Hello readers , this is my opinion about the Driving License trial that I have given for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler .Firstly I dont understand why they have mentioned time . It was scheduled from 10-11am , by the time I reached the site I understood why government officials are so disorganized . I had to wait for them patiently . It took be 1and half hour to give my test . And by the time everything is done I thought I could go home . But the worst part is I had to give my thumbprint . That was like a nightmare to me , the officials are totally unprofessional at that department . None of them are giving us any information, they asked us to wait for just another two hours . And the reason behind this server was down . They charged me Rs225 for service fee and that is totally unacceptable . How can a government office like this function without any proper measures being followed . I am totally frustrated with the way they treat every individual , they dont even follow any token system which made me stand for a long time . I felt like Tirupati Darshan could be finished in that time duration . Anyway, I request the officials in case if they would read this post to please improve their service and make it a more friendly atmosphere. Other than this I didnt feel anything bad about this place , if there were trees surrounding the area it would have been much better.

I had a great experience today.. gave my driving test in Gajuwaka RTO(located in Aganampudi), i had no clue of what has to be done, staff were very polite in explaining what has to be done.. MS. Sirisha was very sweet and helpful in explaining to people in all three major languages...thank you RTO..

Great experience. People advised me to opt for mediator but believing in system I decided to approach them directly. Mr.Sivaprasad Rao, the concerned RTO officer is amazing. Appreciate the time and guidance he provided that made my efforts a cake walk. I had to transfer my license from USA to India and then apply for renewal as the validity is on dot to end. Lot of documentation work but made easy because of support of team. Applaud the services provided at this office. Kudos to leadership.

The front Desk guy is very helpful & informative with polite nature. Most of the services are online can be done with out visiting RTO office, if Aadhar seeding is done. Still staff also helpful.

The person sitting at Help desk outside checking documents etc is amazing. However inside is a totally different scenario. I was told to only get a print out but was told to come after 4 hrs. I had to drive an extra 35 km just because of them. Unnecessary hassle creation is their forte.

He is keen prefessional , well knowledge, positive approachesand committed to serve tye people. He resolve my complaint about assignment of registration from TN to AP in a professional manner which was struck due to system error for sometime . The effort put forth by the RTO , Mr Srinivas , Mr Prasanth and other staff is praiseworthy and set example how to serve the citizen with commitment. The RTO Mr Shivaparsad coordinated with various offices on the spot and resolved the Adhar seeding issues . Thanking to so much to RTO Shivprasad and his team for their quality services to the nation. Keep it up..

Go for driving test only if you are so perfect in 8, sharp cuts for bike and H,parking etc for car..track was little bit difficult for even experienced drivers especially bike track..dont get scared by looking at it, you can qualify if you had good enough practice

This is located near to the aganampudi toll plaza. There exists a clear picture of process, documents required, time period, how much amount to be paid etc., for obtaining driving license,LLR and others in the walls of this RTO office. Officers are very strict. 4,3,2 wheels vehicle driving track is fine

I am very happy to see the system/services of RTO office Gajuwaka, w.r.t my earlier experiences.Provide option in your website to pay fee online for renewal of licence without going and waiting at CSCs.

Pleased to share my experience... Kudos to the RTO TEAM OF AP.I had great day today gave my driving test at Gajuwaka RTO NEAR AGANAMPUDI. I had no knowledge of what has to be done staff where very helpful in explaining the procedure... My regards to MS. Sirisha who helped me n she is able to communicate well with every individual in all three languages and RTO OFFICER MR. Siva Prasad Rao Garu himself was so down to Earth in talking to every individual... No Agents were allowed inside the premises of the office.. Gajuwaka RTO is very good one. No bribing / cheating. If you have correct documents, enough time; your work will complete smoothly. I appreciate RTO officer Mr.Siva Prasad Rao. He is soft spoken & well-mannered in behavior. Go with any complaint; he will suggest idle solution.For driving test you have to practice a bit hard. Track is not that much easy. For 2 wheeler you should drive 8. For 4 wheeler you should know 8, H, parallel parking. If you prepare well; you can cross in a single throw of ball.I’m very happy with good and transparent Govt system in Gajuwaka, Vizag RTO office.

Employees have very little patience... Should conduct yoga classes for being well, we havent received original RC by post, we enquired, went to RTO, we were provided thousands of RC to pick ours, after few days 2nd time same scene repeated...third time we hesitantly given money..story ends..

The RTO Mr. SIVAPRASAD is an amazingly Citizen friendly person. As soon as I approached him with my complaint ( which the front office person could not resolve) about renewal of my driving livcense, he received me with a positive attitude and smiling face. He coordinated with various offices at Amalapuram and RJY on the spot and resolved the Adhar seeding issue which could not be resolved by Mee seva Centres and Murali Nagar RTA office too. He is very knowledgeable, a thorough professional and service minded person. KUDOS..
