Its full off bling and tat, but there is always something a bit different which is nice and I always end up buying something. Today was a floor length mirror with crystals and light, it was quite classy and hoping my family in London think so too, Christmas present.
The range is great, however this branch grinds my gears, half their products have no shelf edge label or pricing! I dont mind the odd item but this is excessive and if something doesnt have a price, I dont buy it
Great place to go. Got everything u need at a good price
Love, love love the range super store it was fabulous. Well mannered staff. Theyre always happy to help. I have spent so much in store or on line love everything in there. So much fantastic things to choose from. Thank you the range 💞
We were able to purchase what we required. The staff were very helpful.
Absolutely shocking parking system at this store as there are only 3 disabled bays so had to park quite far from the store. The Parking needs sorting out in this store as its poor for disabled people.
Better since its been renovated, but most of the prices are either missing or wrong. By the time you get to the desk to pay and find out the price is wrong you then need to spend 10 mins waiting for someone to check this is correct. Good selection of items including a new Iceland food section. The garden centre part is good with a variety of plants and outside garden items to browse. Carpark is a bit of a nightmare and very tight spaces.
Much easier to get around now they have expanded
The Range has changed, there is the Iceland within now. It looks much better now. There is a large variety of crafting, diy and seasonal and other decorations, as well as house keeping product, furniture, snacks and other, pet food and accessories, and much more. There is alsa a little coffee shop if you fancy a break.
It was an incredible shopping experience! Everything was displayed in a presentable way, so it was really enjoyable and pleasant to look around the store- both downstairs and upstairs. Myself and my elderly mother were looking for a garden furniture set, and we thought the prices might be out of our budget but we thought we would go take a look anyway. The displays were very nice and the prices were not too bad but still just a bit over what we could do. However, after looking around we came across the mix and match section and were able to put together a garden furniture set at a very reasonable price!! But then I was quite hesitant about getting it downstairs and if it would all fit in my car, so i spoke to a very helpful young assistant called Cameron, who totally reassured me that he would get everything downstairs for us and into my car no problem- he even said that he recently got the same table into a small car so he was confident he could do it again, and this greatly relieved me so i made the purchase with him upstairs which was really convenient and hassle-free. Cameron was extremely helpful, calm and polite. He provided exceptional customer service and it made me want to shop at The Range again in the very near future. I would have given him a tip if i had the cash on me but with card payments being the norm i didnt have any cash on me, but i hope his manager might read this and give him a staff bonus :) I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Range and the covid-19 safety protocols were brilliant, with plenty of hand sanitizer around the store yet we were able to move around the store with ease and didnt feel the procedures were overly intense so it was nice to feel it was a normal environment and it didnt hinder at all our enjoyment of going to the store today. Thank you for great service and products!!
Great variety, you can get pretty much anything you need. Sadly there are ALWAYS many, many price tickets missing. As staff are stocking shelves, they must surely notice this! Ive often not bought something because its too much of a faff to keep asking the price!
The store has now more space and it looks tidier and welcoming! Staffs are also very friendly and helpful! 😊
I always think the Range in Worthing is a mess. Maybe just too much stuff crammed in. And upstairs is naff too. The Crawley branch is really nice, new bigger better. But..... the stock gets boring in homeware as it doesnt change enough.
Great shopping experience now. Love the update of layout and stock. Well done Range
Nice and clean, helpful staff, would like to see lots more British made goods where possible. Definitely worth a visit
Great new increased size store, with an in house Iceland. Still getting stock out so since things not yet on dismay. 15 Aug 21
Just visited the upgraded Range in Worthing. Wow what a massive change/turnaround! The store has doubled in size by taking over a carpet store next door and during lockdown have transformed the store! There is now air, space and clean wide aisles to explore. Nothing is squashed in as it had felt previously. This transformation seems to have lifted the staff’s demeanour too as they seem happier. The prices are still fair and a massive range of products had me feeling the need to go back again when I have more time to shop. Well done to the team and staff who have used the time wisely. The place is a knockout.see you again soon.
