Its a bad experience. If you wanna rest well please dont choose this hotel. Beds were not clean, ambience is not good, too many leakages in washroom. Will never visit this hotel again in my life

Worst hotel ever seen, worst service ,worst maintenance,worst response from faculty. Asked to change the bedsheet due to dirty stains he told that is oil stains , no towels provided ,room was so dirty not cleaned . Bathroom mats are very dirty not washed since years. Totaly worst experience in this hotel..

I was actually looking for a ZERO star but the least rating available is only ONE.I am a Photographer by Profession. By client had booked the room in this hotel for my visit to vijayawada for shoot purpose. I have reached the hotel by 12 noon after an exhausted continuos shoot for 2 days. I only had a gap of 12 hours to rest my self and i had to join the shoot by next day early morning. So, at the time of check in i was little excited to check in to the room so that i can take the sleep at the earliest possible, as i was completely exauhsted with the travel and back to back shoots since couple of days.Everything was very pleasant until i fill the form and waiting for the keys to be handovered. But here comes the TWIST. They have asked me for the Identity Proof for the stay, i have provided the soft copies of my Aadhar and Passport and hard copy of PAN Card. To my SURPRISE they have denied to arrange accommodation by reason saying we only accept Original ID proofs for accomodation. I had requested initially coz i dont have the hard copies on hand. As per my knowledge there shouldnt be an issue as long as we have the soft copies. Later i started argued saying even the traffic police accept the soft copies these days and wat so special with thes guys.Note : The acutal story behind the scenes is, they dont have rooms available. They had given the online reserved rooms also for some direct walk in guests as they have offered more money than we paid through OYO, which is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTED. I would request OYO team to look into this as their reputation and future stays are at HIGH RISK.

Room was smelling bad, one of our rooms AC was not working properly. Cleanliness is big drawback. Bathroom fittings were in bad shape. Could get bathroom towels only after multiple requests. Positive side is Rooms are huge.Front desk person dont have minimum patience or knowledge to see if my booking is done and paid. The moment i entered the hotel and said that ive booking, she says that there are no rooms available and asks me to check in Hotel Mayuri Inn (which is next to Hotel Thyagg Inn). ...

Rooms are spacious but pretty old and dim. Not enough lighting in the rooms or hallways. You can see wear and tear in almost all aspects like Linens, wardrobe, cable connection, fittings etc., Charged 30% extra for 3 hours early check in, which I feel like over charge for the amenities. Only positive point is proximity to Benz Circle otherwise avodoable.

Todays highest temperature was +39℃, 28th March . This was a very long and tired day for me . And my Room no 210 air-conditioner was not working . So at 02:20 am I got Room no :102 . Since 30 minutes I am waiting for air-conditioning ... !! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Shower didnt work. Bathroom was not clean. Bucket was broken. Breakfast was bad. No proper car parking place. A/c was loud like a generator. TV had only free channels. No sports or any movie channels available.

Look is great.. 1st floor has cockroaches maybe because of the restaurant below. No proper hot water supply. Mattress are bit old. Breakfast and rest of the services are nice.

The hotel is located near Benz circle.It is near the school ground where most of the movie success meet are held in Vijayawada.So if you wish to see some celebrity , I recommend this place( Note: only if there is a audio launch / success meet ).Reception and staff are obedient.You have a lot of restaurant near by.You also have LEPL Inox at a walkable distance.

I just love the place.. Rooms are good. However most of the time one room doesnt have hot water and the other room doesnt have proper equipment to hold the shower. Keeps on falling down. But however their ambience Is good. Customer friendly.. Free breakfast available which is very tasty and fabulous.They keep about 4 varieties of tiffin which u can enjoy happily.. Room service also good.

One Of the Worst Hotels In Vijayawada. You will face problems with lights, water what not everything in this hotel. dont get fooled by seeing hotel photos in sites like OYO, in reality everything looks quite opposite. do not book at any cost. just avoid it. this is my experience at this hotel.

