But divis laboratories are getting crores turnover they cont even pay insurance also. No over time allowances. In covid pandamic situation every company take care they employs . But in divis may be they dont know how many are affected with covid . Employ worked in company he got covid also management not have any responsibilities. Sir if they sick they took leaves but management not pay single rupee also. No over time allowances also treating staff like slaves.SIR HOW MUCH U EARN ALSO NOTHING YOU U TAKE WHILE GOING PLEASE DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR EMPLOYS. THAT GOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILES ALSO

Good thing is getting job and reasonable salary 👍 for salary I can give 4 * rating.Bad thing is : No respect ,even your a graduate or more then that also you have to clean reactors , painting , like that (Some time) . And work is not related to you also you cant ask for that.Worst exp with colleagues ..even your a senior also they can call you Ra .If you want join in divis you should forgot about your degree ,And through your self-respect into sea.And finally if you want to join in divis first you learn to standing because its completely standing job .. mostly they give production only so definitely it will be standing work..

One of the best companies in India .. they take care of their employees health care..But the work culture is really bad..purely caste based .. very biased.. Because of your factory pollution in chippada increased a lot. Ground water, sea, air completely polluted.

Full of caste issues and if you go for production department u will die there it self only we have to stand for the whole shift Especially in total plant there will be one waste fellow from S block name stars with m.... If any one selected in this block dont go for it when I was joined there with me from somewhere places some members joined with me in that S block no one have been there every one resigned there

T company offers huge opportunities offering, but most of the people says references r necessary for every opportunity. May be But t company also not doing more protection measures in t company!. Moreover t wasted material pushed in to t see without proper recycling! Anyway thanks Prasad Garu u r doing great job.

Dont go interview to the Divis laboratory with out any reference. They took only reference candidates. Be careful if you go with out reference they will kick your butt.
