I have been going to this Centre for a number of years and initially went there because Dr. Julia Kusuma moved there. She was an excellent doctor who unfortunately left after a few years and moved to Melbourne. I continued going to the Centre because it is convenient to my home and on the whole I have been looked after by a number of really good Doctors. The facilities here have recently been refurbished and they are of an excellent standard and the staff in the Treatment room and the Pathology room are generally very efficient. The Dental section has always been staffed with efficient and caring people and I have always felt confident in their skills. It is my impression that some of the Doctors are approaching or have maybe passed their use by date and I would only see them if I wanted repeat prescriptions. The Doctor I see the most can never remember my name, even after five years and when he reads it out he cant pronounce it properly which tends to make you feel a little less important than you would like to feel. Nevertheless he is an excellent Doctor and has been looking after me quite satisfactorilyThis is a very busy place and whilst the reception staff are generally quite polite and efficient they are apparently required to confirm your address and phone number almost every time you visit which can be a bit irritating. I think you could be forgiven for expecting them to recognize you if you have been coming every couple of weeks for years. Clearly there must be reasons for making these rules but my opinion is that it presents a very sterile introduction to the organization which could cause people to look elsewhere. Overall I would recommend this Medical Centre to anyone looking for a reasonable affordable standard of Health Care.

My doctor, Dr Bhowmik is truly an angel. He makes you always feel comfortable and there is no judgment. I havent had a doctor like this since Dr David Pan more than 10 years ago. Cant recommend this medical centre highly enough!

This centre has really improved since back in the day. Dr Yasmeen has been a wonderful, caring doctor. All the nurses are also great. Reception staff work so hard in such a busy centre especially with so many new co-vid regulations.

This practice is friendly been taking my kids here since they were born, not all the doctors suited my family, a wide choice of doctors meant I could choose the ones I felt comfortable with.Staff very friendly and always happy to give you the information needed.Wait times vary and sometimes long but this only occurs when shifts are changing over. I tend to ask how many doctors are on and if busy I’ll come back in the morning, or later in the day.Always convenient due to all the services at one place .Recommend this practice to all my friends and family

I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude and gratefulness to our GP Dr. Layla Yasmeen for her thorough checkup and arranging appointment with specialist that helped detect a major heart condition of my husband before it caused any harm. During our visit to her she was quick to detect and explained in details the gravity of the situation which helped us in making timely decision for further treatment. She also went out of her way in arranging the appointment with the cardiologist.We are really impressed by the quality of services we received from her. I highly recommend this medical centre and also Dr. Layla.

The wait to see a gp here is beyond ridiculous, got here early, 1 doctor on, still with a patient 1hr later and counting! another gp starts a 9am, still hasnt taken pt in 15mins and counting, been like this for years, only come here as last resort!update - Dr Yusuf was very courteous and professional

Treating Doctor was excellent, he moved to another practice, I moved out of area, been trying for 5 months to get medical records transferred to new Medical Centre .....WITHOUT SUCCESS!!, new doctor wants to verify previous treatment, theyre probably breaking the law withholding the records, maybe that needs to be the next step? Dr Layla was great with my daughter, exceptional service and very thorough examination. She actually listened and gave professional advise. She even followed up after few days to check up on my daughter. This has never happened with any practise.Highly recommended the Dr and the nurse in charge.

Sayed is the BEST nurse, very thorough and gives information to patients and is consistent. We overheard her and other doctors having to deal with impatient people who thinks Pfizer is already in Australia how long will I have to wait. My wife also saw Dr Layla Yasmeen and I can say that she is a very thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable doctor. I just want to praise the reception staff and doctors here at this centre. Firstly Dr Param is such a great doctor when it comes to patient care. Also the staff on the reception desk work so hard at making sure your needs are met and they always greet you with a smile. Overall great centre and I would not go anywhere else for medical care.

Wentworthville Medical Centre in my experience living in the area for a long time has spacious facilities, great parking and caring Doctors. Credit goes to the facility management team as well as the receptionist team. The Receptionist who are inundated with requests, phone calls and more still have a smile on their faces under the circumstances. Wish the people who attended had more consideration for they way they treat them.

I would like to thank the management for the exceptional running of the Practice. I attend to have my Covid vaccination and am very impressed that I was screened and provided hand sanitiser which made me feel safe to enter. Then directed to the desk to checkin - the receptionist was very pleasant and directed me to take a seat and I was called in with 5 minutes. I was worried about the vaccine but the nurse was so reassuring and answered all my questions. I was also given information to read and left feeling very satisfied. See you for my next shot.

