I am really pleased with my recent visit to Absolute Therapy and experience relaxation massage by Emily, my muscle pain has reduced tremendously in just one session. Emily has great welcoming personality, she has good knowledge of general body care and wellbeing. Absolute Therapy is lucky to have Emily as part of their team. Definitely recommend.

The place is comfy and warm with a comfortable table. I got a sports massage from Scott for a niggly neck issue - it was thorough and precisely targeted my concern area, providing much needed release. Scott also talked to me about some exercises and stretches I can do on my own for future on going care to look after the affected muscles. All in all very helpful and to the point therapy, definitely recommend.

From the online booking service through to the treatment itself, Absolute Therapy is a great place for massage treatment. Courtney was very attentive when we went through my prior medical history, and made sure she was careful when treating any parts of me that Id flagged up as sensitive. The massage was amazing - it helped me with some deep tissue pain, and was also incredibly relaxing. Highly recommended.

I have acupuncture regularly with Summer to help me with a mental health difficulty and side effects of medication. Honestly I cannot recommend acupuncture with Summer highly enough. She is so professional and knowledgeable about acupuncture and health. She is compassionate and really wants to do her best to help, and that comes across. I thought it was important to mention that I see her in part to help with a mental health difficulty because it can sometimes be tough to find someone who genuinely understands and has a non-judgemental approach - Summer is definitely recommended in this. I find it really convenient to book appointments online too. Thank you Summer!

Accept for their ACC accredited acupuncturist, anyone can use Google to reference the fact that Absolute Therapy sells multiple services with no scientific or therapeutic value whatsoever.Presumably the company (its not a healthcare service) is up for selling bogus therapies that do as much as placing a crystal over your heart chakra and chanting your credit card number back to you in Sanskrit.Staff at Absolute have referred to the psuedoscience stigma associated with firecupping or so-called manual lymphatic drainage and so on. If you have serious health concerns, see an accredited medical professional with a legitimate qualification.

This is by far the best massage therapy and wellness facility I have been to since moving to Wellington. Its a super convenient location, very well maintained, and everyone is always exceptionally friendly! Scott is the therapist my wife and I have seen, and he has been superb! Hes great about asking what wed like to focus on each session, getting a full picture before we begin. He is very responsive to adjusting levels of pressure needed, finding problem spots, and working to get us back in shape. If theres an exercise or stretch that will help, hes happy to share that info, as well! I feel very fortunate to have found Absolute Therapy, and cant thank Scott enough for all the help he has given me! I highly recommend this place!!

I had acupuncture with Summer for my health concern. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She balances the body system and not just treating the symptoms. My health issue improves just after 1 session! I also had massages at Absolute Therapy and they are amazing too!

Had a fire cupping session! boy oh boy it delivered! this is not for faint hearted. If you are sensitive please dont do this therapy. I definitely recomend to those who enjoy deep tissue- it has the same type of pressure (for lack of better word) I was amazed by Summers work. She asked all the right questions and targeted my aching muscles correctly. Definitely heading back asap

This was my first time at Absolute Therapy and Elise was so lovely and an amazing practitioner. She took time and care to find out what my trouble spots were and focussed the treatment on those, also adding in some extra stretches to help ease my movement. Very impressed and will definitely be back!

I found Absolute Therapy through Google search and seeing all the amazing reviews, and can now say I agree with them! I had my first massage with Scott this week, and felt like its the best treatment Ive had so far with some thorough hands-on healing (after visiting physios, osteos and GPs over the years). Scott knows a ridiculous amount about the body, and has a pile of training in all areas of how we function. Through him Im now beginning to understand my issues and have steps to work on it. Not only was it super easy to get an appointment sorted, which is often tricky cause of my super busy work, but its 2 weeks later and the lashes still look stunning. I have been visiting Absolute Therapy for years now - I originally went to them off a GrabOne voucher and have never looked back. All the staff are lovely, but I really enjoy going to see Monica in particular because she is so funny and down to earth, that it feels like every five/six weeks I get to catch up with a friend. Went here today met Scott, this the best I have felt in months I have issues with bursitis and other ongoing problems. Massage really helped but as well how Scott talked through the issues was really informative and helpful.

I am a physical performer in a circus and use my body as my instrument in performance so I get massage a lot for the repetitive stress of performing for a living. I have had massage, deep tissue, and sports therapy for many years from many different practitioners.I found this massage to be blunt and painful and inexperienced in knowing how to help relax me and ease tension in my chronic areas of my body. When the masseuse found a knot she would put all her weight into it almost instantly trying to smash the knot away. All it did was bruise me and tighten my muscles even more. I have never felt so beat up after a massage than I did today and I have been getting massage at least once a month for the 20 years I have been a performer.

I have recently had a Lymphatic Drainage treatment from Daniela following problematic Carpal Tunnel surgery, which caused extensive bruising and swelling, and of course discomfort. The results of the treatment were quite remarkable, and almost instantaneous. I can highly recommend a visit to Daniela for anyone in a similar position. Im now such a convert to this treatment, which I knew very little about previously, that I will most definitely be going back for more if needs be.
