Worst staff i have seen so far...they dont know how to talk with the customers,if the customer has any doubt they dont even respond and on the top of that they speak very rudely andhas arrogant behaviours...they dont even do justice to their job...even if we have the account since 20+yrs...they dont care..they dont respect the customer....Worst service(sbi Gajuwaka branch)

Taking disable person and senior citizens are difficult. No special accessibility to them at entrance.

Has a good ATM Facility also and also have a deposit machine
