Home centre is a good place for purchasing decorative items, sofa sets, bed, kitchen sets e.t.c.. If you dont bother about money because little bit expensive. Showroom maintainence is good. Need to improve customer receiving by the staff. Parking facility is available for free.

Great designs. Slightly costly but good quality. You can find furniture made MDF or new wood and even ply/take wood. But obviously the later cost more.The will definately suggest you even to check online and order.They will deliver the huge items themselves but will take 10-15 days easily.

Lives to the reputation of Home centre. You will never get disappointed, you are sure to find your requirement. Sadly the sound system that plays random music all across the store is pretty horrible and irritating. Am a regular visitor, despite raising this issue with the salesmen in all my visits did yield nothing. It is still annoyingly the same

Service from home center is very very poor and bad, after payment , we have wait till they give delivery, after that waitng for carpenter, some times they are not delivering proper product also. up to me better dont go with home center especially in #vijayawada.

The best option for everything home related. The prices are a little high but the quality is good. The home decoration pieces are very interesting. There are also some furniture options as well. Take some time, walk around the store and youll definitely find some good choices.

We bought 3 seater Reclinar sofa two months ago. Initially It was comfortable, but we noticed its condition was very bad while opening reclinar and the gap between seats. it was not at all satisfactory.

Good no.of models...but cost is some what high...but worst thing is after warranty, home centre call centre is not even want to know the problem and to give the showroom contact number.. as per their call centre after warranty they have no relationship with us...website will give only tollfree numbers not showroom numbers...

By far the worst Customer Help Service is from the Vijayawada Home Center team. Their service is too slow, inefficient and not reliable.In July this year I sent an e-mail complaint requesting the Help Center to rectify/replace a damaged dinning bench from a set that was still under warranty. Within the first month of my complaint a junior and senior carpenter from their side had inspected the bench who told me at my home that the bench needed rectification. However, it was only two months later that an e-mail came agreeing to the same. Then I had to constantly follow up because noone from their side was initiating any further action. Finally in October the bench was collected for rectification. But, I still do not know clearly if the rectification process has begun or by when the process might be completed. Noone from their team will give me a clear answer!Recently in Nov when I follow up by e-mail, the Help Center team just sent a generic reply and asked when to schedule a pick up of the bench from my home.....even though their team had already collected the bench three weeks ago in October!! This is extremely careless. For a company that sells standardized furniture, the solution to such basic probles should not take so long and be so inconvenient to the customer.

Good products. Ordered kitchen set. I am happy with the product but after sales service is bad. Door developed a crack and they are not replacing it in spite of repeated calls. In another instance I ordered a recliner seat and aaked me to pick it up myself as delivery is only for products above 15000.Expected better service from international chain.

They delivered broken bed. They took very long time to deliver your product almost 10-15 days. Their customer service was not good. Please check the return policy before you buy. But it is the only place for branded furniture in Vijayawada after closing Home Stop in shopper stop. Better to avoid buying here if you have other options available. We ordered a wall clock in their online store. The colors shown in online was completely unsatisfied after receiving the product. We inform it to their customer care number and they talk very rudly and doesnt accept the product return.So be cautious while buying products in Home Center stores and online stores.

Worst service,they dont repair or send any technician to repair our products,we bought recliner set recently, and few months later recliner stopped working so we requested them to send a technician to repair but they didnt, three to four times from the last month we requested to send technician still not sent ,and we decided that not buy any of their products in future, atleast they have to try to solve the problem of their customers.
