Service is highly commendable. The fact that i encountered a major mishap while driving. Lovely place to stay in yercaud. high roof.. near to lake and some other spots. walkable distance from lake.. common sanitizers available in every floor.. temperature was monitored while check in and check out. Welcome drink was superb.. i will suggest my friends to stay here.

On the outset, buildings were old and steps were very small.Lots of mosquito and insects were in the both room and showering very poor.Food were Ok, but costlier than papular restaurent in Yercaud.Family stay not worthy.On the whole no Justification against price what we paid.

The Hotel is located very close to key locations like Lake, Deer Park and Childrens park. Also, kiliyur falls is close by 2.3 kms. The rooms are spacious and clean. Especially the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We are supposed to check in by 11 AM but they provided early check in by 7.30 AM. The food served by the hotel is home made and very tasty. Especially for the people travelling with kids, i recommend to have breakfast and dinner at hotel. Overall we enjoyed the travel and stay. This is my first ever 5 star rating to any hotels in India. In one line, this hotel is value for money, very decent and good for family. You can walk a lot around this hotel and enjoy the views and weather

We stayed in a premier room for 3 nights, it had a small balcony, clean rooms and beds ( they cleaned the room everyday) and it was value for money and the area was calm. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the lake and the center of the town. The best part was their homely kind of food( not many options as its a small home style kitchen but quality, taste and pricing wise was really good). The staff were very courteous and responsive and entertained our requests quickly.They even arranged car when requested.There is a outdoor garden area where you one can have their meals and there is also a swing for children to play. Overall, a very nice stay.

Pros -Very very clean and very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Adequately furnished. Small but very efficient and dedicated staff. Very tasty food made on order at very low prices. They really made up for the initial poor impression of the location and the approach road. Overall the stay was well worth the price.Cons-The ambiance was below par and the aesthetic of the approach or entrance road and front area was very disheartening.

One of the best medium budget hotel stay, can describe the stay as below-Overall Xperience- Staff were very supportive. They helped us alot during stay either with visiting place description with map print out or help is during our mobile search which we thought we loss but it was my friends wife pocket itself. Thanks specially to front desk. Amenities - It was surprisingly good, we have stayed G3 and G4 room for 2 night, which are having Balcony. As AC is no where require so nothing to worry for that. Because of rush time and limited avaialability we have booked this Hotel and little nervus ... but can say it is best in Yeracaud in Medium budget Hotel stay.Service- Can say Prompt !Food- Our experinece with food outside of hotel was pathetic, There is a Multi-cuisine hotel .. which we have tried and really it was waste of money.. At last from next day onwards we have requested fir Lunch in hotel only after good breakfast.. and they have wait for us till 3:30PM as we went outside.. abd the best part Lunch was awesome as compare with outside food.. Overall can say Highly Recommended for Faimily or Couple stay. Its a safe place, but you should be Hotel before suset as there is no proper light while coming from main road to Hotel.. this is not something with Hotel but as there are multiple hotels they can pay attention and establish common light.. in place of waiting govt action.

I booked Super Deluxe Room with Breakfast. Wider space inside the room. Rooms, furniture, bathroom are very neat, clean and well maintained. Very good staff. Food is good, any day 3 varieties of breakfast (veg only) but limited quantity and served to room itself. Enough space for vehicle parking. Quite place. Very near to Big lake, parks, main circle and budget restaurants. A small garden with swing, carom on ground floor.

Lovely place, Warm Hospitality and Service.....we can never forget out trip here after our fiasco with booking a home stay which turned out to be a disaster ..... it was 11 PM when we got to this hotel Mr. Suhaib was ready to help instantly. I was travelling with my wife and he was willing to accommodate us.Neat and clean rooms & washrooms, clean & good linen and last but not the least the genuine warmth of Hospitality ....Centrally located 3 to 5 minutes from the Lake...... We will definitely come back and also recommend the place for a stay to anyone visiting Yercaud.... We were touched by the gesture of Mr. Mohammed Suhaib (the hotel owner) when we asked where could we buy a copy of the translated version of the Holy Quran. Mr. Mohammed Suhaib handed over a copy of the same to be carried home we wanted to pay for the same but he did not accept the same saying that they do have copy of the Holy Quran to be given to people who ask for it. It was an honour as we love reading and getting to know about different religions. This is something to cherish.

