The Worst Customer Service........The Promoters or else who are working there......They dont know how to behave with a Customer, They are Thinking that they r the Owners of Sony.....Especially The Guy Who is Fair.....Wearing Gold chain Max Height is 4 feet.....He is very rude and.......He doesnt know That Customer is God.......Hope Sony will Look into this and Recruit Educated Guys.....

Had to redo review coz of the current staff, the previous staff used to ve courteous and have sound knowledge of the devices, but the staff now a days there doesnt even want to know the customer requirement.

Worse stock management . I went to buy Sony a6600 camera the staf claim that its my fault for trying to buy the camera without providing them with prior intimation of with respect to my requirement BUT WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGEMENT THEY TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION BY ARRANGING ME THE PRODUCT AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE AND EXPRESSED THEIR HONEST APOLOGIES FOR THE STAFFS ERROR.

Worst customer interaction... Plzz try to reply politely to customers.. and kindly update ur phone number of ur store in order to reach you .

I would really suggest you not to listen to sony executives. they do not really know the features which will help to buy the sony camera. I asked for sony a6400 and they were insisting on to buy a6500. later got to know that they did not have a6400 in stock. i did not like it. also they are very late in getting the cameras which are not in stock. they do not even provide tripods. the executive directly asked me to buy it from other store from where i bought the camera.

Products are amazing from Sony and the way they give service, even though the price is little higher than other companies. Still need of products is not lagging while comparing with others and a survey reveal that service and quality makes it possible to make a stand in market with revenue comparison.Service is a great way to lead market. They provide goods with quality but expensive.The majority of quality reflect in audio. No compromise in this case. Camera is second, while the worlds best camera produced by Sony only.Audio is best of all other. Any other company doesnt compete with Sony for audio experience.Camera is the next, even iPhone doesnt complete without Sony.Sony is one of PlayStation manufacturer. Xbox is coming competitor for Sony, even it makes its stand in market.Next product base is TV, it is one of best in its range of services. One of best products is television with advanced picture quality.Finest in brand name and service.

Worst Salesman and Sales Person Behavior is not Good.

SONY products are no doubt excellent. But the staff in SONY CENTER are not at all customers friendly. They were very reluctant in answering my simple queries regarding the products. This happened to me twice in the same shop. Just because of SONY BRAND I went inside the shop.

Dont listen to the sales executive words .. just ask its features. He will keep louder sound thats ok but listion at low sound also ( at what sound u need at home) n make ur own desicion