Nice budget hotel in Vijayawada located in Pinnamaneni poly clinic road. Rooms are well maintained clean and hygiene. Service is good. Complementary breakfast is also good. Parking space or lot is not available customers should park their vehicles on the road side. Overall its one of the best hotels in Vijayawada.

Staying experience was quite good except lack of cover parking and breakfast was not fresh. Good staff and spacious clean room. AC was working good. Overtly it was a relaxing night halt there.

Inside room ambience was good, one concern is bed bugs, I reported to ur help desk, they told they will do infestation every 3 days, if that was done properly as per their saying there shouldnt be bed bugs, u must take care of those guys who are pretending to be conducting and doing all these stuff in your hotel, hot water is from solar panels, those will take at least half an hour of time and lot of tap normal water left freely to get hot water from those pipes, u guys thought of cost effective manner of electricity but this water wastage, u should respond to it as soon as possible otherwise u may get into water crisis like other city hotels...

Its a good and clean place to stay. Safe and comfortable. Good food is available in the Alankar hotel/bakery down below. They provide complimentary water and breakfast too (depending on the check-in time). Overall good experience.

Stay is decent but I had a weird experience of bed bugs within single night, as per cost it is medium but it will be benefit for people only if they stay from starting time i.e, 12 pm to next day 11am as per Oyo rules . These rules are benifit for Oyo and hotels. One should think of wisely before choosing these time schedule , u cant book earlier or late of the prescribed time of Oyo rooms , if u stilll wish to book u cant extend 24 hrs from booking, it will continue from the day 12pm time.

Hotel is good and clean. But the most important area for improvement it the service. If you order a bottle of water youll have to wait more than 30 mins. And on top of that if you call the reception again about the last order there will be higher chance of he saying that ohh you want a bottle of water sir? Ok Ill send.Also, when you order dinner, then youll have to wait more than enough. And guess what, there will be one guy who will bring food to your room, then youll have to wait again for about 30 mins for one more guy to get dishes for you. And again third guy will bring water bottle for you after youll be tired of waiting for the water. So, on an average youll have to waste more than 2 hrs for your food to finish. Anyways, the food is not that great. Just go out and eat somewhere else if you are staying.

I am very very satisfied by mr. srikant customer service and the way he heloed me. i am very glad that meet a guy whoes service was extremely satisfied.

Really enjoyed their quality service. Rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast provided by them is also very good. Doors are locked using Godrej Smartkey. Every room has a Central AC which cools the room in no time. You can even order food to your room. Room service is also very good. I would recommend this hotel for stay.

Service not good. Service staff forget even basic requirements everyday. But they are polite and well behaved. Hotel actually did not train them. I would not recommend this hotel for personal and family visit. I had to stay here because it was booked through my office through OYO. At times, water in the bathroom does not come. Breakfast lacks options. Problem for people who dont prefer idli and upma regularly.

Very good OYO facility on my business trip Vijayawada stayed in this hotel for a day. Comparing to other Oyo facilities this hotel is located in the centre of town facing the main road.ParkingThey have offered the valet parking. It helps us a lot. Rooms are very clean and wide.

We reached hotel around 1 pm and checked in,the rooms are spacious enough but ac takes longtime to cool room may be summer effect and lights are not working in room only 2 lights are working and no place for parking they provide space only max 3 vehicles can park and that to back to back,if first vehicle have to take out u have to move remaining 2 vehicles.Hotel staff also must feel some responsible eventhough I asked for towels which are not provided by hotel staff beforehand they didnt responded.this is entirely my personal opinion.

Had to wait 1hr for the room service to show up as the smart card they provided dint work. room service is tooo late taking almost around an hour. only single towel provided saying they couldnt get from laundry yet.

There are two single cot beds for couples. It is actually very bad experience in hotel thyag. Please make sure replace this cots and make single beds. Its good for couples.

The walls stink, the bedsheets are worn out and have those nasty stains (Puke), the buckets are filthy and the wifi doesnt work. I suggest people check in somewhere else because there are so many good hotels out there at this price range which i did obviously.. This hotels a literal bullcrap!
