Today we went to Vijaya Medical Center branch at P M Palem to blood sample of my wife for Thyroid and other tests. The sample collection person is most reckless and appears to be inexperienced. He does not know how to collect blood. So much blood fell on the table and clothes while removing needle from skin. Mr B Ramana Babu, sample collecting person is most irresponsible and unfit for the job. We have to blame Vijaya Medical Center (VMC) management only for appointing such persons. I suggest better not to opt VMC unless otherwise there is no other option.

Please home sampling service very bad where the staff is listening to a technician who collects the sample and giving appointment.. If there are rule all have all have to stick to that. Very bad the technician saying tht I wont come directly on the face this is how management thought them to behave... Very very unfairif the area is available in the list they have to come and collect but that person is saying no this is way vijaya technician insults customer. Is this way is good.. Please ofurself

Most worst people…no organising skills…no crowd management..the senior I dont know but junior level technicians are really lack in knowledge….probably sending them back to school might makes sense…or I suspect they are not trained professionals in respective fields…

Every covid symptomatic patient cant wait for 36 hrs for his/her results after giving samples.By this , treatment is getting started by a doctor after incubation period of virus which is very dangerous and mostly out of hands of a doctor..Should be more efficient even in pandemic time.Rather than focusing on business development.

Very bad management of patients. Waiting time of 3 hours for a CT scan is evident of the kind of management in place at the center. Please dont risk yourself by interacting at such a horribly-managed place. At Chaitanya Medical center the scan was done in 1/2 hr. But even though I booked the scan 3 hours prior, they still called me to come to the place and made me wait for 3 hours for the scan.The waiting area is at the unloading zone, noisy with all the AC equipment, crowded and I am sure if even one person in the crowd is covid +ve, the others will be get infected.

I would better ask people to avoid this rather than regretting post visit . Getting sample collected is like next to impossible. Highly careless staff & limitless pathetic services.

Appointment was given for doppler scan at 1pm its 3:20pm now and still no response. If you cannot send patients on time then why give appointment. My mother is 63 years old and even on request, I see patients coming last are being sent first. Staff behavior is also rude. We had trust on Vijaya Medical Centre for many years but all of it is gone now. After paying money the treatment is like of government hospital. Worst place!!!

Worst place. They have no respect for patients illness or time. They have insanely long wait times. I was told to come for scanning at 11am when i called twice before coming. After coming, they made me pay 1000rs immediately. When i actually went to the scanning department, i was told that the doctor would come at 1.30 and scanning would happen at 2pm. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I wish to report the staff behavior to the vijaya authorities, if they care about the patients.

Staff here need to be groomed to be responsibly responsive to the visiting patients and their escorts. They do not give accurate information to the queries. They do not seem to be sensitive enough to the visiting patients concerns or questions. I get a feeling as if I am visiting a government hospital like KGH or worse even some RTO office. May be, over years this staff became complacent and take patients for granted. Management to change this attitude of your staff. You may better overhaul your staff.

Today morning I called to concerned person to know the availability of the 2d echo scan. He given proper information on price and time only. When I asked about doctor he is hiding the details and shamelessly quostening me that do u required scan or doctor information. How we can proceed heart scan without knowing the person expertise.

No discounts on lab tests amt in case of Self (individual), but the same lab tests amt paid to refered Drs upto 50% as commission.

Tests here are very expensive. There are other diagnostics centres who are offering accurate tests at nominal cost. Once I have been to this centre for a test and been to toilet for a urine sample and the toilet was dirty and not clean. I just complain to staff about the condition. Better to visit Chaitanya Medical Centre which is further to this place and here they offer prompt test at very reasonable price.

They are irresponsible .Lost the blood sample and when asked for reports without saying that the blood sample is missing they just wasted days of time.

They should improve the facilities at the test labs, suggestible point is to use sheets (paper) on the beds which was using for tests, no cleaning after each patient’s turn over, this is awkward and unsafe practice. Time consuming is the other factor,Docs also behaves like Govt hospital,longer wait for them at lab facility.Toilets are not clean and we need to use those for give samples, horrible, seems Vijaya diagnostics money minded and no concern on facilities,tests were expensive and people who are paying large amounts will look for facilities ,they shud keep this in mind. I underwent X-Ray Retrograde Urethrogram on March 8th.My BillReceipt no.274997. Nextday I got severe Urinary Tract Infection.Vijaya Medicals is supposed to premium and best Labs in Visakhapatnam.I had to spend another 2000/ bucks fo rmy UTI Infection for getting tested at Vijaya Medicals.

Most pathetic experience .we went for a tiffa scan . We thought Dr Suman is the senior most radiologist in town and scheduled his appointment. We waited for over one hr of the scheduled time . No complints about that. We were called in . First a radiology technichian (not a doctor) does the scanChecks everything for like 5 mins. Then we were sent into another room where the Suman is . He walks in busily checks the previous report done by technician. Places the probe on the abdomen moves randomly for 1 min . Scan is done. He walks out.Dr Suman ,For gods sake if u r so busy to do ultrasound . Please dont give any appoinents to anyone . Im spending 1800 on the scan not to get a report from the findings based on a technician .We would rather prefer a whole scan done by another radiologist rather than by a technician.
