Absolutely had the best experience with Ben the Chiro last night, He knew exactly what was going on - was super knowledgeable and down to earth. He didnt spend too much time going through all the boring Q&A at the beginning, he just got straight into it and asked questions along the way, wasnt pushy on booking follow up appointment which i really appreciate - he just advised when would be good to check in. Gave sound advice on training tips to prevent re-injuring the spot. He was absolutely passionate about being a Chiro which was refreshing. Would definitely recommend him.

Ive had the best experience so far and already feeling so much relief after 2 sessions, Ben really knows his stuff and explains everything to me in detail so that Im in the loop about my body. He also gives me stuff to do at home to maintain and to help my body progress which I think is invaluable as I feel responsible for my healing too this way. Cant recommend them enough, after having gone somewhere else before finding them I can tell that they genuinely care about progress and customer experience.

Ben is the best. Ive been seeing him for years. Hes treated me through two painful pregnancies and always goes above and beyond. Hes very personable and never makes your appointments feel rushed. Ive been to many chiros in my life and hes the most educated and dedicated one yet.

I have been visiting Ben at Waterloo Chiropractic for about 8yrs now. Brilliant work from Daniel on multiple occasions pre and post birth. Close to lifesaving, seriously. Also I have no proof whatsoever of that but I’m deeply convinced the fact I gave birth to my first baby in 7 hours has to do with the manipulation he’s done because the baby was so well positioned.

Was in Sydney on a biz trip and having acute sciatica related to long term lower back issues just before I was due to fly out. Called around at least 10 chiros but all were fully booked. Dan from Waterloo called me back and said theyd make time for me. I saw Ben and despite the limitation of only being able to see me once, he was very methodical to understand what was going on, address the issue and advise me what to do in the coming days to avoid making things worse. Couldnt have been more professional. Highly recommend.

Absolute rubbish. Went for a 90min massage on a specific problem area. Discussed this with the therapist/charlatan and even circled the area on the admission form. He spent all of ten mins there and then the other 80mins on the rest of the body. Waste of time and money. Trust lost. Would not recommend to anyone. Afterwards, I reminded him that I couldnt direct pressure on the area myself (hence the visit) and all he did was try to sell me a tool to do that. Not what I came for. Not what I asked for. Do practitioners even listen anymore?
