Vividha Novelties has been my all time favourite shopping hub..i recently placed a bulk order for return gifts, the variety of products and post sale service(gift wrapping, labelling, home delivery) was so prompt and bang on..The price was also reasonable also no compromise was done on quality. ....i highly recommend this place...

I have been Vividhas Customer since my Return to India in 2002, mainly and only because of the Senior Owners ever smiling friendly service. His Sons are now carrying forward that tradition with new and very pleasant addition. The shop has now been re-modelled for the 21st Century Look and it is great pleasure to be shopping there. One of the best gift shops on DP road. You can get cosmetics, stationary, cutlery, toys, games, accessories, ornaments, jewellery, decoration items and much more. The collection is good.Check the items properly before buying though, it seems some items are old and may not be in best condition.The staff can be a bit more friendly and knowledgeable. They sometimes dont understand what you are asking for.They keep seasonal items as well so its a good place to shop during Diwali, rakhi, holi etc.

They take exact amount as MRP and dont give a single penny discount. I could have bought the same items online with 2000 discout. never going there again

Very bad customer service. This was used to be my go to store for all my purchases. I even recommended this place to a lot of my friends. I had a horrible experience today. There are some staff who are very rude. I was so polite being a customer and even telling them to attend other customers while I choose the specific product I need to buy, but still they are so rude to me. I wanted to buy multiple items and they were telling me buy it if you want otherwise leave. Very disappointed. Never expected it from your store. You lost a regular customer.Reply to your response - Asking to reduce the price of the product was a general conversation I was having with the staff. I had already shortlisted 3 products. If price was the main issue, I would not have selected other 3 products as well. And while leaving I informed at the main counter about the rude behaviour. Please ask your team to improve the investigation and not to blame the customer for everything.

Sell fake Nd empty products particularly cosmetics with their own new labels and date... Absolutely fake and fraud. I will give zero star if there have been any option of that.. But I missed it.

Its a great gift shop - youll find all the generic things you need! You can find gifts for any age group and possibly any occasion. They also have a lot of decorations, stationary, toys, household items, jewellery and much more! Although it doesnt look big from the outside, its quite expansive inside. Great place to go if you wanna buy anything!

Good store having many options for cosmetics. Genuine service provider. Girls who attend you give good advice on cosmetics suitable for skin type and texture. You get good variety of stationary items and craft items.

Very prompt service. In this lockdown needed some books, got their number through FB, got in touch with them, gave them my requirement, and within 24 hours my books were delivered to me without any payment without any extra charge. Worst place to shop cosmetic , stationary and crockery. Very rude shop owner and his son or nephew, who does not value customers, no replacement policy for anything you from this shop... When you visit for purchasing they talk to you sweetly , once you pay for the item they are not bothered about product or customer service...they write they value for customer service but in reality they do not value ,show respect humanity to customer who comes for replacement or showing damaged product........one can shop online or go to malls instead of such shops

Fairly decent novelty shop near Parihar chowk. Broadly what can be found here: Makeup accessories on ground floor; Art and crafts accessories on 1st floor and a gift shop on 2nd floor. Canvas, colors, brushes, wood knives for oil/acrylic painting are available here. Wind chimes, Crockery, gifting items are also gettable. A good enough place to check out for needs in either section. But as its not a dedicated place for either, dont expect a lot.
