Rooms and service was exceptional. I would like to appreciate all the staff - right from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Its because of their teamwork my stay was excellent.

We stayed here for a day, maintenance was okay. But hospitality wise is not so that great. Their staff will take hours time to deliver anything(food/coffee/Tea/water etc..) to the room, nearby to MGRoad you can easily walk and go around for the best shopping experience

The worstest worst hotel I have visited in my experience. They have allotted us the used rooms without changing the bedsheets and without cleaning the floor.The dining table was full with drink bottles and other starters in a scattered way. We entered the property with a group at midnight and seen the used rooms and asked the receptionist to clean the rooms and the answer was u have checked in into the rooms in the afternoon and it was used by us. I said Its very unfortunate to hear, as we reached vijayawada in the midnight and asked him who have used the rooms, then he replied that somebody used the rooms and had some food even in the rooms which was allotted to us. I told him to change the bedsheets and clean the floor. They tried to replace the bedsheets with used one again and I reacted in a louder voice then the housekeeping guy replied that being new year dhobi was not coming for last 15 days and we dont have the new one and u people have to adjust with these torn and used bedsheets and also said that they usually change the bedsheets for every 3-4 days.We have pre ordered to arrange the dinner by 09:30 PM and @ 07 PM we requested to hold the order as we may reach in the late night and we may not consume the food. They said they have to check with the kitchen and will confirm, they done the same and replied that food was not prepared and they will cancel the order. Later @ 08:30 PM they said that their MD Mr. Suuresh asked them to inform that the food was pre ordered and its already prepared and we have to pay for that. I said in that case keep the prepared food in the rooms allotted to us and then only we will pay. Then after sometime @ around 09:00 PM, Ms. Renuka said she convinced her MD for cancellation and they are not going to charge anything and they are not going to keep any food in the room. Later next day I have checked with the restaurant just to make sure weather the food is really prepared or not and the staff said they have not prepared any food for the dinner last night, they were only in the preparedness to cook. They only tried to charge us for the food which was not at all prepared and when I asked them to place the whole food which they were stating prepared, then they changed the version and said we are not going to charge u anything.We reached the property @ 12:30 AM in the midnight and finally entered the rooms @ 03:45 AM after the bad episode.The taste of food is really good here. We enjoyed the food.The Property is good if they maintain it. Unfortunately they are not interested to do so. They are interested in selling the used rooms and charge for that. Its better to stay in a dormitory than staying here.

The hotel is situated almost on the MG road and is easily accessible. This is a concept hotel with 4 rooms in a block, along with a common sitting area. In a block, 3 rooms are of decent size but the Executive room is very small. The breakfast is complementary and has a decent spread, with buttermilk being the highlight for me. They serve is idli, vada, dosa, boiled eggs, corn flakes, etc. They also have in room services for lunch and dinner and the restaurant on first floor is also operational. Overall, a decent place to stay for a short time.

Rooms and room service is very nice but in parking area there is lots of rats n they cut the wiring of my audi cars parking sensors and engine oil sensors and some other sensors which had cost me around 85000rs for replace its a very bad experience for me hope it will not get repeated with other guest

Located centrally, economical with buffet breakfast option. Rooms are decent, clean with all amenities. They have a restaurant in the first floor. Crews are helpful. Can prefer for a shot stay. Only problem is the layout and size the rooms. Four bhks flats are converted into rooms. Rooms are small .

Economical for a short stay. They have a bad reputation pointed out in one of the earlier reviews which was confirmed upon locking the room if you delay your payment due to any reason.This is unprofessional especially when you have guests staying in the hotel on your behalf. Breakfast and lunch buffet is good but it takes a lot of time for the dosas, Puris and eggs to arrive once ordered . They are not equipped to deal with a lot of guests at one time,but if you are early its better. As far as cleanliness and room service is concerned , its good.

Being in the heart of South India and being the capital of Andhra Pradesh, this hotel doesnt serve South Indian (at least during the nights when I stayed), which is baffling. Please only serve the menu card for which items are available for lunch. Almost 60% of the listed items in the menu, werent available.
