They have their own timings! They are open 24hr for scanning but the reports are not available after 6pm. They do diagnosis but the reports will be given on next day. This they won’t say in call or on the websites. You will get this after going to scan!! The management is not good! They have posters saying don’t give tips to management but staff still asks for money!! I went @630pm they made the scan and said reports will be given tomorrow! But there is poster saying reports after 7pm are given next day!! Their own rules! Simply patients will suffer!!

Not at all punctual. They told us to come by 7.30am and none turned up till 9.30am. cant even provide wheel chairs to sick patients

They might be having good equipment, but very poor management. It will take any thing like 6 to 9 hours before u get any Chance. They dont even tell before hand putting patient at higher risk.

Four stars are for its popularity. The staff here are always on the move. There was heavy crowd when I visited it. When comes to the appointment, they first collect the details and later on call us by name by standing at the door which is quite illogical and a little backward for it. Many people come there for different types of scans and xray and other tests. A little lag in attending may be observed but the testing and reports delivery will be done excellent. Staff are a bit cooperative. Premises is good and can be well identified. It is exactly opposite to the heart and brain Institute of Andhra hospitals. Also, pricing is a bit higher here.

Today my wife went to have scanning, the nurse asked whether she is married or not then let her inside, after that when doctor asked for my wifes problem to nurse she told other diagnostic problem, very bad behavior of both nurse and doctor...Plz check twice or more before going to take any scan

I went for COVID RT PCR test. Adhar card Xerox is mandatory to get the test done. The fee of the test is Rs. 750, they take oral swab and nasal swab. You need to fill in a form and the whole process takes around 10 mins depending on the crowd. The test reports are given same day by evening 8 pm.

Reports takes ages to finalise. For CT angio report ,it took 3 days. I dont recommend this diagnostic centre especially in emergency.

There is no token system, if you know anyone in management or office staff or if u have influence, you will be sent first without waiting. people with out recommendation have to wait for hours even if ur condition is critical.

Very worst experience. Careless staff. They have taken the samples two times separately wasting time. Not given all repots though they charged for all.

1. Zero Hygiene. Machine is not sanitized after every scan, it is highly risky to go here during COVID time.2. This place is very crowded and you need to wait 1-2hrs extra then the informed time. Fortunately their foot stand follows token system which is missing for people who are waiting, you need keep asking your waiting number.3. No respect: Staff literarily shout on individuals :( as if they are doing social service .4. Not even a sanitizer available.

One of my friend went for covid test and gave sample.They said reports will be sent on same day by evening but its been 2 days we didnt received any reports from them.I called them n number of times but they dont even pickup my calls.Very irresponsible staff and services.I will not going to recommend to anyone.

1.Too much waiting time(3-4hrs) instead they can give appointment time and ask to come2.Staff was asking to remove footwear before entering diagnostic centre ,but there were inappropriately disposed used syringes in CT room. Be careful.

Poor communication. When asked them for the availability of a test, they have said to come. When visited they give some lame reasons like doctor cannot take this up now. I suggest you to look for alternatives as these people lack the basic common sense of not committing to something that they can not deliver.

My Sister had a constant problem of headache and doctor advised her to go for MRI test. We were well received by the front office and later the Radiologists and his team were very informative at Pramodini Diagnostics. First they explained us in detail as to what they are going to do and why they are doing it which I liked. I find the team to be quick, prompt in service and had a good experience.

Worst place to go for scanning. They have to realize that patients time n money is as important as their business. We had to wait 7hrs to get our scanning done, but the staff who did the scan and the Radiologist were highly responsible and helped me get over my frustration.

I had accompanied my relative for some Tests to Pramodini Diagnostic center a month ago. Looks like the center has some of the best diagnostic infrastructure in Vijayawada and was happy to see that it was a quick process with the structured approach of the staff. Worst diagnostic centre I have ever seen. Irresponsible staff and radiologists never arrive on time. If a report says head of the baby is not visible, imagine the condition of pregnant woman. After waiting for many hours radiologist finished scan in few min and left without uttering a word and with incomplete report . If it were any other diagnostic centre, they take time, ask the patient to have some food/walk, so that the baby changes its position and rescan. Pregnant women loose consciousness if they come here for scan. Waste of time and money.