I had to go to the medical centre with an urgent heart condition. Dr Tony Girgis took a very good care of me, he is an excellent physician. Senior nurse Sayed and Raj were also outstanding. Everyone worked as a team to ensure that my ECG, heart monitoring, x-ray, and bloods were done in a quick and efficient manner.The Practice manager Dianne visited me to say hello, it was a very nice gesture.I’m very impressed by the healthcare provided by the medical centre’s medical team.I would highly recommend this practice.

I was sitting close to Dr. Rokhsana Hossain’s room waiting for my doctor and Covid vaccination.Dr. Rokhsana’s door was open, and she was doing one telephone medical consultation after the other. I could hear everything from where I was sitting!Sometimes she was shouting in a foreign language too.How can a doctor do medical consultations with her door wide open? It’s a complete violation of patient privacy.I was there for almost an hour; she never closed her door; I couldn’t believe that I was hearing all her medical related phone conversations from outside.It is unprofessional; she doesn’t care about patient’s confidentiality or privacy at all!I understand she might be an overseas doctor but before she works in Australia, she needs to learn about Australian standards.I don’t recommend anyone to see her, because who knows who else will hear your private medical information.I wanted to give 5 star for the service but could not help it for this doctors behavior.

I just had to write a review for Wentworthville Medical and Dental Centre for many reasons. This place runs like clockwork. Given the current Covid climate, the staff at the centre were very cautious with ensuring that all patients were checking in and had no symptoms before entering the centre. This made me feel safe and gave me immediate peace of mind. When I went to do my blood test there was very minimal waiting time, very friendly staff and a quick turn around for results. I wanted to enquire about the Covid jab so I met a young man called Sayed who was extremely professional, caring and answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. The centre is a clean medical practice which is very well looked after. I also saw Dr Layla Yasmeen who spent a lot of her time with me and gave me a thorough examination. She is very thorough, cautious and detailed in the way that she explains things to the patient. I left her room feeling like I was in good hands and that all of my questions had been answered. Highly recommend this medical centre to everyone.

Very bad service, staff have attitude as if they own whole country. Last week after Govt announced that GP will be providing vaccinations , I called them to make booking. They put me on hold for 35 minutes, then while my phone was on hold I decided to drive to medical centre to see why my phone was on hold for such a long time. I went inside the medical centre while my phone was still on hold. I was shocked to see that 2 receptionists were talking to each other, and there was only one patient sitting down. I went to the receptionist and showed her my mobile phone which was put on hold from last 45 minutes by them. I got the answer from the receptionist lots of people making phone calls to book for their vaccine therefore they are not answering. At least they can answer the phone and say they are not taking bookings, that would have been sufficient instead of the time I have wasted over the phone.

First time going to this medical centre nurses Seher and Sayeed helped me find my way around made me feel at ease were very helpful and patient. Thank you very much for your help.

One of the best medical centers in Sydney!Specifically, highly reccomend Dr Layla Yasmeen for her dedication to her patients and carefull diagnonsis. My family and I have have consulted with many other GPs accross sydney, however none of them take the time and care like Dr Lalya Yasmmen does. Additionaly the nurses, Raj and Syed provided outstanding services.

1.Unorganised team, Horrible receptionist who dont know how to treat and behave with patients,2.last time when I visit,Receptionist forgot to enter my name in system and I end up waiting 2 hours to see doctor,3.They keep their restrooms locked which is hard for any person who goes for pathology test.The one common restroom which is open is dirty and dont have Toilet papers.4.Everytime lengthy wait period. Poor coordination. Not to worth visit again.Very poor service.

Had a telehealth appointment recently withDr Tessy Abraham, she wasnt very helpful with my query, kept talking over me, & had no time to listen to what a had to say. I found her to be quite rude, & impatient.

Very bad experience. I booked a telehealth appointment, and nobody contacted even 30min after the appointment time, I called back to remind, and was told the doctor has just arrived. Another 40min, and no call, I phone again, and was told by receptionist that I will be called soon. The doctor called me after 1 hr and 45mins of wait, and then he looked in a hurry to end the conversation. The doctor did not look eager to investigate the issue, or answer any questions I asked. No apologies offered by reception or the doctor for making me wait for 1hr, 45min. I have been there two or three times now, and the experience is similar.

This review is for the Dental Center only. Had an appointment today to check up on a painful bottom lower left molar. Dr. Theresa Tran was very accommodating and carefully examined the teeth. She asked me to come back in a week for further examination as she could not find any issues rather than starting a drill and fill as per my prior experiences with Dentists.

