The property is well maintained, specially washroom maintainence is very good, cleaned towels, floor towel as well, bed cover pillows everything perfect and clean. Other facilities like reading light, DND switch, Tv connection with multiple channels and staff service is too good. They have got bar cum restaurant. Food is good. Breakfast is complementary. Staffs are helpful.You can opt for your stay when in the city.

Probably best option in this price range ant Vijaywada. Clean , good staff and very cozy . Wouldnt advice on the food served in room dining. Too costly and not up to mark. I think over all good place , can improve on in room food quality. Staff is good.

I have come here for business trip & booked the hotel for 2 days through Goibibo. I have booked executive room but on the 1st day they have provided deluxe room. when I raise my concern they assure me to go for deluxe room today - tomorrow we will upgrade you to a suite room. on 8.12.17 I stayed in room no. 302 & on 9.12.17 they have alloted me room no. 401. excellent stay. taken dinner from the restaurant cost Rs 289/- worth it. complementary breakfast was good. will surely recommend for future traveller.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are Spacious and very cleanly maintained. Restaurant is also very nice and tastes good. You have two lifts but only one is operational, had very much waiting at lifts.

Mini biryani in 99 rupees is the best deal

Unfortunately, we couldnt get the space in hotel and had to stay in another hotel. However, we availed their restaurant service, which was awesome. We chose the buffet and items (vegetarian) were quite good. The variety was not that very wide but sufficient. Two things, which I didnt like were poor light even over the buffet table, that make almost impossible to identify the food and no proper identification of non-veg food, which can create confusion easily to veg customers.

Very decent place. Book online: MMT or Yatra to save on the room tarrif. Good for business travel and families too. The hotel has a restaurant for serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. So dont have to run around finding food. Has big enough parking which is not easy to find around here. No problems with staff wise.

Good location near to railway station, food menu has lot of varities in both Veg & Non-Veg,linen covers were clean, cleanliness & hygiene was visible across the hotel, most importantly Rooms are very spacious, room interior makes room more beautiful

1st night I checked in late and found AC to be not working.2nd day I asked them to check but the manager said you check today if there is some problem will do something.later in evening I informed regarding the same and they said they will check.After cleaning filter then also it didnt work, so they said they will shift me to another room.I reminded twice but ask me to wait.Around 11-40 , I had to sleep in my room without AC being working.

Its beside the route next to main road to Andhra hospital. To this I am not giving 5 🌟 only because it do some delays in the required things for meetings. Also it is expensive in rates like 5 star hotel. Acces to hotel is small our deluxe bus cannot come to this route. Front parking area and entry lobby is also small. Waiting hall is not spacious.Food is ok.Speekers in hall sometimes doesnt sound good.Problems during presentation not rectified on time.Do not have sound proof walls.Lighting can be much better.Decorations are less but beautiful.

From the outside it does not look so great.But inside, the rooms are spacious and well fitted. Majority of the staff are extremely cordial, quick and helpful, with a smile on the face (even the people from accounts). Hotel facilities are excellent and maintained as such.For the stay, full marks. Mr. Vivek, Mamta, Bhavya and Muthu Rao are an excellent team and I hope it continues.The food alone is a letdown. The fries were Oily. The sandwiches were extra salty. Bowls were missing in the buffet counter.I would like to reduce 1 star for the food, but I think the stay and courtesy compensate. And I hope they take the effort to improve.

First thing I would say is the rooms, they are clean neat and spacious cos we were 3 adults and a child in each room , second food even though limited items but the quality and taste is definitely appreciatable. Third the staff in the restaurant are very cordial the buffet was about to finish as we arrived late in night , they could manage hot food and yes the desserts got finished but they arranged us good desserts at last out of special interest. Fourth the lady staff at the reception was working late and she was annoyed by the way take over was happening and there was a huge argument among the front office staff. They complete ignored that the guest were watching them. That was very very bad on the front office staff.

It is excellent place to stay, with secured car parking, very tasty dishes. I recommended my friends to take the opportunity of staying in it. The room rents are a bit costly, would have been nice had it been a bit cheaper. The check out time was 12.00 Noon, which is very inconvenient for the persons going to distant places. The management needs to look into it, and make it a favourable place with few facilities.There was a slight foul smell in the water in the bathrooms. The management needs to look into it.

Dear Mr MDNow the time is 12:15 am I am still waiting for Extra Bed after multiple follow ups.After few follow up they came with a quilt and pillow as a extra bed I really surprise to See that. I ve book the Rooms for triple occupancy 6 days priorly. Is this way you treat your customers.If it is the case how do you take bookings online.Really pathetic service from the Hotel Staff with this it will definetly impact the Hotel name.

Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best i have experienced in Vijayawada. Ill be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

1. Water is contaminated and stinks2. They prtray as if to look like a 5 star acco. But they dont even supply simple coffee and tea making supplies like tea dip bags, sugar, milk powder sachets. If you are a avid tea or a coffee drinker, you are dead with the chase yoy woukd do with the room service.3. You git to beg them to ckean your room.4 forget fresh towels supply.

Receiving at reception is poor. Restaurant service and room servive are excellent. They dont have a steam iron box facility. Bath soaps provided are not good. Proper training has to be given to the people who work in this hotel.

Hotel was good, rooms are near, clean and higenic. Hotel location is bit odd, sourrounded by hospital and few institutes. Although if wish to stay in your room then this doesnt make any difference. Food taste is good. Buffet Breakfast is also good. Only issue I had which I noticed later while claiming my tour bills is they overcharged me. One is for mineral water they charged me Rs. 55 where as a mineral water bottle MRP is Rs 20 and as per GST no one can charge you more than MRP. Second is the person who prepared my check out bills somehow charged me around 300 more, my mistake is I have not checked detail because I was in hurry to catch my flight. This could be a human error but overcharge for MRP item is illegal, I could have even gone for a case in consumer court but I dont want to truoble them but they must stop such practice
