Staff are very rude to customers. Please please please we all deserve respect as we are customers and they are treating like they are giving us for free. There are better lodges or rooms around this, so better choosing them rather than this (my opinion).Main thing was, at last they will not allow to see the room. Only you are allowed to room after paying the check-in cash.🙏🙏
Worst receiving. First of all staff in the villa are worst. They dont know how to talk. Bedsheet and pillow cover has not changed. After asking also they are refusing to change them. No neatness. Worst worst worst worst. More over I dont want to give a single star also.
1. BEDS WILL GET HIGH SOUND WHEN YOU MOVE2. FOR COUPLES ITS BETTER BUT BEDS SOUNDS ARE ANNOYING .3. FOR EVERYTHING THEY WILL ASK MONEY FIRST .4. OVER ALL IS OK
Worst ever. Very different than what it shows in Oyo. Ugly rooms with no walls painted. No hot water. Dust particles in bathroom water. Dont fool yourself.
The hotel was very dirty and my check in time was in the morning at 6:00 but the hotel staff were lifting there calls and were not responding to bells and that was not hotel it was a house and was very dirty and the hotel staff were also very rude …..worst experience ever

Staffs in the villa only know English and Hindi ,single room was good but there was problem with food you have travel long for food

We forget to bring the orginal copy of adhaar card instead of taking the xerox copy, he is asking for more money to check in the hotel room. this is not the right way of the receptionist to behave with the customers like this manner. i had never seen such worst receptionist and never faced sucha a worst experience.
