The trainee staff serving was very polite, just a shame the staff around him werent as courteous when asking how to add a discount. Food was good, apart from the baked beans being over cooked, guessing theyre made in the morning and sit heated till needed and we had to take our drinks back due to them being half filled
Food was delicious and not too badly priced for the family feast. The staff is all young kids with teenage attitudes but still respectful and nice.
A quick lunch was needed and here suited the bill. I used the self serve machine which worked well, and also used table service. Food took mere minutes to arrive to table once wed sat down. Will be visiting again.!
The chips were hot as was the corn, once you got into it. 1 tower fillet burger was hot but only because it had become a zinger burger! Both Tower burgers were cold , almost as if they had been stored in the fridge next to the lettuce which apart from the tiniest leaves ever they forgot to put in and they forgot to warm the burgers up. It was a takeaway so we couldnt go back. One of the worst meals from KFC Ive had Im afraid😪
Edit 26/08/2020 Been here few times since and the food has been much, much better and has been what you would expect from KFC. All previous issues I have had I have not encountered since. Sweet corn has tasted fresh, lettuce has been fine, chicken is not soggy, no items missing, etc.We visited this KFC soon after it opened and were pleased with the food, even though the wait was long, as it was very busy. Orders we have made online have nearly always had an item missing, and to make matters worse, the past two orders have had very poor quality food. The batter on the chicken was soft, the lettuce is soggy and looks many days-old. The bread of the bun was also stale. Even the sweetcorn didnt taste fresh.
Ordered here and they somehow managed to forget 3 of my items??

What a disgrace, won’t be eating any of there food again, food missing, cold, most expensive drink I’ve ever brought, especially when the foods not there, hope everyone who liked there food takes note to check the staff’s mistakes, portions missing, tried calling 20 odd times no answer, no receipt given, utter disgrace.Didn’t even want to give them one star let alone none, rather they do there jobs properly and simply read the order rather than get it wrong all the time.Sort you’re staff members out.

Me and my brother pulled up to the KFC and their chicken was dead, gravy was cold and the female server put ice in my Pepsi when I asked for no ice. Disappointed to say the least.

I have ordered the family bucket of 10 chiken legs ,fries ,rice,and drink of 16.80 poundAnd the chicken was salty and too much oily.We took 2 peice we asked for refund,they charged for 2 peice and took all those things and refunded 13p .very bad in my view..too bad..

Food was nice, what let it down was even though having table service our order number was shouted and so we still had to go get it and regular gravy was left of the order but we did get our gravy after letting them know it was forgotten.

Very disappointed with the service. Got there at the busy time but there was a mix up with our orders, other customers complained about theirs. We got our food cold and incomplete. Complained and got ignored. Chicken was kind of OK but the fries... Either reheated or fried in very old oil.. I used to love KFC...

Actually the worst KFC Ive ever had. Biscuit bun and dry as chicken (looks to have been made and held in their tray ages, no joke 10 other burgers made up and sat there too with no customers) I would of expected better being a newer store. And also the way the other staff were talking to and treating their disabled colleague was absolutely disgusting, I really had to bite my tongue as not to create a scene and probably make the poor colleague feel any worse 😡
Ive ordered a few times now because I love KFC. More times than not, its wrong. This last time I was gutted. I love the the gravy and ordered extra. I had no gravy whatsoever but extra chips. What am I supposed to dip my extra chips in? Disgrace. Please get the orders right
My order was incomplete when I got home but the food was great and they did sort the problem out when I when in the following day so all good in the end.
Spent 20 quid for me and my girlfriend, chicken tasted soggy, unfresh and so salty you couldnt have more than a piece of it chips were cold and didnt taste near cooked, had the still earthy potato texture to it. Popcorn chicken box was half full, the sides we asked for were just plain grim and didnt even get given our drink. Worst 20 quid on in my life, aint coming here again and quite frankly disappointed us both.
Used the bath kfc a few times now for delivery they have forgotten our drinks only filled half the popcorn chicken .

