold eggs and soggy toast was ridiculous. Bath has plenty of other great alternatives.

I had a huge and delicious English breakfast in the heart of the City Center. I couldnt talk to my friend for a long time because the place was small, but you will able to use an outdoor table on a sunny day.

Great takeout coffee during unusual times. Zero waste location with a great selection of reusable cups and even a rental system for them which is genius. Thoroughly recommend a flat white from here, was made to perfection by the lovely lady that served me. Cant sing their praises enough.

A bit over priced boss breakfast so should be able to afford more staff that remember what you ask and give cutlery at same time as food so it’s not going cold whilst staring at it.😩8/10 for taste I think they focus on the healthy food that looks great.Could get equivalent full English for far less close by but it came highly recommended. Cost is equivalent to an evening meal out 😳I would recommend if your not worried of cost.✊🏻🇬🇧😁

I had been going to BTP on a weekly basis when I lived nearby and I never had any unpleasant experience with it. There was a time that they accidentally had egg shells inside eggs Benedict and they refunded me.They serve great food and loose leaf tea at reasonable prices.

Excellent brunch and the waiter was really nice! Lots of choices (for vegan and vegetarian as well) and obviously good products: sustainable and local 👌🏻

I didnt know this chain but I was very pleasantly surprised: some lovely, unusual combinations alongside the traditional breakfast offerings. Eggs and avocado with chilli for example. Adventurous and different, and delicious. Friendly staff, outdoor seating as well as indoors, and a convenient order from your table Web page which worked really well. Please open a branch in London!

Hats off to all the staff! Everything is super safe and secure. Staff were great one young guy in particular dealing with one awful man. And an unreasonable table held his cool and dealt with it brilliantly. Would 10000% recommend the boss breakfast and my girlfriend had the ham and cheese toastie great food!

Great service, delicious food in a fab location. These people are working so hard to still provide a fantastic service and keep everyone safe with Covid. It’s a really tough job and I think they are doing really well.
