Very bad with no comfort in the sleeper bed. Pls make sure the upper beds are big in size with proper alignment of rods. I could see there is only one rod in the middle of the upper birth which is not giving proper security for the customer to sleep.

Although I missed the bus, they arranged an alternative one after 10min of contact..very good service

Pickup up point office entrance,NTR CURCLR, Vijayawada, filled with sewage, any slip youd fall in gutter. Bus was 1.30min late, and no gps of bus tracking available after it started getting late. No one sits at office desk for information. Driver speaks rashly. Bus is late by 2hrs30minutes. MY PURPOSE IF CHII5DING THUS BUS TO REACH BY 6AMis lost.BLANKETS STINK AND ARE TORN.THIS BUS US MUCH WORSE THAN A VILLAGE BUS.I NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO CHOOSE ORANGE TRAVELS.PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.DR RAGHU.

Orange Tours & Travel, I used their Bus Service from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. This is where the boarding point for their buses is. This office has seating for its travellers. Restroom is present but not up to mark. Bus wise it was extraordinary, Semi sleeper, Air Conditioned Scania Make Multi Axle Coach. Delivered cool drinking water to all.

Worst experience. Stopped in Vijayawada for luggage unload for almost one hour. No sleep due to mosquitos in the bus till luggage unload

The office at NTR circle looks good providing a seating place for all. Also with a washroom but not properly maintained. Thatd be an area to improve. There were regular notifications as the booked service bus approached the boarding point which helped me account my reporting time at the boarding 📍point. The service to Bangalore is well maintained and hygiene equipped with a pillow and a blanket in the sleeper class. Upper single birth seemed a bit smaller than the other travels comparatively. Air conditioning is perfect with adjustable knobs over the head and legs. Overall its satisfactory without much to complain. Cheers. Happy travelling. 👍

Very pathetic, unprofessional drivers and cleaners. No responsibility at all, driver smokes while driving and takes many pauses for tea, no time maintenance. Back then Orange travels were fine, now it has been worst at its best. Very disappointed, will not be booking yours again. Never book in this if you want to reach on the given time.

Good seating facility in the office, and fans are good, But total area occupied be lacs of mosquitoes. No proper care on passengers till the vehicle arrival. Staff responds only on arrival of concerned vehicle. No response of tracking.

The pickup point mentioned in abhibus has not pickup from that point by orange travels for my booked bus. But... I need to run in the last minute to catch the bus. Over all the response was not good by orange travels. Also finally my my bus got cancelled and I need to travel is other bus which suggested by orange travels. Overall not good experience from orange travels... Need to improve...

Poor maintenance, unhealthy environment. Sleeper busses are at its worst...nothing as advertised... when asked for movie they respond saying inverter is broken... dont they know before they start to fix such things... expensive and not worth...

Useless we have boarding at 5:30AM but the service cancelled they havent updated us on that and made us wait for 2 hours for another service no updates no calls. It used to be a good service but they got worse now we travelled with him for 10 long years definitely it got worse now. Dont waste time here instead try APSRTC or TSRTC.

Loved it and offcourse good service provider and also waiting hall facilities also quite good as compared to others.

There is provision for ladies toilets. Drivers are very rude at understanding it. I am filling a case against this under women harrassment. Be prepared for it.

This is one of the boarding point near NTR statue in Vijayawada. From here you can book tickets and board bus towards visakhapatnam, hyderabad etc. Maintenance of wash room is horrible and approach to waiting room is terrific. The slab on drain damaged mostly.

My experiences with orange travel always good.. cleanliness, staff behaviour, services , everything is good . Even in my last journey they r following the covid safety rules .Only ony last journey the vechicle was bit late to pick up and dropping point I can understand because of road works 🙂

Bus no AR 02 3480 - poorly maintained with mosquitoes. After loss of mobile, a complaint was lodged by my friend but no response as such. Instead, the bus driver questions the customer and blames the customer for losing it because they fell asleep. No support from Orange. Worst experience from Orange travels. Hope they will rectify this in the future.

Sleeper Bus was Good for travelling with clean blankets and comfy bed.