Couldnt type my order in correctly about 5 times. Then delivered my order incorrectly. Was quick however even though ordering took a long time. Tasted like KFC.
Placed an order online through a delivery service which I will not mention. Order came in a bag stating checked & sealed yet it appears their ability to check an order and place the correct content into the bag is extremely limited. Half the food never arrived, no way of contacting the branch directly as the numbers not in service, (probably related to their poor customer service). Hope theyre pleased with the fact that theyve left a customer hungry and upset due to then not being able to put a few pieces of chicken into a bag..
On my experience, there were unfortunately some youths partaking in substance abuse in the top floor seating area. It took a little while for the issue to be sorted but overall handled very well by staff (after all, it is well beyond their job description to deal with such).
Poor value for money
Lack of chips for each meal. KFC fillet tower had been fried twice as the coating was extremely hard and the chicken dry. Wouldnt go there anymore not good value for the rubbish meals!
Would give minis 5 stars if I could, absolutely disgusting, chips were cold and not cooked properly, chicken was luke warm, items were missed of my order and they would not send it back out, only gave me back a refund for part of my order, would highly recommend not ordering from here, not the first time Ive had a bad experience from Bath kfc, so disappointed as I love kfc but not bath!!!!

I dont think they deserve any stars at all! Bad food, even worse service (Rude staff) and this comes from someone who loves KFC. Was so looking forward to the new KFC opening in Bath but I wish that they never opened. Manager was polite and helpful but the rest of the team were useless!

Popped into KFC for the first time since its new opening, looking to bring back memories from my Bath KFC childhood visits. Asked the staff member which of the meals come with a side and popcorn chicken - so that I can share the meal with my partner.The first staff member started trying to work out which of the meals I could get those options in. He was then pushed out of the way verbally by a female manager, who told him to leave the front and stand away from her. She then proceeded to tell us that Its good that someone who knows what theyre talking about - came over. The poor chap she nudged out the way looked so confused and sad. The manager then tried telling us that we needed two meals rather than the one, and that the small popcorn and a side isnt enough for my partner... Wait... Did she literally say that wasnt enough for someone? My partner was extremely annoyed about that comment, because it could only really be taken in one way. Another member of staff intervened and told the manager to just give us what we asked for.So we got the order to a stage where it was what we had asked for and the manager said - See good job you saw someone who knows what theyre talking about, while turning her head to the first nudged chap and smiling at him. This isnt the sort of behaviour that should be observed in front of customers, its also the sort of behaviour that shouldnt ever happen as its clearly bullying towards someone who was doing his best to work something out. It was clearly an attack on the poor chap for not being a fast thinker, which could be due to whatever reasons - and the manager of all people should be understanding. He deserves better treatment.I will be reporting it to the customer complaints at KFC.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Ordered 2 orders, a 6 piece bargain bucket and a wicked zinger box meal. The latter was COMPLETELY MISSING. Not 1 or 2 pieces of chicken, the WHOLE BLOODY THING. £26.88 of which £7.89 gone down the drain.

Wow! If you thought the old KFC Bath was bad then you’re going to wish it was back. So what can I say about the new one? I have visited the restaurant twice (everyone deserves a second chance right?)First VisitFirstly be aware if you want fries with your vegan burger. If you add them to your order they will surely be missing from it. The vegan burger it’s self was so hard that I could probably have thrown it at someone and caused death, deeming it inedible.Second VisitThis time the vegan burger it’s self was missing along with the fries! My partners chicken was held over time meaning it was dry. I believe it must have been some that the Colonel himself would have made before he died some time ago, it was that dry. The gravy was held 2 hours after it’s expiry time meaning it was now dangerous for consumption (this one doesn’t warrant a joke).After this second visit we decided to ask for the food to be replaced. After meeting ‘the manager’ he assured me he didn’t care about food safety and products from the restaurant being out of time. After some confrontation and lots of confusion he offered to replace the vegan burger (the missing one?) and replace 3 of my partners 6 pieces of chicken.After consuming this chicken he is currently vomiting and feeling unwell.On a serious note. If you visit the new KFC in Bath, check all of your order before you leave and make sure the standards of food and out of time stickers are correct!
Not bad food
I had read the reviews of this KFC and thought it would be a good idea to judge for myself... it wasnt a good idea...Somehow, someone managed to mess up the globally standard KFC recipe, and (after a 40 minute delay on our 15 minute delivery estimate) a very apologetic Deliveroo driver delivered a (broken) bucket with some sad, soggy, limp chicken (chicken was cooked but somehow the inside of the batter wasnt), bathed in oil, minus the gravy we had ordered. At least the package was checked and sealed, I suppose...