Trust me, this mid sized hotel will redefine the word hospitality and would enhance your experience at Yercaud by hundred times. The staff here are too humble and helpful.Even though, the menu for lunch and dinner has only a handful of items, you will love each and every thing that is made from the small kitchen. One of the best places to stay at Yercaud. Simple, neat, well maintained, excellent food - right quantity and best quality, well trained staff - kind and hospitality was appreciable. The welcome drink - a customised lovely mint tea needs a special call-out. Was lucky to get another cup. They have a simple and easy to use customised map to guide you visit key places with ease. The suggestions given was appreciable. Great comfortable stay

The place is comfortable, budget friendly and placed right across the lake!! Your could walk down to see the lake, deer park, aquarium and many other points... Near to many restaurants too. The staffs are service oriented and I had cleared my bills (food and stay) on the last day and not once ( unlike many places I have been with) did they trouble me for a partial payment or so... Beautiful in all.. We liked the food too!! We would visit again!!

Over all good experience, delicious food (breakfast & dinner) but need to give order well in advance...... e g for dinner order has be placed on or before 6 pm, good room service... worth to stay....very near to Poppy Hills Adventure park....due to power backup u will not feel of electricity outage except TV & water heater....No camp fire provision with music it is necessary if you are going with single family......but Paisa vasul because we had two families enjoyed a lot......

Fabulous hotel. I keep exploring places and try to book comfortable posh stay. So decided to visit Yercaud which being a very calm and relaxing small hill station and chose Premier Inn. This being a brand new property looks very elegant. Outstanding service and I have never been in any hotel even 5 stars where you get so much Welcomed. Hotel rooms are will definitely put a very big smile on your face as soon you enter the room. Rooms are at par the 5 star standard and I dont think Yercaud has any other property providing such a relaxing stay. I will like to highlight Mr. Suhaib who will greet you from the time you check in to check out with a very positive energy which makes the stay more better. He takes care of this hotel with other staff and he is one person you will love to talk to. He even went to the extent of arranging bonfire that too in just an hours request. If Yercaud then try out Premier Inn, you will be happy you chose it. Hotel has In room food order service too which is good as well. Hotel is a walkable distance from the central lake attraction and boating.

Stayed here on our visit to Yercaud. It is very close to the town centre. The Kiliyur falls is about 2 Km from Premier Inn. Room was spacious and well-furnished with large bed, side tables, wardrobe etc. Bathroom was spacious and had geyser too. Small garden in the front. Sufficient parking for 5-6 cars. It is a small hotel and currently managed by a small team. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. They do prepare meals and serve in the rooms upon order.

Rooms are big. And in prime location.Cool hygenic. Limited breakfast only although taste is good. You will get this room in the range of 1700 to 2800 depending on the availi ility. Where as 3 star like grand palace are available at 3000 to 4000 With swiming pool and excellent view. So i didnt felt like value for money.

The hotel is a small cosy establishment which is very good for families specially with kids. The staff is very cooperative and caring. As of now the hotel does not have a restaurant but the room service from the pantry is very good.Good show to team Premier Inn.

I stayed here for one night with my friend . The hotel is basic ,yet clean . The parking space is ample just outside the hotel . The room is basic and has no special amenities. Breakfast is provided in the room with different options everyday ( mainly South Indian delicacy) . A tip for everyone while booking the room - The room types are all same with all the same amenities. The only difference is the floor on which the room is situated. I booked the garden view room but there is no garden as such . So try not to spend much on the view specifically. The staff is helping and provided us with a self prepared local map which helped in exploring the city . I stayed in Hotel GVS residency on the next night and I would rate GVS on the higher note .

Room was very neat and tidy 5 star rating for that. Super deluxe room was short in amenities, like they didnt provide tea-coffee making electric kettle in room. Though they mentioned tea-coffee complimentary.Room service was excellent again 5 star for it. They were very prompt in helping you with the items available in their in-house pantry.Restaurant was not available, though they arrange and deliver from nearby Akshaya Restaurant (Aradhna Inn). Which had very limited options in their menu and overpriced for the taste and quality they offer.They dont have any lawn or children playing area.They also mentioned about badminton court, which was actually some painted lines on their Parking area. Otherwise hotel room and service is very good for the amount paid.

