Have been to this restaurant many times with office team and sometimes with family. Andhra cuisine is best in this place.Also their weekend lunch box is great deal. We order for Friday lunch at office. It comes with appetizers, biryani, sweet etc. Value for money 👍

Its really sad that I am compelled to write a bad review on this cozy lounge because I generally enjoy its food. The breakfast buffet spread is a good combination of English and South Indian cuisine supplemented with live counters. The service staff complements the buffet well. But recently a few jarring notes are grating this harmony. The service has become rude, rustic, and brusque. A gentleman named Mr Rohit has all these qualities and more. He was waiting our table and all the while he was acting standoffish. Maybe he was disinterested or overworked, I dont know. But hes a sore apple in the cart. Mr Pratap, the manager was defending him, and he needs to be reprimanded as well. A crash course in Fine dining etiquette for servers is needed.

Food and service are excellent

Great food and great service by Mr. AMBIKA. The buffet spread is small and limited to Indian food, but it was mostly very very good quality of food as well service also. Staff were all very friendly, and I was thought Im come back shortly with my family .

VERY BAD ONLINE DELIVERY:Kava Marriot hotel : I am having the most worst and unprofessional experience with this restaurant!!!! 😡They repeatedly missed the item i have order in Zomato/Swiggy for the 3rd time.I don’t this restaurant will care about customers satisfaction.Order any food with CAUTION!!! Get prepared to be disappointed when ordering in KAVA. They will miss the item and serve or deliver in-complete orders only.

It was wonderful experience, good service and smiling service staff like Mr. Ambika is excellent who contributed to ensure our comfort and there you have the perfect restaurant experience and food is also very tasty and wonderful....Thank you 🙂🙂

I can find little to criticize and much to praise. The menu is varied and reasonably priced with western as well as Indian dishes. Preparation is to a high standard. I didnt try the buffet but it seems comprehensive, if the desserts are sometimes a little too picked at by greedy children, leading to minor hygiene concerns. Overall a very worthwhile experience.

Great food and great service. The buffet spread is small and limited to Indian food, but it was mostly very very good quality. Staff were all very friendly, and I was quite a happy customer 2 nights in a row.

Looked at the buffet spread but found 700₹ little pricey for the spread..! This would be a steal deal at 500₹..! However attached pics for any ones referenceSo decided to go with alacarte..!Ordered kava’s signature tawa sora chepa ..! & Guntur Andhra kodi as a starter as per chefs suggestion..!Fish was really good.. portion to the price is also fine (300₹ 2 medium size pieces ).. however it wasn’t the same experience with chicken (400₹).. though the Andhra kodi starter was good but didn’t live up to the hype the chef gave and didn’t felt the signature thing in it ..! It could have been little dry more soft and spicy..! It’s even pricy for the portion served..!Was scared by the way Virgin Mojito is prepared but it didn’t disappoint us.. it was very good..!Overall a happy experience..Lunch buffet and Wednesday ladies lunch will be a VFM deal..! Hi,I have been Customer of Marriott since 1And 1/2 years !! I regularly go to Marriott , almost everyday but yesterday one of your executives Mr Prathap was being rude and his associate Mr Venkatesh , I felt so offended the way they behaved with me , I usually come to have a mocktail and masala peanuts , when I asked for mocktail , Mr Prathap refused to send the guy who regularly makes it to me more over I heard him saying his associates, appropriate words on me !! Kindly take action and please do the need full apologiesThey belong to F&B Department of the Hotel , kindly take action, he was openly insulting me, I could have asked there it Self , but respecting the management silently walked away with bad experience!! I hope u take proper action against Mr Prathap (EXE) AND Mr Venkatesh (Asso)

Very rude behaviour of Mr Pratap , we came for buffet breakfast but the behaviour of staff was not at all good, they dont even have minimum manners and the manager always trying to defend the staff instead of teaching them how to behave....i have read the earlier reviews but thought that hotel management would have taken care but the same was repeatingPeople like these will definitely bring down the good name of such wonderful place...
