Had Biryani and lollipop chicken here several times. We also enjoyed the special whole chicken with rice - the chicken was very juicy, tender and flavorful. We ended up enjoying one for lunch and one for dinner - easily serves 3 adults - Update - theyve increased price to $19+tax. The service is a bit lacking though therefore taking off one star. Also we called and ordered ahead and they ended up taking 15 minutes longer than they promised.

The staffs were rude especially one girl I dont know her name I ordered fish pakora and while measuring the pakora she just throwed in on the scale if was not late night I would have not purchased anything does not know service at all this was my first visit and the experience was very bad and even during busines hours one of the staff was sitting and eating I even have taken pictures of that staff eating .

Placed my order at 3:03pm and was told it would take 10 minutes. These people didnt even put the chicken in the fryer until 30 minutes later. The order was finally given to me at 3:45. This restaurant and their inept mangement totally ruined my potluck event as i was over 30 minutes late. I wish i could give zero stars. Will never be coming back.

Have been getting food from this location for the past 6 years almost 2 3 times a week, but stopped for along time and definitely NOT returning to this location!Found hair in my noodles. JUST opened the container and could see long hair. Contacted them by email but seems like they do not care as nobody replied anything.Definitely NOT going here and not recommending this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness of their food.

I called to ask if I could place an order for take out, and while the lady asked what I wouldve liked, everything I asked for she said we dont take orders for these items (the biryani, the lollipop chicken)... okay, so why is there an option to order these items online? Whats the reasoning behind being able to order one thing over the phone and not the others? The women that work here arent very polite. Though the food is tasty, the service can be improved.

Had a small family get together at home, with mostly homemade stuff, but ordered biryani from Silver Spoon. Its a decent biryani, not one of the best, but not bad either. But they messed up one of our 3 biryani boxes, they packed plain rice and little masala in one of them when we had asked for all 3 boxes to be spicy. So to both the restaurant and customers, check your boxes when packing/picking them up!

Our company ordered lunch for everyone from here. The portion is perfect per employee, price friendly and quality of food is not compromised. They’re able to ensure food container is microwavable (considering the cold weather). I do recommend the food here.

I have been ordering between $300-$400 worth of food every month recently using Uber Eats. The food is delicious but the rice combos portions are becoming smaller. The rice combo container size is now like a childrens lunch box. If it stays this way, I will no longer be ordering.

If you enjoy being disrespected then this is the place for you!I don’t appreciate having to call 3 times.The first time someone picked up and did not bother to say anything, they left the phone on and I could hear everything in the background.The second time the person picked up and hung up immediately.The third time I spoke with a woman who told me I could “only make a small order”, which I did, and then she apologized after I made the order saying she cannot accept pickup… what on earth?I will now drive over there and wait for god knows how long to try this food, and with my luck it’ll be just as bad as the service…It’s called hospitality, learn it, or at the very least be somewhat polite.

I was in the area and decided to try this restaurant. I ordered the Veggie Biryani & Chicken Karahi. The Veggie Biryani was decent but the Chicken Karahi was so SOUR it led me to get violently sick afterwards!!!The sauce/gravy was pure acid like they were throwing large amounts of vinegar or chemicals in. I had the worst upset stomach ache I’ve ever experienced in my life. Horrible Experience! I would never return here again. I hope they talk to their chef about this. I’ve had Chicken Karahi multiple times at other restaurants - never was it this sour!!

Worst customer service ever I order a chicken noddles the lady said we have it. You have to wait for 25 mins for the noddles after 25 mins the manger was like oh we dont have I was so upset like I have been waiting and now you are telling me that you dont have the noddles. They offer me free chicken biryani which is good but the customer could be better and need to learn commutation skills.

Good food for the price, all portions are very large. Chicken biryani was good, could be more spicy, but cant go wrong for this price. Naans were very fresh and not as oily as some other places, wish they were more crisp and not as soft. I was asked by the staff to do a Google review right after ordering without tasting my food, that was a turn down on an otherwise good experience. To the owner/staff: it was not wrong to kindly ask for a review AFTER having the food, it may not be your true intention but PLEASE do not force on customer or make them feel as such.

We frequently order lamb biryani, vege dishes and fish - oily but excellent. This weekend we had chicken tikka masala. Was a total disappointment. Like my guest described it, it was boiled chicken thrown into a overpowering tomato sour pickle sauce - not like tikka masala should taste.

Just got Chana Puri Nashta….. staff of young girls could not handle the orders besides the portion of food that they gave was almost half then actually provided earlier… Though they open at 11;00 for Saturday Nashta, nothing was ready and had to wait additionally 20 minutes… Their Puri is now like a deep fried chapatis, not at all crispy…. Their quantity and quality has deteriorate… Friday Naan offering has vanished, Biryani quantity on Tuesdays and reduced…. as the saying is everything ends…. Fannah…. Been here twice now to give it a chance. Food was okay both times. No chutney given with Biryani yesterday. Biryani could have been much better.It was +40 with the humidex yesterday and the restaurants doors were wide open. It was even hotter inside the restaurant. Tells me that owner does not care about comfort of employees or customers over saving a few dollars.There were flies flying around because doors were open, gross.