Easy access more stuff than you can imagine. And café and and Iceland. What more could you need.
Comprehensive range of reasonably priced indoor and outdoor items and accessories to suit everyones taste.Allow plenty of time to visit as loads to see including gifts and crafts!CafeLots of ParkingIcelandxcadfqfq
Very impressive just about everything you need is here and its good quality isles are not narrow so plenty of walking space ample parking two floors has a cafe with hot or cold food and the tills are quite to deal with the que
Take your cash. Never deliver. Dont careOrdered and paid for garden furniture patio set in March. Paid £30 for express delivery. Early June delivery date - which was odd as had in store (but car not big enough to transport). In May received an email - delivery now July. Emailed to complain. Offered refund and to cancel order... not what I want - as be at the back of another queue. Emailed again - no reply. In July received an email saying late August. Phoned to complain and request compensation. Was told this had to be done via email. Have emailed multiple times without reply. No response. Not fit to trade. Disgusting attitude to customer service. Covid/Suez are not appropriate excuses... had my money for 6 months... and no confidence items will arrive in Aug...
Good range of products at competitive prices. Toilets are 2nd rate.
Absolutely huge store! Large range of products (as the name suggests) Staff are helpful and friendly.
Brilliant shop, staff all friendly. All prices are fair nice coffee shop.
Now a real challenger to Dunelm.. and a dam site easier to get to .as No roadworks
Great selection of everyday items. Lovely large, well laid out store.
Lots of choice. Great prices. Great staff
As usual the range is a great place for glitzy stuff and most anything else. Now they have Iceland in there too its even better
Good store with variety of items at good prices. Fairly tidy when I visited.
Plenty of parking. Great items at great prices. Nice layout inside the store.
Always a great reception and staff very helpful. Lovely seafood lasagna.
Excellent variety of arts and crafts, stationary, art material, picture frames, bedding and cushions. Good for DIY and other homeware items such as cups, cutlery, breadboards etc and storage solutions. Good prices compared with Argos for similar items. Seasonal items too such as bbqs and Christmas decorations. Its a go to store for me, for value and most household. Would not recommend for furniture as overpriced. Nice layout, recently updated. Also a recent addition; Iceland. A smaller version, but good enough for a few essential, including frozen vegan food. I would recommend this store.
Very handy store with a great range of all sorts from arts n crafts to garden stuff furniture to toys from home wares to food stuff, DIY to curtains and bedding, and more worth a look
Not what was looking for I stock and no help from staff after being more interested in their night out from yesterday. Kids needed the toilet before left but toilets were blocked and stank yet staff knew about the situation
Got what I needed staff are helpful plus a cafe for coffee so pretty good
This place was amazing like wow there was a very lovely kind work called Kyrena she helped me out and she was outstanding by far thank you so much for you help and this hope has everything you need for you home and garden and a small Iceland in there
Great Value and choice although there never seems to be enough staff
First visit here. Huge store with lots of lines and an Iceland and a garden centre section. Very useful DIY/decorating goods but you have to look hard to find treasures amongst the trash for most of the home furnishing/decor stuff like most stores. Worth a visit just to have a laugh at a lot of the stuff! My visit was to buy a rotary washing line but they only hold the dearest lines here. Better prices online - so thats where Im buying from. No wonder retails dying on its feet!
Large store recently undergone extensive refit and the introduction of an ICELAND food store. Wide range of products carried there is also a small garden section in the rear of the store. The staff are friendly and approachable and can mostly be found on the shop floor. Cant be busy on a weekend and have limited parking. Due to Covid-19 the in-store cafe is currently shut. As of (4/5/21).
I have been here twice found the shop very tidy and the staff helpful . The loos were out of action .
The addition of a small but useful Iceland store has added a new dimension to The Range meaning you can pick up a few quick but useful items of food
Wide range of goods and well laid out to allow for social distancing. The new checkout arrangements are much better and safer.