Chips that are greasy and soft on the outside but hard on the inside. Chicken had the thinnest layer of batter possible to the point where it was pretty much transparent. Not only was the batter thin but it was also dripping with grease and oil, you could fry a whole meal with what was left at the bottom of that bucket. Rating two stars because the spicy wings were nice and crispy, Nan enjoyed her rice box for the most part. Too much sauce and the sauces tasted sharp. Apart from that she enjoyed it. Oh yea, and two of the four electric ordering machines were bust, forcing us into a cramped Queue in the corner .
Absolutely awful! Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I ordered the trilogy box meal but only got 2/3 of the actual meal. Had about 5 chips in there (soggy and barely warm). The mini fillet strip lived up to its name! It was the size of my finger! The burger looks like it had been put together by a blind child and was full of mayo. Can’t comment on the popcorn chicken as it was never even put in the bag!! The staff are clueless. Won’t be going back there.
Absolutely shocking! Their floor was as slippery as an ice rink today and I fell over badly upoon leaving and was laid flat out. My back and left elbow taking the brunt. The girl behind the till - (Madi) laughed hysterically facing the kitchen but didnt realise my daughter, and then I upon getting up, could see her, until the kitchen staff noticed us glaring at them in disbelief. No one came out to offer assistance nor asked me to fill out an incident form. I went in and told her I had hurt my arm and questioned why she laughed at me and told her she should be feeling very ashamed of herself. How awful to be this girl and have no empathy, Ive raised a complaint with head office about their lack of care. I have a bruised arm and back and feel sick about the whole incident.
Where to start:-The staff wear the mask around their neck not face. Covering nothing!!-They are wearing gloves, True. But the same glove they use to scratch their body and wipe the counter is been used to handle the chicken and fries.-Social distancing between the staff is ZERO.-Lots of the staff who go into the kitchen are wearing the hair net loosely or showing lots of skin, increase the chance of the food to either get a hair or drop of sweat .Disgusting .. I personally found a hair in the chicken and it was long enough to make me puke .

The worst.
I decided to pop into KFC today.I was very disappointed. Inside was hectic. You had the manager, Max, shouting at everyone, disrespecting his colleagues and shoving them aside. At one point he even stopped and put his head in his hands having a little breakdown.They kept on messing up orders, especially with the drinks. They for some reason make the drinks after you collect your order.On top of that you are kinda forced into using the electronic menu thing (cant remember what theyre called) which are oddly placed around the restaurant, because no one is there on the till for you to order.The staff had no idea what theyre doing. Neither does the manager.
Despite seeing the negative reviews, we decided to give KFC a chance and order the 10-piece bucket with fries and gravy through Deliveroo. What we received shocked us. The bucket was falling apart, extremely greasy and soggy, leaking to the paper bag which was also barely holding together. The chicken was soggy and our gravy didnt arrive at all.

Dont order on Just Eat from here! Ordered via Just Eat at 8pm (closes at 9) and the restaurant were so busy that our order got pushed back past closing time, no one bothered to inform us and presumably everyone shut up shop and went home (not that anyone has told us this, this is what the bloke from JustEat has assumed). JustEat were very helpful and refunded us but obviously this is a beyond poor service on KFCs part - we appreciate that with Covid 19 they will be busy but just a simple phone call or even just cancelling the order would be the bare minimum of helpful. Ludicrous lack of common sense, dont even want to award one star but cant post a review without it.

Disgusting. Rubbish all over the floors and tables, bins overflowing. Staff don’t seem to be adequately trained on customer experience and service. At least have a dedicated person on shift to cleaning the restaurant tables etc..

Always a big queue and yet only ever one till open. Longest wait of any KFC after order is taken. Tables are cleaned often but when its busy place can look run down. Regularly there are no tissues or wipes available and often no hot drinks. Franchise owner needs to get in there and remotivate/re-educate staff. Great chicken.... Even if it is sometimes cold.
Lovely staff food was great , apart from Jordaine who packed my friends food and he was missing half of his order she was too busy talking to her friends at work than concentrating on our food very disappointed
I thought I would write this one starts to get some attention, the details of the location of the restaurant found on Google are incorrect. There is no KFC here, its a gym now, it took me a while to figure out that I wasnt going mad and that indeed the place has closed down or had been moved. I never found the new location, if there was one, however looking at street view I was able to see you an old photograph of where the KFC was and its no longer there.
Ok, i understand you re-open a new place, but at least fine staff that knows how to work , the guy from drinks he was full of ice-cream on his hand , didnt wash, anything, continue to work like that.Half portion on chips , very small , cold chicken and dry.Very bad for kfc.
