Sharing my hotel stay experience in three broader aspects: we paid Rs.16000 plus for two nights (breakfast included). The reason for mentioning the amount is to evaluate the service with the money we paid.Room quality – Rooms are not at all worth for the premium they are charging. At the time of check in they gave a dirty room which was not cleaned properly with dirty window cottons and broken flooring. After discussing with the front desk officer, they showed another two rooms which had the same problem (dirty floors, furniture, and window cottons). After a discussion with manager, finally we got a room which was far better from the 1st room but not up to mark. By the time we got the room, it was evening and we almost exhausted our energy and a day from our trip schedule.Hotel Cleanliness – They don’t bother about the cleanliness. This can be clearly observed from the entry and exit doors. Near to the swimming pool, they kept sofa kind of things to seat, which was so dirty that, clearly visible from long distance. They don’t check the temperature of any visitors. So if any one has any illness can be clearly escaped.Foot – We had breakfast there. They charged Rs.600 plus for buffet breakfast per person. But I can bet that, this is not at all worth for Rs.600.The reason for giving 1 star is to provide a reasonable stay after changing three rooms, beach view from the window was good.P.S. – We had our lunch and dinner at Daspalla hotel which was superb.

The hotel room was a bit disappointing, but the view made up for that. We thought all the rooms had a bathtub, but the luxury premium room that we booked did not.The staff is amazing, very helpful and courteous.We ate breakfast and lunch at the Vista and dinner at the Shack. Both places had the same menu, we only had starters, but all of them were delicious beyond expectation.The breakfast spread was missing a cheese section and a wider variety of breads is needed. Also, their sausages and bacon were not so good. Other than that, the breakfast was really nice.They have access to the the beach, its not a private beach though, it is open on either side. And the hotel shuts the beach gate at 6pm, so you cant go to the beach at night.They allow smoking outdoors within the hotel premises, but ashtrays and dustbins are needed.The pool is a good leisure pool, its not deep, but you can have a good swim.The Aura Spa has Excellent service, however, the sauna and herbal bath, were not available. We took a massage followed by an outdoor shower.

The only good thing about it is the private access to the beach. The staff are very irresponsible, and the room service takes forever and it is super expensive. The food is not worth the money you pay.

We went for a family dinner at the shack. Though the ambience is good, we had bad experience with the quality of food.. also the basic eminities like wash rooms are not maintained in hygienic manner... not happy with the maintenance of such a beautiful and iconic hotel...

I have been stayed in The park hotel Vizag for a 3nights. Ambiance is very good but the service in The shack restaurant is not good. Delivery time is very long. Not recommended for the people who are allergic to smoking. They are allowing the smoking though they have mentioned Smoking is not allowed inside the shack restaurant.

This hotel is fooling people by taking opportunity of their location. The room provided to us was in very bad condition. Both toilet and bathtub is dirty with yellow rust. We were told that the room will be chnaged but till the last date it wasnt and they took money for the superior room. Please dont go by its old reputation and beach location. The standard has completely degraded and with covid situation it is more risky to go to such hotels whi dont maintain basic sanitation

Worst food i ever had in a buffet..Not even one among us was satisfied with the taste. Either they were salty else bland..Starters are worst as well..Had to fill our stomaches with watermelon and pineapple slices

Booked this hotel for my sons honeymoon. We booked the beach view luxury room at the top floor. They charged ₹4900 towards linen damage. They loot money from their customers for the development of their hotel. Not even deserve a 1 star. Very much disappointed with their policies.

Nice hotel, ambience is better, food is also ok but not very tasty. Ive been to the shack for dinner on a full moon night. Live music was there for a short while as some party was going on beside the shack. I felt food taste can be improved,,also the soft drinks served were not cold, on demand they got us Tin can drink which was overpriced at 200/- each. They served after really long time so 1 star minus, food could be better so 1 more star removed from my rating.

Obnoxious, shabby and extremely disorganised. You’ll walk into this hotel thinking that you’re walking into a premium property but you will soon be shaken up by their shabby service. We went there for brunch yesterday. After having calling the restaurant manager on Friday and booking a table in advance, what we actually received was extremely unprofessional service where our table was not available any more and we were asked several random questions whilst wasting our time. This property is a bygone.