Overall a nice stay. However, few things to improve.. Room is slightly dusty on photo frame on the wall / windows etc.. Furnitures /bed are neat and clean.. They have placed naphthalene balls at multiple places.. People who doesnt like this smell will feel discomfort..

Not a single complaint neither from me or frm my family... kudoos.... to hotel Management...for keeping clean n tidy ....For Food...They doesnt have inhouse resturant but they do have tie up with a good resturant from where you can order...But yes in hotel you can avail tea, coffee n milk if u have small kids..They will prepare it for you whenever you will ask for it...Overall a perfect stay one look for...And also my daughter gave a name of a location exactly opposite to hotel as Premier View Point.. from where u can see the beautiful vally....adding some pics of the location where one can spent some good time out there.. But do keep the safety measures when u are here....Probably that location would be private one......

It was an awesome experience. The owners were very welcoming and caring. Provided us with cheap but yummy home cooked dinner. They helped us get a scooter to move around the city which was perfect for our budget vacation. The rooms were simply amazing- spacious yet cozy!

Premier Inn is a relatively new property close by the lake. We booked a two premier rooms for 4 adults + 1 child. Rooms were clean and spacious. It had a small balcony facing the lake side. Though there isnt a big view of the lake, we can feel the pleasant breeze. We spent some good time at the terrace enjoying the climate. Mr. Suhaib, the in-charge, is very approachable. When we asked for WiFi, he immediately arranged for a Jio hotspot. Though the next day he wasnt able to offer, he apologised and made sure such facilities will be available the next time. He even arranged accommodation for our driver though there is no separate room available. Coming to the downsides, They dont have a restaurant inside. They take orders but get food from outside. We ordered tea/coffee everyday which were good. We had breakfast and dinner once during our 3D 2N stay. Breakfast was okay but dinner was pathetic. We had asked for room cleaning, it was done but could have been better. Also at present theres no proper WiFi. Otherwise a decent hotel put up in a good location with ample room for improvements.

Warm hospilailty, they gave a welcome drink , a hot mint juice which was so timely drink... any request was answered within few minutes.. room was elegant.. even wallclock colour matched the wall.. We loved seeing through French Windows.. . finally it has a individual geyser in bathroom... value for money...

We booked it as we were running late Neat and clean surrounding. Hotel is average if you want to have sound sleep otherwise no such play area for kids and no restaurant inside. But this place is worth staying. You can get good home cooked food not much variety but hygienic and less spicy.

Am strongly recommend this place to stay. I have stayed two nights it was awesome. Especially staffs are so friendly, guided well. To complete the roam around yercaud. Place situated near by lake so convienet to go anywhere. Small constraint is they dont have restraunt, but still they preparing for customers like home food. It is so nice.We have celebrated wedding anniversary with family, staffs are very kindful and helped us to decorate. So dedicative too. Thanks to each and every staffs to make our trip memorable.

The hotel is located very near to the Kiliyur falls and the Yercaud lake. The rooms are very nice. They are very spacious and are well furnished. The Bathrooms are well maintained. Do carry your own toiletries when going there. Food tastes good although they serve very little variety for lunch. Dinner is served out of a small menu and you need to order it early in the evening and tell them when you want it delivered. Food is delivered hot.The staff is courteous and helpful. You have Carrom boards on both the floors and a playstation if you want to delve into those things. Overall, the experience was good.

A new resort, attractively priced. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable. The surrounding is green, attractive and peaceful. A nice tranquil place to spend your holidays. On the flip side there is no dining facility.

Went with my family members of 4 to this place in 1st week of July. Beautiful place located very close to main lake area and restaurants yet close to nature. Great host Suhaib ensured that everything was arranged on time and guided us with place suggestions, arranged for a LED projector with a screen for entertainment in garden, staff members were very cooperative as well. Rooms were fresh, clean and Hygiene. Would definitely visit again and recommend others as well.
