The service was good. They instantly gave me a vehicle for testdrive without hesitation which is always a good sign. The staff was very friendly and open with us which is very welcoming and warm.

I was touring from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam on my brand new RR310 and had to visit the service due to an accident caused by the road condition that broke my alloy wheels. The service personnel here worked with haste to help resolve my situation to procure a spare wheel inspite of not having it on stock and replaced it within two days. The customer care was respectful of my situation and I saved being stuck at the place or from the need to speed a fortune to truck my bike back to Bangalore. Hope they keep up the positivity with customers and create better system to address such issues.

Only parking problem if you go by car, polite staff and work done smoothly

Showroom executives are very helpful unlike I found in other showrooms of honda.

They are good in services but they have only local language speaking staff .. they must have english speaking staff too.

Visited for a test ride of Apache RR310.. and the staff their have mentioned that.. if u book the vehicle v will get a test ride... Wat have any sense.. and he himself saying that.. its the main branch or main showroom in visakhapatnam.. near vip road.. without testing a vehicle how can v book a bike which costs 3lakhs.. please start keeping a bike for testrides.. very poor TVS.. not expected with TVS like this..

Had there been a provision to give negative stars i would reward those to this service center.My experience with the service center is in regard to the branch which is in Baji Junction. Had bad experiences earlier too but then this time it was worst. They made my vehicles condition much worse than what i had given. That too after taking 2 days to resolve my issue. paid them 1655rs for nothing. just for the sake of servicing they changed few spare parts which made the sound of scooty worse than an Auto. Pathetic service center. I urge people not to give their vehicles particularly to the service center located in Baji Junction Gopalapatnam.This is good for nothing service center.

This is my fifth bike and the first in tvs. Worst service i had ever seen. Employes behaviour is very rude and the process speed is very slow. Better avoid this showroom.