The view is beautiful. The sunset and beach offer a great place to chill and have dinner. Rooms are OK. Not too great. The bathroom doesnt have a exhaust; which seems odd for such a nice hotel. Stay and food was great. Overall a great experience.

This hotel was our pitstop in our Road trip from Hyderabad to Odisha. We travelled in April 2021. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking however the rooms were not clean. We had to request replacement of the kettle which was dirty, the room smelled of smoke. This was a bummer given we booked this place keeping in mind that we were travelling during covid and a star hotel would take hygiene more seriously during these times. The hotel looks dated needing a serious overhaul of almost everything starting from the doors to the toilet hardware. So while the view was great, the hygiene was a big let down. The food is a bit expensive, but then you dont get to sit in a shack and enjoy a nice dinner on the beach if you are in this part of the world. Overall a good and enjoyable stay. I did make the Manager aware of the hygiene and hopefully they will take it seriously. The property is great and we would definitely like to visit again.

Out of very limited property in Vizag that got Beach access, Park is one of the properties that offer a peaceful vacation for you. They have recently renovated the rooms and its quite good now.Shack@The Park is one best restaurant right at the beach to have a wonderful evening.Great food, Chef generally personalize your dish as per your instruction. Special thanks to Miss Sethy from the Room service.The Housekeeping staff were doing their best where we understood the limitation of staff due to Covid situation.From the Reception desk, Mr Pavan from the check in to our check-out everything he has taken care and personally supervised for everything we need in the property. THank you so much Mr Pavan and The Park for your wonderful gesture.Especially for the situation, room sanitization and hygiene is maintained. Great Experience.

Worst experience...the property is in deterioration. They should shut down. We checked in and in 15 mins checked out with refund. The flooring, furniture, bathrooms everything is in total damaged condition. Felt like checking in a motel. Strict no if you re looking for luxury stay. They have sacked their employees for pandemic so no maintenance. Pity and sad.

To start of with, we were given a used room, with tossed sheets and muddy bathroom, even the bellboy who placed our luggage in the room, didnt seem to notice that. Anyway, this can be attributed to human error, the housecleaning team had cleaned the next room and the wrong room details were captured. Post this we were moved to a different room, which was supposedly an upgrade, but this one didnt have a bathtub.The service here has gone from bad to worse, it took them 3 calls and more than 3 hours to send some tea/coffee stirrers to the room. Is this what you pay a premium for?The only things good here was the in-room dining service, the swimming pool and the private beach. I dont think Ill be returning here!

We stayed there for 3 days and trust me you will not find anything which has such a great location. The beach is like a private beach and its so clean. It has amazing ambience and kids can play in the huge lush green garden which is amazing. Food is great especially the pizza. The only downside is that it is old now and the bathrooms needs renovation. Other than that its awesome experience and amazing staff.

Hotel for staying ki good but food is average

Overall Im okay with The Park Hotel. Since we opted for Premium Luxury rooms, the sea view was terrific. But, to make it precise w.r.t room, it has got that old look. Any other room option apart from Premium Luxury or Suite would not be a good choice for this hotel. Service was really good.

The aloo starter was not cooked well. The y were not baby potatoes. Even the green chutney was served just two spoons. The server could have left the cup with us. The pita bread was wafer thin n immediately dried into shell hard.The most ridiculous part was the idea of paying whopping 5000 extra for tables just few feet further from normal dining area. The concept still stands unfathomable and does not sink in. Please revisit this.

First of all the place is good and enoughly spacious. It has restaurant, pool, gym, garden, play area, banquet hall etc. The rooms were good enough but could be better. The food was not so tasty and high expectations leads to disappointment. It has enough parking space. The pool area was closed due to covid-19 protocols. It has enough places for photoshoot. They charger separately for photoshoot and do not allow to take photos inside the room. The rooms and its ambience was not so modern.

Great place to be. Sea side hotel, with private beach and beach side shack by a very aggressive seashore..be there to experience it.Hotel rooms are ok, washrooms should be better maintained. But too much wood in washroom as well as old lights etc. is not aligned with modern hotel room designs.