Good but not excellent. TVs are existed in the bus but no earphones are being given. Main problem recently I faced is with a driver who was some what different and when requested to stop for ladies toilet, he didnt bother and when I contacted customer service center, they responded well and informed that driver to stop the bus, but he annoyed at me and he questioned me what happens if complain to customer service center. What can I reply? Necessity is mine, what I felt. Water and snacks are distributing occasionally. Some staff members are following and some are not. Amazing thing is when I returned from Bangalore to Kakinada on 24/2/2020 (bus no 6014), both the drivers ride the bus extraordinarily. I never seen such type of driving in recent past. I felt travelling in a train. Very comfortable ride. Encourage them.

Worst experience..my family and myself traveling to Vijayawada. We have hardly 75 Mangoes in our luggage in poly bag. We came to know orange travels wont accept poly bags and cartons when we came to board the bus. This should be known to passengers before buying the tickets. They are telling that it was printed on e-ticket. They must let us know all these things before buying ticket. Not after buying ticket. Surprisingly they will allow briefcases or bags. Usually any travels allow luggage based on weight. I dont know why these guys are not allowing us our own luggage which is not even weighs 50 kgs. Staff is very rude and not even considering our request to carry our own luggage. Still it is not for reselling or foe commercial use.If they were informed about all these before booking the tickets, we would have chosen other alternative. If they inform or print or supply t&c, what is the use?Finally they accepted it after charging 200/-. My argument is, everyone has a right to carry the minimum luggage along with them. It is not the matter of carton or bag or briefcase.

Not even one star is what orange should deserve... I was in business tour 1st bus got technical issues.. I came to know at last min.. 2nd bus was delay by 1 hours I was on road till 11.10pm in night from 6.00 pm.. nothing worst then this I experienced with orange tour and travel.

ORANGE TRAVELS charge money like anything crazily...Hyd to Vijayawada, they charge very high than any other travels. These drivers also drive very rashly....I travelled on 9th Jan 2019 in Orange travels Multi axile Mercedes benz bus....Initially the driver maintained a speed of 70kmph, which is good for a sleeper bus...Suddenly the speed is increased to 120kmph and he drove the bus like a video game. I could not even sleep for 1 minute because of the sudden turns the driver took every 1 minute.....Really scarred of this Travels...with the motive to reach target in time and no safety is guaranteed....I booked a return ticket in Orange travels and cancelled due to this fear.The orange bus reached Vijayawada from Hyderabad in 4 hours.....starting from Lakdi ka pool.....at 12 am and reached Vijayawada by 4 am....what the hell...? Once the bus reached L B NAGAR....it started with high speed, ZIG ZAG turns...with 36 passengers on boarded..

Very horrible experience with orange travel. I booked from redBus app. This bus pickup time 4:30pm benz Circle pillar no. 1, last seat not good. Full engine sound, heat from engine, no switch on sleeping coach small lamp lights it was full dark, we ask to driver to switch on lights but he not ON, time. As per redBus WiFi should enable but unfortunately No WiFi.AC point also not work proper so full was heat in our sleeping coach. Unable to sleep also. No customer support also, wrong contact number & not valid.Dont select this travel.

From any place if we come to Hyderabad, they will not drop us at dropping location. For their convenience they will ask the traveler to go by pick up van or they will shift to other bus. Particularly when we book upto Chandannagar they left us always at Miyapur saying that Miyapur is the last stop. Worst thing is when i contacted to customer care, call didnt connected. Earlier they will call to customers to take feedback but now they are leaving traveler on road. Really fustrated with orange.

Waiting hall at ntr circle (Vijayawada)equipped with TV and fans. Only problem is mosquitoes. Bus service is good. Punctual.

The staff in the bus didnt respond well on call when i asked them about the tracking of the bus and they surpassed 5 kms far from my boarding point. And in the mean while about to reach my destination the bus met with with a repair which took them nearly 3 hours to put on track.

Completely destroyed my package for which paid extra cost and did not bother to take responsibility. Said not my problem.

Shocked to see the arrogant staff of orange travels here, I had a lot of respect for their staff behavior and punctuality before I visited this very office... Overall pathetic experience...
