Great place, local crafted beer and good traditional food. Quality service and tastefully decorated interiors. Good choice for a dinner în the old centre of Zagreb!

It looks like one of the many similar places but this is my favorite one, especially if the tall young waiter is serving you. Ribs are great, chicken wings, great IPA beer, wine, fresh salads. Favorite place in Zagreb.

Ok so a Croat we were with said this was not as good as the food youd find in the neighborhoods but as a tourist, I thought this was pretty good food. And the service (for our group of 19) was fabulous. Very impressed! But seriously, like elsewhere in Croatia, dont order the lemonade. Lol

Very good food plates for a group of people with different kind of meats. We paid around 60€ for 5 people (500kuna)

The food here is good, but sometimes it can be a little off. Weve eaten here many times and its interesting how it can be very good one time and not great the next.Its best for a drink and some pub food. The cornflake chicken pieces are a great snack.

Sat down to have dinner on Assumption Day. It was busy but they took our drinks order straight away (draft beer and natural lemon juice), 20 minutes still no drinks. The table next to us got theirs, apart from the draft beer.We waited a few more minutes then left; if a beer took that long then waiting to place an order and waiting for food would take even longer.A shame because we wanted to try it.

Fries are served cold and the food really dissapoints. Had the zagreb burger and the shish kebab, both were dry meat and very boring dishes with little to know taste. Personally I would walk by this place to one of the surrounding restaurants next time.

The food was cold. We asked the waiter to warm it and they brought g it again cold. We were feeling sick afterwards. The worse restaurant ever!!

Amazing food and affordable prices. Loved the ribs, beer stew, chicken wings and beefsteak rolls.Chilli beefsteak / chicken salad is also great when the chef doesnt go crazy with the chili sauce.I also recently tried their gourmet lasagna and it was amazing! Minced beef meat, bacon and mozzarella - delicious!The only thing I dont like is that their indoor restaurant seating is in the basement so you have to pass through their cafe which is full of tobacco smoke. Disgusting...

Grička sablja / sabre of grich is interesting meat combo, much better option than burger. Goes well with Griff Pale Ale. I was pleased 😄

Great experience. Very fine dishes and very, very friendly staff. There was a young guy who was waiter and he is absolutely amazing. Always smile, always helpful. So I would definitely recommend this pub.

The ribs are good, the burgers are fine, the chicken and beef soups doesnt have meat in them. Theres are some local beers. The atmosphere is what makes this place a good stop.

Excellent restaurant, best ratio quality/price of the street, a super long menu which offers almost everything possible for any tastes. Moreover, the owner is cheerful, eager to help, super attentive and reactive of your needs and offers a fast service. I rarely give recommendations, but this one really deserves it.

I wasnt impress of the food. Actually the bacon tasted strange, everything was a bit more salted than it should be. The french fries were frozen... and inside was pretty cold. On the ground floor is smoking area. The staff was nice.

Reasonable price for the food. Not much variations on the menu. Good food (great Ćevapi btw), good drinks, and great old pub ambiance. Great service from the staff, 9/10 would go back here again with my friends.

Great local food with pleasant service

Nice bar in the Old Town. Good choice of local beers mainly. Food menu with stews and a few other choices. The lady who served me was very nice and spoke really good English. Plenty of seating indoors but no outside area as such. Worth a visit and this bar is listed in the local bars to visit guide.

Good food, u have lots of options, good beer, very nice people arround, good prices so its a great option for eating or just having a drink in central Zagreb.

We really struggled to find a restaurant in Zagreb that had a non smoking area. So happy we found this place, the food and service were excellent, wish wed found it earlier as we would have gone back again and again. We shared the meat platter that was overflowing with meatballs, ribs, skewers, sausages, chevapi, grilled veggies and ayvar. Loved it!

Not good! Not good at all! I ordered a burger and specifically asked for the size of it. The waiter assured me that its better to take the bigger one which is not even big but normal and also the small one is more for kids. Not only the big one was way bigger than a normal burger but also the meat was terrible! No chewy texture, super old and dry! The buns were also awful! And finally when I complained the waiter said what can I do!!!!!!!! Completely unprofessional! Bad customer service and low quality product! Do NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

Lovely place that looks a little small on the outside but hides a big area for dining and parties in the basement. The place offers drinks and great street food for very affordable prices. However, burger buns felt old and dry last time I was there. All the other food on the menu is much better than the burger anyway.

We had to wait over 20 minutes until the waiter came to us to ask us about something to drink! 1 waiter was there for the whole terrace, while 3-4 waiters were inside.After over an hour we finally got our dishes. They were good, but that was really the worst service during our staying in Zagreb.Maybe the reason is because we werent foreign tourists. Regular customers that came once every week were sent away because of tourists.The food was quite good - its the only thing, next to the location, thats positive about this restaurant.

Dont look any further if you are looking a place to eat in downtown, where u can eat like a king with reasonable price.

Seems like they changed the chef, because the Caesar salad that we got today was horrible. Very few pieces of dry meat. Also meat was prepared without any spices. Waiter confirmed that 4 other people also returned their salad. I dont know why they hire people who are ruining their business. Loved this place and food before but after this wont come back.

The food was some of the cheapest and highest quality we could find in Zagreb. It was completely full outside but inside was nice and the service was quick and friendly. The food was a mix of Croatian and burgers/lasagna which were all very tasty.

One of the better pubs on the Tkalča street. Great if you want to go for some beer. Can be crowded somtimes.

Pizza was tasty, cevapcici tasty, also beer tasty, everything is tasty as we tried. I would eat there again for sure, and i would recommend this place for everyone. By the way there is large selection what to eat 👍🏼

Nice place with good pub food. They have good beer selection and separated place where you can eat without inhaling clouds of cigarettes smoke. All in all nice place to grab a bite if you dont fancy something, well, fancy.

Waited too long to order drinks/food! I ordered a bean salad, I could have gone to the supermarket myself to buy a can of beans and a raw onion. My friend order the lasagne, he needed tools to get it of the plate. They charged us way more, while they forget to serve some things we orderd and then they didnt want to take it of the bill. Rude staff.

Usually okay, but becomes a tourist trap during summer. Last time I went (August) my girlfriends veggieburger was stone cold, while my burger was raw (i dont mean rare, literally raw). Not to mention the waiters who couldnt care less.

Waited an hour or so for our food. When it arrived, the first few bites were amazing. However, my food turn out to be raw. However, service was still good even though they were understaff.

Regardless the fact that the menu has a lot to offer we ordered different dishes for example ribs, lasagna,salad and soup, but unfortunately we were not satisfied from any of the food we got! Apart from the food that was not even for one star the cutlery and our glasses were dirty!Wouldnt recommend that place ! Sorry guys you need to make some drastic changes !

I ordered beef soup and pub sausage. The waiter brought only chicken soup after waiting for a long time. Service is terrible here, they pretend to speak English.

One of the best pubs in Zagreb. Its located in one of the most popular streets in downtown area. Perfect place to have a beer or a something to eat in a downtown Zagreb. Also if u compare the prices and the quality of staff and food or drinks it is one of the best places in downtown Zagreb.
