Normally always a pleasure. Not today! Today there was one person on counter serving, one catching up on a backlog and wouldnt acknowledge anyone and no one knew where any of the staff were actually at. Not a good visit at all for a click and collect order!

Manager was really helpful at guiding us to the right product even though out of stock. Gave plenty of options, explained order process and turnaround and check other stores within the area.

Everything was in stock. The social distancing was well managed. There was a dedicated member of staff to greet and advise customers as they arrived.

Staff are consistently rude, dismissive and un-helpful.. they take forever to ready your order, and then moan when you show up a few minutes early.Toolstation is just round the corner. They are cheaper, better stocked, the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Always good to order on line first and then go to pick up. Staff are helpful and polite. At certain times of day it can get busy and there can be a wait for your order, but generally service is quite prompt. If they dont have what you need they can normally have it for you the next day.

Always fast and helpful, as ever I was in a pinch working on the car and they and the tools to finish the job at a cheap price and the duty manager even took the time to chat about cars with me while.my purchase was brought from the warehouse.

Click and collect is the way forward. No more wandering around looking for what you want, to find its out of stock. Always friendly service in-store as well.

Depending on the time of day you visit it can be busy, but I often order online to collect, staff are friendly and courteous. Good selection of in store items and can get those more obscure items next day. Bags of parking, but can get busy at times. Recommended.

To start the parking is cramped and not organised at all. Once parked there is no queue system either so people arrive a jump to the front. Then the staff have very limited discretion to help with special cases. Indeed Screwfix hide behind their own charity not helping adhoc volunteer visits with urgent needs. Time is precious so asking volunteers to go away and apply for help online is about as welcome as a poke in the eye. Prices are good for some items poor for others. Pity as on paper this should be our go to shop. Staff helpful but hands tied.
