Great Apartments which are being renovated continuously. They should come up with a better idea for the trash, specifically the recyclables which are full most of the days.

Ridge is a luxury apartment but with a lot of NOISE. Our neighbor has a baby, cry a lot, wake us up 3-4 times each night, we never said anything.What drive us crazy is the Treadmills !!! Early morning, running on a Treadmills. It is SO LOUD. 1st, Ridge building is particularly bad with sound proof. 2nd, unless especially made flooring, it is very damaging the building.LOUD music everyday, we understand it’s COVID, but please control the SOUND.We can’t sleep at night (baby crying), we can’t sleep in the morning (Treadmills), we can’t even work, study or rest during the day (LOUD music) !!!What should we do? Buy a Treadmills? Forced moving out? Help!!!

Ridge no luxury at all: criminal, noise, treadmill in home. the apartments like no ceiling no any sound prove, earlier morning treadmill on. the leasing office listen to lier no charging at all. this even can not happen in no luxury apartments but here happen every day from upstairs. if you are big fan to these things happen come here.

Excellent staff and excellent community, but recent events show the abject failure in the upper management. A heinous crime occurred in the community on June 13. The management did not warn the community for two weeks. Yes, two whole weeks. After two weeks, on June 26, the send a letter that every member should be responsible for their own safety. When they can send emails every week about picking up dog poop, I don’t know why they choose to ignore or conceal such a serious crime from their own community. If for some reason, this information should not be released to the public, they could have at least sent a general email asking the community to be vigilant (close doors, walk safely etc.,).Serious lapse of judgement – they let their entire community down and put everyone at risk!

I have enjoyed my stay here for the past 2.5 years !!! The apartment complex is very well maintained and any issues are promptly resolved/ responded to by Team Ridge.

Love living here everything from the Trees to the cute doggos to the friendly people to the birds that chirp in my yard and I can sit and listen to them so soothing. in spring and summer I can BBQ all I want and If I feel like a Dip in the pool I can.. the central air/ heat is amazing we are looking forward to being able to a cat for our household buddha butts even has his/her own netflix account now we just need to find them and adopt them and love them forever

We are senior couple and moved into Ridge Apartments community 2 years ago. We are searching many rental communities in Waltham and think that Ridge is the best in this area. They have a beautiful surroundings, attractive design/layout, and good views from each unit. Staff working here are very understanding and trying to accommodate to the best of their abilities, and willing to help in any way they can, which is a big plus for us to feel warm, happy and satisfying to rent in Ridge. Last month, we decided to sign a new lease for another year. We are glad and recommend this community with our 5 start review.

Its been a year since we moved in and I can assure you that The Ridge is certainly the best in the area, no doubt about it, believe me because my wife and I did quite a lot research around northern Boston. Spacious floor plan, renovated appliances, magnificent scenery if your windows are facing east to the pool and woods across Lexington street, helpful and professional staff, responsive maintenance team. I might sound like a plant, the truth is Im better than that, Im a resident :p. Choose this community if the location and price work for you, for that everybody has different preferences.

Disgusted and disappointed. Please be careful when you decide to book. The service is very poor. Totally unprofessional and lazy members of staff working at this building, they are not helpful at all[I have evidence if required]. I have now gone home and decided to never stay in this building again for the up-coming year. This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed. PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE.

My in laws live here and have said it is a nice place to live. Ce tally located to many travel destinations and not far from Boston.
