The worst bank Ive ever dealt with in my life. They have no managers available when needed. There online services are glitchy and customer service trys to re-route you through your own bank if trying to deal with there loan. Very unorganized and not worth the time. If your reading this 5star I never write reviews but good job on this.

Ive been with Five star for 19 years now. Ive purchased vehicles, replaced my roof and obtained a home equity loan through them. Their service is impeccable! Recently I made a banking error and overdrafted. I contacted the bank, explain and got it reversed. Five star is how banking should be! Thank you!

High service charges on checking accounts and god forbid if you go over a few cents in your account get charged a $40.00 overdraft charge. I have left this bank and went to Generations Bank 100% better and friendly staff