Dont buy Alex bed in a box its poorly made.. the metal legs are only soldered on 2 sides rather than all the way round so they bend and snap easily and are thin and hollow metal. The side panels are made from fibre boards and bolts rip out. I tried to get a hold of head office with no available for 2 weeks so I popped into the store and was helped by a lady who asked me to email her pictures etc and the store told me there was a year warranty. I went back to the store 3 days later and she hadnt bothered to email head office, when I went back she was very rude to me and told me that I would probably wouldnt get a refund. I never heard anything after that, so I tried head office customer service and got through and was told If it breaks after 6 months there is nothing they will do due to the warranty is only 6 months. they also stated that I would have to get a vat registered professional to check it out in order for them to even refund. Seriously what bed breaks after 1 year. The range are a bunch of crooks.
Shop assistant very helpful, couldnt find an item and she went out of her way to help. Got what I wanted and a lovely shop.
I really love shopping 💓 the range I go and get a load of stickers and a lot of big prawns absolutely fantastic shop lots to choose from. Big thank you to all the staff that do help and we arrange that shop its awesome thank you Mandy
We have not been into the Range, Worthing for many months now and, when we visited today, my what a change. The store is so much more organised, tidy, clean and offering many more products such as Iceland foodstuffs. Could not fault it in any way, what started as a basket soon became a trolley. Wont be back, to many temptations, only joking. Well done to all at the Range for turning around a tired, scruffy outdated outlet into something to be proud of.
Great place to get either bedroom nick knacks and other things.
Now the range has an Iceland in store its even better you can buy most things you need from the range at great prices
This Range has had a refit & extension since the last time I popped in, very impressed good displays wide aisles wasnt busy good selection of household goods ,cushions bedding picture frames, etc
A+++ Brilliant store, lots of good quality items for good value. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Recommended
Fantastic choice of products at good prices. Even got an Iceland in the store. Its definitely a one stop shop!!!
Have to change my previous 4 star review, the store was well laid out, fully stocked with a great one way system! The store has been extended and although there is still some works going on, this did not make any issues on my shopping experience. No queues at the checkouts, it was a real breeze!Well done to all of the staff 👏
So much to offer, really like the Iceland bit too. Although I was waiting a long time to be served for net curtains and when I got home I found I wasnt given the correct measurements that I paid for so have a net curtain now that doesnt fit my window 😩
Staff are helpful and low in price
Great bargains galore. Good precautions and friendly staff
Great shop for all sorts, presents, home ware, Christmas, furniture and more. I sometimes find the staff a bit sparse or non interested so customer service could be improved but nothing I would complain about and they will help when asked. I enjoy this store often. Easy to park on site too. Toilet and cafe. Lift to Upper floor.
Love the range. Now with Iceland even better
A great place to shop, staff are always friendly and helpful. They now have an Iceland within the store and a garden centre out the back.
To big for there own good. Escalator not working. Small lift ,bit of a bind if you have trouble with stairs. Garden centre more of a department than centre. Not enough parking spaces.
Far more room now the shop is so much bigger & having an Iceland on the premises is very handy
The Range well and truly lives up to its name! The place is perfectly accessible from Brighton, only a 10 minute short walk from East Worthing Station..or plenty of parking.Originally attending to look..of course we ended up on a spree! Picture frames and the decor department had a massive range and Christmas floor was absolutely excellent!
Big store, lots of different things stocked. Wide range of outdoor and household items.
One of the best Ranges I have been to. Clean, well laid out and staff really helpful
A very clean store, and helpful staff, found everything that I wanted and needed, as clearly marked out.
Great shop lots of great products nice coffee shop
I brought a car camera but no instructions inside box, tried phoning them for a few days as I dont live in the area, but got no reply, so disappointed, but the service on buying the purchase was good
This store is so useful for a massive range of household items - everything from pet food to cushions! But, it’s currently in the middle of a re fit so be aware it is noisy, chaotic and you may not find what you’d normally expect to be there, hence only three stars at the moment. On a positive note I think it will be a much lighter and brighter store when all the work is finished .
