Loved it. Rarely do our expectations meet and this is one of those. I went to this place after watching some reviews on YouTube, and I am delighted that I had chosen this place to have lunch during my trip to Vijayawada. Sumptuous wholesome traditional andhra meal. Add their hospitality and its a deadly combination of love, variety and flavours. Must visit in Vijayawada.

Vijayawadas subbaya gari hotel still not upto that mark, but if you like vegeterian food try this place would love their special podis.

They have 3 categories of meal - 230, 180, 130 - all are unlimited Andhra meals. Just the items are different across the price. Very good place to have perfect lunch. Tasteful and worth the price. Unlimited even on fried curries and rice. Comes with sweet. Three price plates (₹130/-, ₹180/-, ₹230/-) suitable for all class of families.Hygienic conditions and good staff maintenance. They provide parcel as well. Please visit savour your tongue with proper meals.

Update: Price has been increased to Rs.230.I had been craving for proper Andhra meals for long and today morning went to this mess. The hygiene is just decent not very good I would say. I opted for Rs. 200 meals ad I didn’t want to miss out on anything. The place is divided into sections based on the meal you choose. The 200 rs meal had water bottle, few curries and paan bida in addition to the regular meals. The man serving the food was very helpful and suggested different combinations to try. Absolutely brilliant experience.

Traditional veg Andhra Meals served at its best. Prepay your order and start earning. Parking is a little problem here. Service was quick. They divided into 4 sections. 1 is Ac remaining 3 are non AC. The highest was ₹200/- and consists of plenty of items to consume that you have to be hungry enough. They are cooking with quality Ingredients to get good product.

Simple superb, I didnt expect this much quality and quantity. We were the last one who visit lately at 4pm. But food is very hot delicious. Im highly recommend this one.

Food is awesome and feel like i had a lunch in a wedding event. Place is busy and better you visit early hours than regular hours to avoid croud.

Tried special meals here and its great. Dal was fantastic. But I had a minor case of food poisoning after eating it.

My rating is not about the food but for the options of meals. Food is good.Meals should be full meals, plate meals but here they have 4type of meals to select-Rs90, Rs.130, Rs.180 and Rs.230. It doesnt give a good vibe for customers for selection of veg meals also. Hope this can be avoided in future.No issues on the food.

Quality of food as well as service has totally deteriorated in the recent past. May be because of heavy crowds the management has neglected these two vital issues which helped the mess to get good name.

Its pure vegetarian hotel with delicious traditional food items like Ulava charu, patchipulusu, karapu podulu, pickles, welcome drink Badam milk, pure ghee, ice cream and pan. Very tasty and hygienic. Visit at once.

Authenticity of food is missing in this place, however, ramayya mess and kotayya mess are two ancient places in Vijayawada that delivered delicious Andhra foods, but if administration focus on chefs or masters work here it would be better , overall, the food is good would be better .

I am from Hyderabad, I had thali at subbayya gari hotel. Even I had at kakinada too.When compared to these both, i did not truly liked ramaiah mess,.. they did not had curries dry or wet. Some bhendi Pulusu and deep fry cabbage.Was expecting dondakaya masala or vankaya masala or Capsicum masala curries, that was missing.They did not maintain any chutneys decently. No Avakaya speciality or Kandi podi or any podis. Which should be very specials here in Vijayawada. Zero maintenance on pickles.No covid cares, except the handwash at wash area.Take a visit to kondapur Subbayya gari hotel, you wont regret ever.

Upto few months back the food taste was in very great taste but now I dont know why the taste was changed a lot and also so many are saying that the food in ramayya mess was great in previous time but not now so the quality shoulb be changed

Quality is fine. Little more maintenance needed and taste of the food little ordinary and not up to the mark. More over Price variations menu is fine but a meal cost 110, 160 and 200rs. Nor Dishes neither taste will not match to Price tag.

Had meal here at lunch time, good service, taste is good and seating facility available. What i like here is that the management offers meals in 3 categories with diff prices. So that you can choose one based on your appetite, money u have and no wastage.

Has full meals at 3 levels (no. of items) and Always crowded. But good is really good and service boys will let you know what they are servicing.

Staff are not freindly. They were not ready to give extra cup of curd.Even for an extra chair for 5 yr old kid they asked to pay extra of 90 rupees.Food taste was not that great.
