Very Poor customer service, I have visited their shop opp to siddartha college and have waited for more than 45 mins for their technician to arrive, after he arrived he explained about the product, they said that the person will visit my home in the 1st hours of the next day but he didnt come, I was waiting for him and when i called and asked him, he said that he had some other work and will come by afternoon or by evening, i waited and again called in the evening, i was told that he cannot come and he is busy else where.... They lake professionalism and not committed for customer service, I have dropped the idea of buying product from them now.