Severely disappointed with recent experience trying to place an order for catering for my son’s birthday. Giving two stars because past experiences with this location/franchisehave been fine/satisfactory but I will be avoiding ordering or doing takeout from here in the future.I had called a week ago and spoke to the evening manager about catering halwa puri for an event on the 21st and she mentioned that this could be done as their 7-item package for $7.99 which would include whatever comes with halwa puri breakfasts. I checked the website online and the price for this package was $8.99 but I figured that’s fine, maybe she got the price mixed up but it’s not far off. I asked if I could place the order and she recommended calling back two days prior to the event.This past weekend, I decided to call them earlier to see if they would take my order, and this time I got the morning manager who told me the price for the halwa puri package had gone up to $10-11 pp. I told her I’d gotten a cheaper number only a week prior and she just said that the prices had changed and there’s nothing she could do about that. I argued that I had wanted to place the order last week when I first called and the evening manager had told me that I just needed to call two days in advance. I explained what an inconvenience this would’ve been if I actually waited till Wednesday or Thursday this week to put the order through. Even after going back and forth with the evening manager, the morning manager didn’t budge, wouldn’t honour the $7.99 price or even try to meet me halfway. She even insisted that the prices for catering listed online were for mosques, which makes no sense bc it clearly states that they do catering for weddings, birthday parties and other special occasions.At the end of this, I got the owners name and number but I do not want to waste anymore time on this. I’m going with another Pakistani restaurant for catering.

I loved eating their biryani and the best part of it the quantity they give can easily fill three adults. A quick snack on the car best thing to try is their spring roll or even a chicken patties.I came to them just 30 minutes before closing the cashier was really patient and told me what they had left. They told me I would really like their halwa it was so good and had the just right amount of ghee. I tried their channa masala which was mouth watering dish.

Food was good but was charged $8 extra due to wrong items in the bill than given. Seems like this is a common issue with place hope this gets some attention to the billing staff to actually check with customers before they pay.I trust the billing people hence I usually dont check how much am paying but guess have to be careful from now on.

The worst customer service I have experienced. I placed a order for lunch and was told to pick up my food within 15 min but when I arrived I was told that because I was a little late to pickup my paid order that it was sold to someone els but was told that they would be more than happy to make a second order and it would only take 10 min but 30min after I was told that they have no chicken to complete my order. This unorganized food establishment needs a shake up in management or staff or even ownership what ever the case may be they have no respect for anyone’s time.PsI have had made a catering order from this place in the past once and even then they screwed up royally on my order and with guest in my house they really messed up their too. Don’t buy the tava chicken form here. Tava chicken is basically left over Bihari chicken from the days before that they cannot sell re marinated in new masala. I am so sick after having that.

It can be a little bit overwhelming at first with so many options available, but take your time and go through the dishes that you would like. I have tried food from here 3 times, and have loved it each and every time. Although, it may seem quite hectic at times, staff do try their best to help each and every customer. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portions you receive are very plentiful.

We were picking up from the Mississauga location for a number of years . Years before they made changes and either went into a partnership or was taken over.Pros , which is most important thing :(1)food taste great ,(2)Selection wonderfulCons: which is my opinion a reason to reconsider (based on history of going there )(1) they now fill the containers less than the size you order(2) much of what they put in is oily gravy to bring it to the 3/4 fill of the dishIts sad because there was another place prior to here we use to go to that this , and since the change they have changed ownership 3 Times and Im sure people felt the same way. Did I forget to mention the prices were increased as well at the point of management change .

Tasty food. A little too oily but it is something to expect with Indo/Pakistani food that is produced on a large scale. The kababs and fired items are very good and worth the visit, but I would not go here for the curries as there are many more restaurants in Mississauga which do an AMAZING job with curries in comparison to This place.

I’m going anywhere but this location for HALWA PURI. Puri was absolutely paper thin dough drenched in oil. Extremely bad and you do feel unhealthy and disgusting after eating it. There was zero effort put into it.

We ordered their Halwa Puri and it was absolutely disgusting. It was obvious that the Puri was store bought and deep fried. Which is why it was soggy and drenched in oil. The halwa was tasteless and only had food colouring. Lastly the chickpeas had no taste and you are better off cooking them at home. I would not recommend anyone to come here. Even one star is too high for them

We tried their “halwa puri” for the first time. And if you know what real halwa puri is like, you would Not come to this location again. The PURI here was literally bought from freshco or Costco, and drenched in oil. People come to restaurant to experience the real taste of asian food rather than premade stuff at the local grocery stores. If people wanted to just eat the food bought from the local grocery stores then they could just make it themselves. Trust me you are better off making this at home then coming here. I don’t know how to cook but I bet I can make better HALWA PURI than this. I will show you an images of what an actual PURI should look like and what their PURI looks like. Also their HALWA was extreme disappointing with no taste and only yellow food colouring.😠

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service I received from Irfan when I went to pick the family meal for six people I had ordered online. He packed the food in microwaveable containers so well that none of the containers leaked, I appreciate a server who does a great job, with a perfect display of relaxed competence. I ordered through Uber Eats and came on time to pick up my order when it said it was ready. I waited in the pickup line and everyone ahead of me was served in order. However, when it was my turn to pick up my food, I was showing my phone with the order number to the staff and he cut me off mid sentence to ask the woman behind me for her order number. I thought her order was ready first so I just waited and didn’t say anything. However her order was $150 worth of food and wasn’t ready yet and they still served her first. Everyone that came before and after me was served and I was waiting there for 40 minutes until I rang the bell multiple times to finally get them to pay attention to me. They clearly saw me because by then, I was the only one still waiting for my food. They then handed me my order that I had seen sitting there the entire duration I was waiting. I can’t understand why they were deliberately ignoring me and helping everyone else except for me but it is a very very disappointing and upsetting experience. When I finally got my food they neither apologized or acknowledged how long I had been standing there. Such horrible experience here.
