This place is good for nonveg food. The taste of chicken tandoori is palatable though there are huge chances for improvement in taste & cleanliness. The place is crowded by students as it is at walking distance from BHU gate. They can still reduce the price matching with the quality and improve the hygiene. The staff is courteous and friendly. Overall, one can have a decent non-veg meal and fulfil the satiety with happiness.

The chicken tangri and chicken biryani is a go to meal whenever you land up at this place.This place has not so good ambience but the taste here has so much to speak

We tried chicken roll and fried rice with chicken for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been Good decorated. Maharaja is always there as an option if one is planning to eat outside near Lanka. Dishes served are okay and price complements the quality of food.The main problem with Maharaja is ambience and cleanliness issue. I never found this place clean and hygienic.This place is tasty but ambience is not hygienic.

It has limited seats and the peak time is 7 to 9 in the evening. You could also order food from here through swiggy.

The best street side food you will get here..Staffs are lighter loose...But the owner of the same is very good.

Its been about 3 months Ive been staying here at Varanasi ( BHU to be specific ). Maharaja is the only worthy place to meet your carnivorous desires. The food is pleasant. The pricing is agreeable. No, they do not give any discounts to BHU students, but like I said , the menu price is justified.

Services are very poor only one waiter is there for taking customers order and he has to serve too and his behaviour with the customer was very rude and not appreciable. Sitting arangement was also not sufficient. Overall its a okay place.
