We booked a kitchen design meeting with Jodie, who was great. Good range of demonstration cabinets, doors, worktops and splash backs made choosing much easier.

The store is fine, but trying to contact online or by tel about not received goods, Ive tried and tried all week and no response.

Always had great service from the team at Wickes Worthing, stock , advice and the Design service. Found to be good.

Excellent service. We had an appointment with Glen Mcree who was extremely helpful and efficient. He gave us very helpful advice on design and equipment and enabled us to purchase all our bathroom furniture. We felt very reassured.

Well organised..better price than Home Base and B&Q which as a non trade person Ive clearly been wasting my money for years. Oh well... :)

Placed click and collect order online which was processed earlier this morning. Just as I was on my way to the branch in Worthing to collect an email arrived saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation. I tried to call the central number but they declared a 30 minute wait. I then called the actual branch and the call just rang and rang, until someone picked up the call then promptly hung up. Not impressed!!

Not worth the 1 star ! Miserable staff!Very zomba ! And made a carer , take a disabled person set up his chair in the carpark just to collect a already payed for item through click an collect how sad! I wanted 2 planks of would and also disabled and also payed click an collect , but wanted me also to queue up for 2 peices of wood whilst collecting my already payed item!Save the stress , dont bover coming here!

Well stocked, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Just love browsing and getting ideas. I went to buy Plumbers Mate. Plenty in stock.

Very strange atmosphere is this place. Staff assistance non existant. Always feels like its their last day of trading and no one cares. Worth a visit to see how weird it is.

Always seem to be low or out of stock for the items I require.

Didnt have want I needed wished Id saved my walk and did it online. Staff was not exactly helpful.

Nearly every other builders suppliers are opening normal hours. Not this one. One employee on checkouts others milling about amongst nearly empty shelves without the will to put something on them. A place that used to be my first port of call has now become my last resort. I have found that ordering on the internet and waiting is preferable than getting anything here.

Bought a garden incinerator 9th Apr from Worthing store, no price visible on storage shelf, so asked an employee who was working near by and he said it was £20 including lid. When I get to the till it has jumped to £25! NOT very happy, will shop around in future if this is going to start happening.

Many visits in the past a little.more expensive than some but most things in stock so if your inspired all of a sudden to complete or start that DIY project nip down there and get what you need

Very crowded customers not socially distancing

Very busy and the poor guy who was working on the till had to leave the till and help me to my car with 2 bags of sand because there werent enough staff.

Lousey service only one till open with a queue of 9 customers waiting. Lots of other staff wandering around the store aimlessly.

Useful range of fair-quality material at sensible prices, but dont rely on the online store quantities as posted on their site; Im sure you they have a problem with inventory management, just go and browse the goodies.

Very inaccurate stock file. The website states 50+ yet none available. Shelves empty and generally very tatty.

My local branch never seems to have the stock I want when I go in (no grinding discs.or saw blades for example today so they missed out on a power tool sale and the associated blades/discs). Shame as always priced well and staff very helpful. Had a refit too so nice and new, overall though a nice place if they have your bits.

The staff at Wickes where very helpful today, not their fault but the 18mm non structure ply was terrible.Uneven, busted, and looked terrible not fit for purpose.

With CV19 situation, more stock than local Littlehampton store. Only thing that was annoying was that they only have one person on the till so there was 14 people waiting to pay when I was there, after queuing to get in. More people on the tills would mean people spend less time in store.

They had what I was looking for. Not busy. No queueing outside but still quiet enough to socially distance inside.

Wickes is a pretty reliable DIY shop and I always find it competitive compared to b&q.Ive been visiting at midday and find no queuing issues. Its covid-19 precautions were a bit iffy today and I hope they improve them. No clear signing for washing your hands or wearing a mask.

Good hardware/building supplies store, I tend to buy timber here as usually they are much better on price when compared to other diy stores (both of them 😉) ... staff are knowledgeable but a little thin on the ground, hence 4 stars ... though all stores of this type are cutting staff, so not a reflection on those remaining.

When avoiding on line buying you want in store advice to be quick and right. These staff know their stuff and go out of their way to help. Really outstanding work by Nathan. Thank you very much from staff and youth at Ashington Youth Club.

Visited wickes worthing to pick up some timber for some DIY bits during lockdown. Click and collect service worked very well. Materials seem in good condition but time will tell.
