I personally visited their project Lakeridge, vanukur. Very well developed with utmost importance to greenery and amenities. Project looks like a resort. Their model villa also well maintained with good interiors.. Clubhouse malgudi is in kerala style may b fist of its kind in via. .

It was a worst service by the Bhavishya since Building basement.No active support neither construction quality, and worst part is what ever they have displayed in brochure and actually on field is totally different which includes rusted gates, no proper drainage pipeline to main system and funny part is Park.As of now not even a sitting bench arranged they have been provided park space for snakes and dogs. Guys be alert.

Worst quality( Any work they have done starting from Ramp, gate fitting, gates are like 4 sticks, slopes at various places, plumbing, electrical material quality....you name any one, worse than worst quality. ). They dont have minimum knowledge in construction.(Highest price per sft, lowest quality material). If any one wanted to know about them, Pls visit their venture Golden Homes @ Edupugallu , talk to the owners of the houses there.
