They didnt even look at our Sony Bravia TV.. it was 12 years old but the video is on great condition. But the the audio was not working. They didnt even attempted to debug the problem...

Worst ever service centre.. People with zero technical knowledge are working.. I had problems with my new controller. Adn they asked me to bring my whole ps4 to check it. How on the earth is this fair... Why would a service centre wont have a ps4.. Absolute pathetic

Worst service Ive ever seen. Took very long to service the device. No clear identification of exact issue when Technician checking at home, when checking at home said it was main board but after took to service center the problem was found in power board changed every board in the device no other board left and charged half of the device amount. While delivery they even not cross the door and handover in the steps and simply left youto do whatever since they collected the service charges.

Sony authorized service center provides excellent service and Sony care products are worth to the cost... I replaced my old Bluetooth earphones.

The service center is maintained very neat and the service is really good. Ive had my Sony headphones got here for service (Left side of the headphones is not working) but headphones service is not available here so they have my headphones replaced but it took 10 days for the replacement.You can communicate with the employees there in either English or Tamil.They will check the invoice copy and if it has a warranty they will see to it.You can easily find it in maps and it is fully air conditioned.So I hope that covers everything ✌️🤞.

I have bought Sony HT IV 300 Home Theater My Home Theatre System Such Worst Product My SUBWOOFER Got Failure And I Filed A Complaint But Not correct response From Sony Service Center Such Worst Service Center Worst Service Engineers.. So Much Of Disappointment. My Home Theater Problem Not Cleared Till Now

Worst service and attitude by the staff, handling customer with no respect charging amount for installation which is supposed to be free never expected from a brand like Sony, Sony should think of changing the service vendor else Sony brand name value will not be there in vellore in near future.

Really they have provided very good service. I have read many negative comments here but I have faced a nice experience during my music system service. The service technician explained me the fault and answered politely to all my questions and quarry.They have delivered the music system in the given date. Price also reasonable only.
