Very worst and hopeless service I had never come across such experience we had bought water purifier having warnty called and booked 2 weeks but non of them attend so far

They dont even know how to repair a PC monitor... monitor buttons are not working and Im seeing menu options changing automatically on screen..when I went to there they said with my monitor they will provide a driver cd if I bring that one they can re install driver and issue will be solved k said I did but it still not working and then they checked with HDMI cable and for 2,3 minutes that menu options didnt came and they told me to use HDMI cable so I wont get this issue..so I bought HDMI still issue observed...i raised complaint through lg customer care not once but twice..2 times 2 ppl came and they said we wont repair monitor we do only for TV then why the hell they came..I came here in Bangalore I raised complaint after 2 days one guy came and seen and the funny thing is he is saying building has earthing problem so its happening like this..I dont know how unprofessional this staff are...another day one guy came and said he will replace keypad and will see if it is working or not and its worked I didnt get any issues..

Worst experience for repair of microwave .They only find how to charge customer. Warranty is namesake. They dont provide any warranty for their service and spares replace. All spares they use are spurious. LG microwave products itself are defective products. My advise is not to buy these products.