Usual covid restrictions which work just fine. A lot of choice with reasonable prices. Polite and helpful staff. Some renovations taking place so not everything accessible hence the 4 stars.
This store has some really lovely products but sadly its not well run, so many items with no prices, reductions on slightly damaged product isnt worth the effort and the place generally looks like a bomb hit it , plus the new lay out is poor.
Good now has been extended to include Iceland food dept however there seems to be less parking + harder to get to. This is due to a building development behind.
Bought a party gazebo that does the job at a good price. Loving the new layout and the staff were very helpful
So much bigger and better selection now that they have taken over carpet right.
Good range of products. Found staff very helpful and kind
Iceland now instore. When I visited the lift wasnt working so I couldnt get to.access the whole store due to having a pushchair. There is a lot of change of the store layout due to the refit. Bit tricky to negotiate with the pushchair.
Such a lot to look at great shop
Good range of quality items.Bought a number of things.Well pleased
Much better now it has been extended. My only gripe on my first visit to the revamped store was the size of the queue at the checkouts. I will avoid going at busy times.
Parking can be a nightmare for a couple of mins, but once you are in it is fine! Staff are helpful, and the store size is good in comparison to some other stores. No queues and good store hours
Lots of choice. Good opening times.
Work in progress to update store but already a great improvement on before. Bright and well laid out and good signage.
The Range is a multitude of shops in one, they sell a contrasting range of goods ( Thus the name) i always enjoy my visit there and usually find that which I went to purchase plus ,I manage to come away with an extra item ,a bargain that I couldnt resist because the price was so competitive . One of my favourite mornings out,.. at this moment in time the coffee shop is closed (corona viruss) but normally excellent snacks ,tea and coffee. EDO.
First time in The Range, lots of great items and reasonable prices. Would recommend.
Better now extended with Iceland. Not so well stocked now.
Newly refurbished, much more space and well organised, with more lines for sale.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased some large Picture frames and they were not suitable for hanging as the frame fixings were way too high so it meant the wall fixings were visible once hung. I contacted their customer service straight away and didnt get a message until about four days later, to be told that they are only suitable to be fixed to the wall. So I replied straight away to say that that wont work for me and I asked if I could return them and they didnt reply. I sent further messages during the week and still no replies! I packed up the huge box ready to return which has been sitting in my hallway for a week. Their customer service is some of the worst Ive ever experienced and I will not be buying from them again. Shocking. Big thumbs down.
Some good stuff but mostly poor quality.but the staff are polite and helpful.
Expanded well, has a small Iceland with good selection and a mini garden centre. Great choices and good prices.
Much better now it has been extended as there is more space for social distancing. Great range of product
The wife went in and I sat in the car reading my book. I hate shopping but she enjoyed the experience. She said it will be fantastic when they finish the work.
Hardly any staff or customers wearing masks. Felt very unsafe.
Love the place. Parking is inadequate but that is because it is very popular.
I love the range! Exactly what you need if you can remember Woolworths this would be it’s replacement. I knocked it down a star because of the parking. At busy times it’s near on impossible to get a space and when you do the spaces are tight. There are only 2 disabled bays and when the store Next door opens it’s going to be mayhem...I do love it though, you can get everything there and even have a coffee at their cafe which is lovely and serves great food and drink.
A good shop to get house hold items now has Iceland in store very popular place to shop
Easy, and had everything I needed and more! 😂
The new bigger store is so much bigger and you can see so much more of the products. Also the check outs were flowing well - not much waiting. They just need a much bigger car park now - especially as Iceland is going in their store to.
Newly laid out store, excellent variety, friendly staff, affordable and good value.
A nice afternoons walk, we chose the White trail 4.5km long and saw the Storks and Tamworth pigs.
