Poor quality, the person keeps selling you packages even while your getting your ongoing treatment. Just does not stop selling, cant really enjoy what you went for. Even the work is horrible. I went for a manicure and the lady couldnt even cut the nails properly, post that the she did not even know how to file ones nails. Horrrrible experience

Had a wonderful experience at this Salon today.I Visited this salon with my mother for a variety of parlor services in preparation for my upcoming wedding.The staff were really friendly, professional and Patient. Especially Pema who has done an excellent job.They made my mother ( who was a first timer for such salons) feel really comfortable and at home.I would highly recommend to visit this Salon.

Absolutely love this place. Completely professional nd quality service. A special shoutout to my man kunal who had a proper discussion with me about hairstyle options, helped me choose a style and then brought it to life beautifully. Bonus bonus points for giving me a flawless cut while I kept nodding off the whole time ( I was traveling and hadnt slept all night). Definitely will go again 11/10 with rice.

I visited this place in November. They said the wait time in 10 mins and made me wait for half hour. Which I understood as they cant really hurry their current customer. After that the person who was supposed to cut my hair started to upsell saying my hair is dry, damaged and I have to take protein treatment.I currently live abroad and didnt want to go to a hairdresser here as I thought they wouldnt understand Indian hair type. But, being Indian should understand that straight hair is not the common type. And wavy and curly hair tend to hold less moisture thus causing a bit of frizz. Also, I was going for a very short length so, a lot of the dry part would have been cut. But, she wouldnt even know that as she wasnt interested in anything other than upsell.So, after being put off by the person I didnt go for a haircut. No one walks in a salon to pay money and also get insulted.When I went to a salon here in Germany. They didnt say anything about my hair or try to sell me something extra. They just suggested what would suit me. I went ahead for it and I love my haircut.

Was traveling to Vizag and went to Toni and Guy for a hair cut. Me and my son had an amazing experience. Very skilled and professional hairstylists.Highly recommended!

Worst saloon. Dont be fooled by their fancy name and decor.I paid for a senior stylist haircut and they gave me a YOUNG BEGINEER. I was a freaking practice wig for them. Dont go alone if you are a teen, they wont take you seriously.At first the haircut looked good probably because of the blow dry, but later my hair turned into a disaster. Even if the guy was a begineer, I did not expect such a bad haircut from him.Would not recommend. Save your hair!

Its damn waste saloon .... the staff doesnt know english but try to speak in english and confuse us with their filthy language... and they dont understand what we actually wanted ... And in return they argue with us saying that they are not understanding our language.... Its waste of our time and money to visit this useless saloon and have an useless arguments with these useless fellows.... They dnt even have regrets for what they have done... its really shame on them....

Professional hair styling is done here.the stylist here dont see any kind of styles before hair cut.they just see the customers hair and decide which style suits us .hair wash will be done .but one thing all of us know is about the tariff of the saloon.its a bit. Sorry its expensive here.the remaining all is good.the stylist even suggests us how to maintain the style as it is.

Worst experience. Hairstylists are inexperienced. And refused to do haircut even after booking an appointment one week prior.Wouldnt do the mistake of going there again ever.

Very pathetic serviceThe hai stylist was doing haircut for 2 people at same time.Even after showing the photograph of what haircut I need. He ended up doing something else.He completely spoiled my look. For which I have paid 767 rupees.Even his assistant is completely unaware of how to do a hair wash..Not Worth going. It was an awful experience.When we first entered there was no one available , after ignoring us for like 15 mins everybody comes out of a room. The worst thing was, they waxed half of my leg and were like they are out of wax, also they successfully managed to burn my leg.Everything written here is 100% true.I had to give one star because theres no option of giving zero or going to minus.Its costly and the service is pathetic.

I have been to this place and its pleasant and people are warm and they try understanding ur need and make necessary recommendations, i have opted for bridal and groom package and anju have been patient and done very neat work. Subhashini is very friendly and knowledgeable and gives you the detail information and makes u feel very comfortable. I must say this meet the hair stylist steven great person and knows best style in the city. I have been frm bangalore & i am traveller and i am higly impressed by these peoples work and highly recommend this best to u all
