Worst service ever in my life as per the discussion the agent told that MNP will happen in 4 days but nothing happened and worst service from the customer support as well. I preferred to cancel the MNP process.

Very very worst place, poor service... they are cheaters ,dont buy any sim ,no response to customer after the purchase ,they are charging too much for activation ,not at all attending the calls ....

Good service support at this Vellore main office..But, Dont go to small Vodafone stores like the one near dinakaran stop...Poor support and issue not solved.Also charged Rs.50 for sim alone while doing mnp.But at vellore main office they didnt charged for this ...

I dont know the rules of India about getting a sim card for the foreignersbut if it is strict then the sim card companies should be polite to refuse the foreign customersmy experience was very disheartedthey just waved their hand to me as if I was begging for a pennylack.of professionalism
