There is no negative rating otherwise it will deserve -5 star. Worst network service, network disconnecting frequently, To turn on TV you have to restart router for 2 to 3 times and need to wait for half an hour

I have requested more than 100 times for new connections.No response.worst management.

1. Poor maintenance and low network speed even we purchase a high speed plan.2. When called for complaint, they will identify the problem but wont arrange any technician to rectify that.3. They will provide technician number, and when we call them they will answer the first time...and the next second they will block our number and the problem wont be rectified.4. They are the best in collecting the bill payments...but the worst service providers.5. Even though these plans are cheap, I suggest you not to go for APSFL. The price might be cheap but we will get frustration coz of its problems nd the irresponsible, non responsive technicians......... WORST FIBER NET PROVIDERS.......reviewed with 2 years experience.

APSFL is the first service provider to provide MPLS L2 VPN SDWAN connectivity to all the MRO offices in AP.

Such a worst service i have seen.I dont know know for what sake this service has started. Its better to go for private networks. They are best in providing services. Waste service.

Service is too bad. They not even responsible for a new connection. Actually Ap fiber is for villages to digitalize . But the thing is here not even cables are installed. The one who take contract are not ready to provide due decrease in their established services.Provide mainly for villages so that they can be in forward updated to latest advancements....

I had used AP fibernet 100mbps plan and 30mbps WFH plan for about 8months.Initially I had issues due to band width chocking as many were using it for WFH.however after couple of weeks they had upgraded their bandwidth and resolved issues.Getting high speed internet box is not easy.Speed and connection stability depends on local operator.few operators were using single of cable for hathway, Act and AP fiber net connections,which may compromise the quality of network.Rate is high,for cable laying 1000,100mbps 400GB at 1200Rs.however paying 1200Rs is worth for 100mbps speed at Villages where there is no other option.

The net speed is 2 MBPS 😅😅😅 . The plan is of 30 MBPS. Worst speed.

Worst experience when it comes to the service. Doesnt maintain any records which month is being paid, also the quality of the video is poor on TV. Wi-Fi works as usual as price is quite low that comes up with both TV channels & WIFI is plus. Changing channels and appearing of the image takes such a time. Poor quality of service support doesnt care.

Set up box has repair frequently , cable operator has not responding , it takes 15 to 20 days for get back .. worst service never seen yet..

The TV will load for 2 minutes to get loaded and stream channels.The Internet speed (Wifi hotspot) is Very slow that Youtube should be streamed at 144p.And during the Channel streaming suddenly the TV will be off and again loading from the first.Slow streaming speed and slow Downloading speed(80 kbps) but they say 4 Mbps but 80kbps is max 😁.So better not to opt this one. One can get Mentally Tortured.

It is the head office for AP fiber grid and providing integrated services over broad band. IpTV, VoIP phone and multimedis and internet servives. Very pocket friendly and Good service provider managed by AP. Govt.

Even though the price of the fibernet is very good, the company itself is not in a situation to get customers due to politics in the local areas with other Broadband operators. Only a limited people in the limited localities are enjoying this benefit. The staff are just there for the sake of salaries only.

Former CM Chandrababu Naidu started a fantastic project on AP fiber net public private partnership policy with good intention to provide internet to all .. but now govt has changed.The present government is destroying the existence of such AP Fiber Net which is available at low rates to benefit the masses for the benefit of their own people and private companies.That is why its survival has been difficult for almost a year. The current govt has already removed its legs and made it impassable.If you already have a connection and the service is not good, it is the work done by the selected leaders that we have made. All new connections have been stopped.
