Food taste is ok . chicken not cooked properly. After we told, they replace.Card swipe machine is not working.Google pay, phone pay ,scanner also not available.Their is no other option. staff ask me pay cash. But I have cash I paid my bill.In case I dont have cash, searching atm after withdraw and pay, maintain properly dont give difficulty to tha customer.

Fairly good,Room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The bathroom had no water pressure and taps were broken, but was tidy and clean. Needs improvement, but on the whole it was good for an overnight.

I have only ordered twice from this place. First time it was a chicken biryani which was decent in taste and price was little high( acceptable for the standard of the hotel).The second time I ordered was the grilled fish steak. My expectations were beaten to death seeing the undersized portion. Total cost was 360rs and the overall quality i received is in the picture. The total according to me could be a maximum of probably 150rs. The quality was so little and the taste was just nominal. There was nothing exceptional in the presentation also. Dining in and delivery prices should differ if there is a difference in the food. Or the standard of such a reputed hotel is being undermined by the hotel management itself. Either bring down the prices or raise the standards of the delivery food also. I have heard about the tandoori and some good other foods. Hoping to try out those in the hotel ambience itself and give a 5 star dining review if satisfactory( will add it as an addentum). The stay at the hotel was comfortable. The room was spacious and had all amenities. The breakfast was particularly good. The only issue we faced was with the flush in the washroom. The staff was friendly and responsive to queries. The overall experience was good.We felt homely at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel were friendly.

Very good hotel with a good restaurant too. staff was very polite and courteous. I would have given 5 stars instead of 4 but for the wifi not working and we had to use the service lift each time as the cubicle lift was under renovation. Overall very comfortable stay with good parking facilities too. I have already recommended the hotel to a few friends.

Good location, Good ambience, Clean environment. My stay was Very good. The Hotel Staff were receptive and helpful. The hotel management offered me Complimentary breakfast one morning. Very kind of them.

The place is under heavy renovation, which is sorely needed. The room allowed to us, was decent and on the roomier side. However the age of this hotel shows but once their renovation is complete, it would be a pretty decent once. Right now you need to use the service elevator/lift next to the restaurant kitchen, and is a very cramped one, but okay for 3 to squeeze in. They have decent parking and best if all the staff really try their best to please you, are courteous and quick.

One of the best hotels ive stayed in. The rooms are very nice and washrooms are very tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly and well spoken. The restaurant ( The Red Indian ) has good ambience and the food is also tasty and served fast. The services are very fast and easily approachable. There is nothing to complain about this place.

Very nice value for money hotel.Ours was a family religious trip to Kanipakam and Kanchipuram. So selected Vellore as our point of stay. After a few research in TripAdvisor and a rating/reveiw vs cost trade off I zeroed down on Hotel Surabi International.Thankfully even after few , not so good reviews that I had read, it was pretty up to the mark.I am not at all sorry for my decision.Location is amazing.While the executive rooms are just 200 rupees more than the Standard rooms, they are much bigger.Having said that , the standard rooms are quite decent as well.Sleep quality was good due to good air conditioning and a comfortable bed.Food was very nice. They had sizzlers, noodles, Biriyani etc. Basically a good round of options.The complimentary breakfast is of South Indian variety only but is again very tasty and sumptuous.The staff were friendly and courteous enough, ex:- my kid is a naughty bratt and yet the staff were very friendly and patient with him, also Dosa was not a part of the standard breakfast menu but when we asked for it they immediately brought and served us one and then informed us that it was not part of the regular spread.The room service was prompt and very courteous.

Paying a bill of 7500 for three days they cant even afford the complimentary water bottles daily. And they are saying they forgot to keep them daily. And finally they have charged for the water bottles got from room service.It was very odd.Better not to prefer. Prefer Darling or Aavana Inn over this.

Taste is best! But the items are overpriced! And if you are gonna hold a party! Then make sure to check the list of items! They are putting some items that we didnt ever order! And people who serve there ask tips for them even if we refuse to give them they ask again and again! Hate those kind of gesture in such a big restaurant!

Nice clean rooms, staff very good, food also is very good. I will definitely be staying in this hotel during any of future visits. If they complete new lift installation work quickly then reception area shall look very good.

If 24 hours is over at early morning 5 A.M & If u have to leave the hotel at 9:30 A.M only as per your personal plan, They wont allow u to extend, they will simply tell that they can give only one hour grace period, then we have to check out & sit in lobby. If we request to extend hours, theyll push u away like a dog. Such a rude mentality they carry normally without any shame.2. As per their above said grace period, we have to check out at 6 A.M itself in the early morning, then, Do they want us to be fully dressed & sit in the lobby from 6 to 9:30 A.M. like a joker??.3. Is this the hospitality..??? Pathetic people. Fully money minded. Otherwise, theyll charge u hugely for the extra hours & theyll give a simple hand written bill only. Theyll smartly pressurize u in all ways continuously at night hours to bill u extra. I myself paid the extra money. I couldnt recollect the name of the staff who worked on 9th March 2018 night. But please beware of hotel surabi at vellore.4. If room is booked through Goibibo, then continuously theyll irritate u by telling that Sir, u have 12 hours only, but we are giving 24 hours. One of the worst place to stay in hotel I Payed 2300rs, and no hot water, no lift, restaurant is very poor, floor not clean. You get restaurant bills for food which u have not eaten and you will have to wait until receptionist calls all the waiter to clarify about it. Such a unprofessional management

I stayed at Surbhi International, Vellore for a day. I would not consider this hotel as value for money. Though they charge a hefty amount, the facilities were quite mean. In my case, the room land-line phone was not working properly. Though the internet wi-fi signal was strong, I was barely able to access the internet. There was not even a water kettle in the room. Bathroom was just OK. Only good point about the hotel is the complimentary breakfast. If you are a South Indian, you will relish the Idly, Dosa, Poori and Pongal provided by them. Overall, I feel the price is exorbitant.

Stayed for an overnight halt during a short road trip. Room was comfortable. Lift is being constructed and during the day, there is a lot of construction noise and dust. But if you are only using it as a night halt, should not be a problem.

Clean & Spacious rooms. However, house keeping is lacking big time although the staff was always very courteous.We requested our room to be cleaned during our 3 day stay but in spite of repeated requests house keeping did not show up. Had to make several requests for fresh towels. Some of the linen was soiled.Complimentary breakfast was good and the kitchen staff even made a custom breakfast for my mother who has a very specific diet requirement.
