I am not happy with driving in Morning star travels and it is a fast driving by the driver and I had faced a problem at my dropping location LB Nagar, Hyderabad. There was a breakdown of my watch as well.

Booked a sleeper class bus from via to hyd. Arrived on time for boarding and destination also reached before time only. Driver drove a little faster which sometimes might be dangerous. Rest all its a good journey

Booked BLR to VJA , sleeper ac bus. None of bus driver or cleaner is wearing proper mask. Everyone had mask below chin for formality sake. No temperature check for passengers. I booked my dropping point at Hanumanpet. I paid extra luggage fee for my six big stroller bags, 4 medium bags and Im travelling with infant. They dropped us at Benz circle and said this is last stop n get down.I showed my ticket indicating my last stop. But they insisted n dropped in middle of road with full luggage.I will never recommend or suggest to go for morning star to anyone.

The worst travels in entire Vijayawada I had ever travelled. No proper maintenance, cleanliness, used blankets and stinky beds.While booking I was promised to provide a water bottle and then I wasnt.In the amenities it is mentioned that we would have a power source for charging the mobile. Im out of charge during my journey and there is no charging source in the bus, which is ridiculous. I suggest all my fellow travel mates that we are not only paying the money for travelling, it also includes the amenities which they mentioned us. Im sure if you face this problem youll definitely come to know.So while booking your journey choose wisely.Thank you

Please 🙏🙏🙏 dont book tickets at Morning star travels. Its one of the worst travels in Andhra Pradesh. After booking tickets they will not provide correct information about bus and if any cancellation of bus, they will not provide correct information. I have faced these problem.

Looking for zero rating. Nothing is on time. This is the first travels that I have seen, who loads petrol in the bus while passengers are in the bus. Unexpected changes of departure times. Driver looks and stops wherever he wants to, for onboarding passengers and get some money. Multiple stops for breaks, in the journey of 9 hours, driver stops at three locations. Shouldnt select this travels ever.

Water bottles are not supplied in the bus. Purchase your own. Separate platform for departure makes the movements easy. Perticularly in the rainy days.

This agencys motto is to loot the passenger. Flexi fare system is being implemented. But not interested to provide any facilities to the passengers. Recently I had the ocassion to travel from Bengaluru to Vijayawada. I wasnt even provided a water bottle, when asked, I was told that no water will be provided. Better not to travel in privàte travels particularly Morning Star travels.

Not bad...the air suspesion does not look good at all.The driving is pathetic and they drive the bus like lorry. Sudden speed breaks and sudden pickups. We expect smooth driving for a sleeper coach. The drivers and cleaners need more experience in smooth driving.The bus quality is not great. They are just average buses. RTV Vennela is 1000 times better and way cheaper than these buses.They dont pickup or drop passengers in Vijayawada. The pick up van service sucks when there is huge luggage.

Worst experience... I booked front seats for my journey Vijayawada to Bangalore in well advance with higher price. They have cancelled the service just before 4 hrs and they adjusted my seat in another bus on last row (back seats) which is lesser cost. I dont have option to cancel and I traveled the same.. it is worst experience for me. They didnt refunded difference amount also.

They will show three buses at same time in online ticketing websites and just before start of journwy they will cancel two buses and adjust all the passengers in one bus.hopeless

Travelling by their Service No:140, dated 18.08.2018 to Tirupati.Pickup point was at their Vijayawada Hanumanpet Office at 10:30 pm. But pickup bus started at 11:15 pm.Then took us to Tadepalli where the actual bus starts. There were about 4 to 5 buses and no one to guide us. With the help of bus Number we searched and located our bus and boarded. Bus yet to start when I posted this message at 11:30 pm. Bus driver says that we will be reaching Tirupati next Morning at 7 am.

I was wasted a day, money and work, because this worse travels. The worst service I faced from morning star. I book a ticket online and I am the only one passenger to pick the bus on the reporting location. They try to make a call only one time. It was not reached some how. Then themselves desided like I am not traveling. Even with out Trying to make a call to me. And even they didnt stoped that dispatched location. In front of me bus went. So I tried to make call to driver 15-20 times, but it is not reachable every time. Then I make call to customer care and they are saying like it is already crossed 70 km. I didnt realised that how they connectd to driver in one call even if I tried 15-20 times.

Very very bad .He is charging 150rs extra than others. But in sleeper no bed sheet .No pillow no water .Service is extremely bad.

Currently morning star travels is mosquitoes, unsupportive staff, no power supply although there is a charging slot, foul odoured bedsheets and no water bottles and really has a very bad collection of movies!! Unlike before.
