One of the worst center I have ever seen and responsibility of the staff is very poor even they dont respect their patients soo please choose another Diagnostic center

Worst service from konacc lab , no coordination among team....for 2 hrs report delivery apprx they took 24 hrs to deliver report.....,we are on contionus followup with team , eventhough team has not properly responded.....very worst team & lab in VIJAYAWADA

Staff behaviour was not good

No one Responding they only ask money thats it

Very bad experience with the staff.. They ask for money to pay very clearly but they never respond to your queries and simply they will say wait outside..Most often they never bother to listen to you and never respect you. As per my opinion doctor is good but staff is worst. I think the management need to train their staff else this lab will be get close soon with this kind of staff behaviour.

Worst experience after coming from a long drive. While appointment on phone discussed something and physically claiming that none of them told the information. Not possible to plan further steps for check up with Doctor after the scan. This feedback is just before the scan. I will post again after scan. I am waiting with 18 months old baby for scan since 3 Hrs without starting anything so far.

The wrost experience in konacc diagnosis and very lazzy responce.very long time to wait for reports.they didnt listen our issues.tooo worst no words
