Staff behaviour is worst,no proper timings ,staff not at all answer properly ,when we ask before day for the OP timings they said doctor will available from 9-1 but the truth is doctor is available only after 1 pm for OPs when we ask about staff regarding that they are telling rudely like doctor only do surgeries and ops alone only he have to manage so u have to wait when will he arrives till that time , there is no guidelines for timings. very worst exp

Only doctor Gopichand and the accountant and one or two sisters do their work sincerely others are lacking knowledge, interest, skills and dont have enough kindness to deal with patients.I am giving this one star because there is no option to put zero star. Chemo doctor never gives a blood test slip. Blood tester always asks for it. If not given he will do whatever test he wants to do. Staff are not concerned about patients sitting for hours waiting for the information from them. Sisters doesnt know what medicines to give for chemo.Not so good ambience and hhospitality for cancer patients, they need a lot of support and help from hospital. Which is not given here.

Dr. Gopichand did prostate surgery to my father in 2011.now my father is a cancer survivor. As a follow up visit, Now I am glad to visit HCG City Cancer Centre all the way from Kerala after 8 yrs.

My sister got operated in HCG city cancer centre, We came here to consult Dr Gopi chand because of his contribution in the field of surgical oncology for the past 25 years

Only Dr.Gopichand and Dr.Phani are good. We need to wait a lot of time consult the doctor. There is no proper timings for O.P patients. Reception people (With out qualification and knowledge) are worst people and staff (Nurses) sends to doctor for O.P consultation also not good. Rude behavior with patients and rude talk with patients and patient attenders. Most of the nurses are not qualified. They do more extras at ICU. Admission is also late and to fix surgery date also slow. We cant meet Dr.Gopichand directly, if we have any doubts. Better to take opinions from 2 or 3 hospitals before join in this hospital. Aarogya Sree patients doesnt have proper response. All the above points are true. If you want to confirm, you can talk directly with the people who are waiting for Doctor Consultation. You can check with the patients attenders at ICU, 3rd Floor and 4th floor (General Ward).

This hospital is highly substandard or not maintaining any standards at all. I feel 1 star rating is also very high for this hospital. This hospital is not enough capable to treat cancer. we can not expect in this corporate world hospital services for free or charity but there should be standards and value for money. this hospital is trying to admit patients by threating the patients that condition is very critical and need treatment immediately. there is no good cancer hospital in Vijayawada. It is better to get treatment in basava tharakam hospital or omega hospital in Hyderabad1) This hospital do not have in-house radiation department. referring for radiation to some other hospital2) doctors do not like interact with patient/ patient attenders to explain about disease and treatment.3) Hospital staff(Nurses) are not skilled staff.4) There is no hygiene in the hospital which is very important for cancer patients. Bed sheets in the hospital are worse.

Worst management and worst patient service Ive ever seen before in private hospitals.I must say they simply dont care about patients, staff behaving rudely, they treat patients like they came for any charity or something, or they serving them for free of cost, infact they are charging a premium rates to customers.Dr. Gopi Chand has a good reputation in this field, but why he is not taking any action with the staff, i dont understand. The management around is spoiling his reputation.

My grand mother got free treatment under NTR vidya seva. It was immense response form Dr.M.Gopichand garu to the patients and attenders. They used to provide free meals and travel expenses as well. I strongly DONT RECOMMEND this hospital to anyone. Worst experience with this hospital. My uncle has diagnosed with cancer and thought to get treated here. After spending a week here its like a hell on earth. This hospital doesnt maintain any standards. No proper medical care at all. The nursing staff are very rude and they are definitely not a skilled staff. The rooms they provide here are very horrible to admit someone. Treatment costs are too expensive and their maintaining standards are below par. This hospital doesnt provide any proper combined care and also doesnt allow us to meet other consultants. This hospital doesnt have all the staff mentioned in their display. I also heard that some homeopathy doctors are giving treatment for cancer patients. So please beware of this before visiting this hospital. Money minded.. pakka commercial and moreover ***NO HUMANITY*** here in this hospital. I would give Negative rating if available. I feel the other 5 star ratings provided are fake.
