Burgers quality is degrading day by day. Burger King has more variety and better in taste and quality too. However, KFC S grilled chicken and buckets have no replacement at other similar places in the city. This store has Location advantage too and nice ambience.

The big 8 is wholesome.The flavour and the ambience this place offers is on another level.I tried choco mousse cake this time and it turned out to be amazing!

Entrance of the Outlet is way too good but when you come inside it is quite small and you will never find it spacious. Coming to the quality of food being served here is way too good. Overall it is a good KFC outlet available in Varanasi. You will really like the quality of food over here.

The only KFC store in Varanasi (on the date of this review) and have to say, a very well managed and classy one at that. Its slightly smaller than other fast food outlets here in Varanasi like burger King and McDonalds but nonetheless very cozy and relaxing. Food is as usual KFC tasting. May get crowded easily during peak times due to smaller size of the store.All n all, a good place to hang out with friends and family.

It wow. Location of kfc is good. I tried rice bowl popcorn, medium popcorn, smoky red and all was simply amazing. Also they measure temperature and asked for wear face mask. Behaviour of staff was good. Lighting was good.

I love KFC and I always eat once in a week but now they changed the menu don’t know why they removed hot wings ,my favourite thing that I ordered everytime ,hope they’ll again add hot wings

Located on main road...good service, good food, but little congested area for dine in, visited here for the first time in Varanasi, and the best thing is it is located just 2 km away from railway Station, not faced any difficulty to find it, i ordered here one chicken rice box, and i get it in hardly 10 minutes, test was good, like other branches, but chicken was little harder to bite which I dont expect from KFC, thats why Im giving 4 stars.. otherwise overall food quality is good.

The description of your staff is not good. Man told him that your food is cold, he replied that we are made in the same temperature. This means that you will not check what your customer says, very bad service and food too.

Quality of burger bun was not good. taste of chicken was not good as compared to other KFC stores.

KFC varanasi serve fresh and quality snacks, chicken, veg and non-veg burger. Its taste lure you to come again and again .You can eat fresh and fried chicken in cheap price but if you want to buy beverage like coldrink will cost 60 above . You can drink same coldrink from outside in cheap price .

Best place for hangoutI have spent there for 1-2 hours as iam waiting for someone who was coming from Allahabad to pickup me..I was new in Varanasi and i am searching place like CCd types, to spent my waiting hours. But i found this Outlet of KFC, and believe me it was so amazing experience there in respective of Staff behavior..I would suggest every body to kindly visit this outlet and enjoy the experience..Once again Im thanking so much to KFC Sigra(VNS) for my amazing hospitality..

The quality of their burgers have literally fall down through the roof, also they never realise the difference between tandoori zinger and classic zinger burger. they also leive discount particularly on large size buckets.

They are friendly but they fail to manage the crowd.Only single counter is open, the have been continuously giving the excuse that pc not working,Kfc is famous for there cleanliness, but varanasi kfc branch do not believe in this, heavy dust on the floor can be easily seen.

I placed an online order via app. And my experience was not good.1. There is proper track your order facility like other established apps like dominos pizza2. After receiving order and after my money was deducted they call me after half an hour to tell that you can not get your order as we dont deliver after 8pm.3. They then tell me that they deliver next day.

This place is definitely a disappointment. When the temperature outside is 47° Celsius, this outlet refuses to switch on the AC.I had to wait for 20 minutes for the table to be cleaned. Surprisingly, after he cleaned the table, it became dirtier and stinkier.The food was not up to the KFC standards elsewhere. It not only took around 30 minutes to arrive but was grossly undercooked as well.Would not recommend a visit to this place to anyone.The staff is really rude!