Very hit and miss over the years but in recent times this place has become consistently bad. I have had a family member prescribed eye drops for an ear infection. I attended once with two broken fingers and asked for an X-ray to be done. The doctor asked how I knew they were broken and then insisted on putting me through a bunch of painful movements, twisting and bending my fingers and smiling like he was getting some kind of sadistic pleasure out of it before agreeing to send me for an X-ray, only to confirm that they were in fact broken. What was the point in inflicting the unnecessary pain?! He then wrapped them up like an absolute amateur and sent me on my way. Having had broken fingers before, I wasn’t really expecting any kind of treatment but needed a certificate for work. I had wrapped my fingers better myself before going to see the doctor. I had to pull over and rewrap them on my drive home because the doc did such a dodgy job of it. Very recently, to avoid going into the centre with a highly contagious condition, I called ahead and was told a doctor would call me within an hour for a phone consultation... after 2 hours, did a follow up call and was told I was next up and would get a call shortly... 4 hours later, still no call. Followed up the next day, waited a couple of hours and finally got a call only to be told that they would need to see me in person. So I went in, was asked to sit on the bench outside while I waited because I was contagious and the doctor ended up calling me on my phone anyway to do the consultation and just walked outside to hand me a medical certificate. Again, what was the point?! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Absolutely appalled at the service provided by Dr Dewan. My three year old had a cough that was developing into croup. He almost wouldn’t see him due to having a cough. After prescribing him medication I asked for a letter for daycare which he refused saying “you came in here Insisting he’s sick, come back tomorrow for a letter”. I will never be attending this medical centre again.

I have been visiting Wentworthville Medical for 15+ years. I have found the Doctors, Nursing and Reception staff’s very willing to help and assist with my all of my needs.There are a number of services available under one roof such as Doctors, Specialists, X-ray/CT facilities, Physio, treatment rooms, Dental, Pathology and Pharmacy which suits me.I would like to mention the excellent care and dedication offered by Dr Morsingh whom I have been seeing from the late nighties and I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Morsingh. On the odd occasion if I have visited the centre where Dr Morsingh may not have been scheduled to consult and Ive seen other Doctors and I have also been satisfied with their diagnoses and treatments.The waiting room area is large and spacious, particularly beneficial in the current times we are facing with Covid-19.Off street parking is also plentiful and convenient.I have no hesitation in recommending Wentworthville Medical Centre for any health care requirement to my family or friends.

Pathetic experience. Poor customer service. Booked an appointment with Dr Bhowmik at 12.40. At 12.50 he just walked out of his room and left for a meeting. Receptionist nor doctor cared to inform the patients waiting outside that doc has left and they could see another gp. At 1.15 when I reached out to the reception I was put at the back of a first come first serve que without an apology.

Phone hookup on a Sunday. Absolute waste of time.. Two minute consultation with doctor who didnt have a clue.

Attended the centre today for a blood test Laverty staff Sonal, Hinal and Kinnari were very helpful and lovely. Been going there for almost 10 years . The staff at the reception Jeanette, Elena, Wasima, Reema, Jacky, Sharamila are always helpul and polite. The manager Dianne is very polite and helpful when approached for any issues. The treatment room staff Raj, Asada ,Marilou are helpful. Drs like Dr priya, Arup, Dr Rokshana Hossian ,Dr Girgis, Dr Deewan, Dr Ali are always Welcoming and helpful. Will continue going there. Last but not the least pharmacy staff is amazing too😀.Only issue is parking and i dnt blame the centre as i have seen people parking and walking to the shops. One improvement can be reducing waiting times but i know this place gets very busy as have lot of facilities under one roof. Standards of hygiene are upto the mark.

The worst hospital I have ever been to. Though it is situated in a fairly convenient location, the overall experience makes me want to give this place a negative review if possible. The receptionist is not trained, have no idea about waiting times and have zero coordination. The wait times are horrendous, having a minimum wait time of one and half hours and the most of the seats are not very comfortable. There is no system of first come, first serve and the receptionists dont admit that. The doctors here have a range of skill, the highest being mediocre and the lowest being near untrained. Few of the doctors here dont gove proper advice and are unwilling to even talk with you if you have covid symptoms. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because of the pharmacy. The pharmacists provided detailed and catered information for your well-being, even if it means the cheaper product. I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here unless its because of the pharmacy.

What shame this centre is.Took my son ro see a doctor to check his chest, bye the way no cold or cough symptoms. The lady at front, sarah said to get covid test without witch doctor wont see. This has become joke. Centres like this should be audited and held responsible for.medical negligence.

Expect to wait at least 1.5hrs to see a doctor with no reasonable explanation provided. Zero customer service provided by reception staff. Overall, not a nice place to be.

Lengthy wait times, Indian receptionist is lecturing people about mandatory mask requirements yet isnt wearing hers properly, xray department staff arent wearing masks at the counter, all looking at non work related topics on their computers. Only to be told we need to return tomorrow to get the results of the xray and thus be potentially exposed to covid two days in a row.. whole idea of this pandemic is to reduce your exposure.. not come back for two days worth..
