Very bad experience with the staff and doctors and they are taking unreasonable charges. For first flu shot of my baby, they charged $40 for another they charged $80.

I heard a lot about dr Madan, so I decided to go for my son’s check up with him. I found him pathetic & controlling. Didnt listen to us. Gave same diagnosis ‘viral infection’ to our different problems. Advised Panadol to both of us & when asked about activities to do with my 10 month baby to improve his milestones, he told us to google it. Now I think, why did I go to him? Every person have different experiences, this was my experience with him. Nurses are good, receptionist is always in bad mood. Will never go there.

In appropriate charge for services.

The receptionist and support staff were friendly and considerate. I however found Dr. Madan patronizing and controlling. Patients can find this uncomfortable.

I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. Ive managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment.Most of the time we see Doctor Preeti Pichika.Doctor Preeti is so gentle,nice and sweet person. And of course she does a good job and so professional. She always listen everything patiently.Her staffs all as sweet as her and so patient to explain everything to you.

Pathetic experience. Dr Madan diagnosed my kid with a condition that definitely required antibiotic treatment which I was unaware off. But instead he asked to continue using panadol. The kid kept falling sick every other week as the condition relapsed. Went to another GP and finally got the right medication. The kid had to suffer for a month.Looks like the arrogance is not worth it.

No one ever answers the call

Ive been a patient here for over eight years and find all the staff very friendly and professional. Its a great place to take my family and am always confident they are getting great medical care.

**Very disappointed**. Not happy with the services. Dr. wouldnt prescribe medicine for my sick child for a week. On the 1st day, they didnt do swab test but only did it after insisting 3 days later. Dr wants detailed chart of temperature reading by the hour which I argue anyone would do it. What s the point of going to a Dr if they cant prescribe medicine or do tests for accurate diagnosis or treatment. He says to use panadol & Nurofen instead of prescribing medicine or doing tests on day 1. All doctors make you visit them multiple times before taking significant action. Nobody has time to visit multiple times and wait in the queue for long hours. Even for a simple dressing, one has to wait for long. There is not much difference in walkin or appointment as mostly they are mixed up and have seen walkin patients getting preference over appointment. Also, regarding vaccination, be careful to cross check what vaccines are given as my child got wrong vaccine that was meant for 6 months later. Neither nurse or dr bothered to check age and vaccine due to my child who got wrong vaccine instead of correct one. Dr even says to SHUT UP to patients and does not like to listen to patient concerns. Dr enjoys music, coffee all when talking to patients and not genuinely interested in hearing to patients. What a practice.

Went there to get my immunization records documented into a new sheet. All the work and interaction was done by the nurse (which took a little more or less than 10minutes) and only the signature was done by Dr. Madan for which they charged me a level C consultation fee of 75$.This place is expensive for no good reason. I would NOT recommend anybody to go to this place

Dr. Manmit Madan is arrogant while speaking to patients. Watches YouTube video songs while treating patients. Lacks professionalism & etiquette. Might be very skillful which I am not sure yet but doesnt have empathy or connect with patients.

Dr.Madan is very unprofessional,not listening to the patient (listening to music),enjoying his coffee,checking his personal mails in his laptop.If I stayed there for 2 more minuets I was about to shout but luckily we ended so quickly.He gave me hearing test referral letter to Auburn health centre and I called the centre next day but they do only for kids.Then I checked his profile and he has been in Sydney from so long but he doesn’t know how to behave with patients??Never going back to see him...

Took my 10 month old here who presented with high fevers and alethargic. Was told to go home and continue giving panadol and Nurofen. An hour later my son was non responsive and ended up in emergency with the diagnosis of being septic! I could have lost my little boy filling this Drs advice !

Visited this centre this week and had a very bad experience. Dr Madan started communicating with me in Hindi. I do understand and can communicate in Hindi but I dont understand Medical terms in Hindi. So I requested him to speak in English so he made a face and insulted me. Not all Indians can communicate and understand Hindi. Dr Madan should understand that.My husband is a doctor and he had already given me the medications but I went there to get my blood test done and requested for blood test. He didnt give me the blood test request form but asked me to come again next day so that he can charge me twice. He was least bothered to check my temperature.As I was disappointed, I went to another medical centre near coles and they gave the blood test request form. I dont recommend this centre to anyone.

I have been visiting this medical centre for over a year. I found the staff very efficient and the doctors very pleasant to talk to as well as professional. I had a long standing shoulder problem which the physiotherapist treated very well. I had been to other physiotherapists but it did not help.However, the doctors here helped to identify the problem precisely and it was managed very well.I am very happy!!

I have been seeing Dr Madan for over 7 years, initially at his Quakers Hill Practice and now at Westmead (for convenience as it is close to work). I have always found him willing to listen, to give advice and most importantly to deal with my medical issues in an entirely professional manner. I came to this centre 2 months ago, they charged me two times of more than 70 AD while the second time just I came to pick up the result.Really I have takled to medibank about these two invoices because the second time was not fair to get type C consultation,the other issue I got the certificate i feel its fake because she gave me the report and I need to see result but wehen I got the lab test report without the special test I need.I called the reciption two times unfortunitly she said the doctor is busy and will contact you but no any contact.My wife is patinet number one with Dr Ahprna who was amazing physician.Any way i repeated the test in differnet centre.I dont advise any one to go there

Dr Nav Madan simply milking patients! Also can’t see difference between herpes and congectivates . Sending to do the allergy test, but the only treatment is antihistamines (you can by any pharmacy your self)

Excellent service. Doctors and nurses are friendly and pro-active. The GPs here seem to really look after you and are willing to help you. Dr Preeti in particular is one of the best GPs I’ve encountered in the Westmead area.

Sorry,You will spend hour even after you have appointment.I prefer Westmead doctor much better which is only 200 meters from them.

Dr. Madan saved my 2 year old. Had previously visited the other medical centre near coles - where the doc said his lungs are all clear, its just a flu.

Very bad experience with Dr. Goswami, Inappropriate charge for consultation. All reports are not shared to us and Dr. says all reports are normal, i recommend everyone not to visit this clinic ever.They are simply playing with patient, they run clinic as a business not as center where the person will get proper consultation.

I met Dr Madan last week. I had been sick for 3 weeks with a bad cough and had been to 3 doctors. Even though Dr Madan was very busy but he took time to diagnose my problem. I found Dr Madan a very competent and empathetic doctor. The staff were very busy and not very helpful but Dr Madan is the best doctor in Sydney.

Dr Madan is not good!!! Hes particularly very bad for lady patients.Please dont see him if youre a woman. Men, please make sure you dont take an appointment with Dr Madan even if you cant get Aparnas appointment. I promise youll regret if you see Madan, especially if its for your wife/daughter/mother.If you want to go to the service, please only take an appointment with the lady doctor Aparna. She is very good, friendly and takes good care of a patient.I really recommend her.If this service didnt have Dr Madan, it deserves a 5 STARS.

Hate this medical centre. Dr. Madan is very racist and gives antibiotics even when it is not so major. We took two other opinions from other doctors and they adviced us that the antibiotic given by Dr. Madan should not have been adviced for the little baby and the baby was not so sick to go under antibiotics. He gives racists comments to fellow indians. If you are new at this centre and do not have an appointment, then be ready to sit for long time as our waiting number was pushed back as we were new to the centre (on request of Dr. Madan).I will never go back to this medical centre ever again.

Very rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He didnt let me finish describing my problem and told me to have Ayurvedic medicine which I dont believe in. I went there only because I saw 4 star rating. Please avoid going to that medical centre and save your time.
