Neat nd clean station

Needs cleanliness and more windows. Long queues all the time.

Its good.You have to stand in queue to get the ticket.And tatkal ticket are available in limited time.l which is last up to 10:00 am.The atmosphere is quite good but not as expected because still needs more hygienic.

Vapi station .... No train started from here even after seanof passengers board from here

All type of tickets available here. Reservation ticket counter have 3 window and local ticket counter also have 3 windows. Clean and tidy place.

One Of The Busiest Place In Vapi. There Is Usually A Mess Here And Remains Crowdy In The Day Time . But The Staff Is Quite Cooperative And Helpful To The Public . If You Want To Reserve Your Ticket From Here You Must Visit Here During Evening Hours As There Is Not So Much Crowd

It is nice but for reservation I Always saw the people standing in the line from last night. So solution can be made by using token system and whenver their turn comes it should be displayed on big screen.If it can be done it would be great relief for common people.

This station is developing very fast by government and focused on facilities and services that can be used.

Railway reservation counter all the sir or madam always friendly answers any people .so in Indian railways are always day to day better work . But Indian railways train passenger applied strict rules or regulations in train coche so not through dust any time in your around the seat or other seats so Indian railways clean and great effort this suggestions thank you

At vapi railway station generally too much bheed is there & que for tickets also is large.

In terms of ticket management and all its good. but in hygiene its worst.. There is a toilet🚽 just near the ticket counter wall that smells like hell

Awesome Place. The best thing here you get is the free wifi from Railwire. I connected and used it for half an hour until my train finally arrived.

Gotta say the most rude people in any goverment office i have seen i have even seen them thug innocent illlitrate people if i wouldnt have interfered they were gonna charge them for having the right ticket

Vapi railway station...It is better than before. Improvements been done but, some improvements got tragic and some halfway done...They have made new foot over bridge as older one was too narrow, new one is wider but its like climbing Mount Everest...Depth of stairs are too high and height of bridge itself is very much.Its a big challenge for elder people to go to 2nd and 1st platform...Elevator and plane elevated been made that only connects 2nd platform to west side, nothing to connect to east side.

Writing platforms to be increased, even windows has to be increase three times than at present. For Sr Citizens & Ladies a special 2 windows must be there.

Railway reservation counter at vapi is a bit rushy area. If you want to book general ticket kindly visit 20 minutes before the scheduled departure of our train. Automated ticket counter is not available on this place.. ATM is available just near the counter towards Silvassa.

Vapi Railway Reservation Counter. There are 4 counter for Reservation. I was noticed several times that there are some ticket booky. Because of them needy person cant get tatkal ticket
