Its a nice apartment, 8 floors it has, single lift is there with a good parking lot security guard available 24*7, society done some social activities also like Navratri celebration. But the worst thing happens in rain its underground is flooded by drainage water which very unhingenic. Here I share the top view from the balcony.

Very good building but poor place. Noise of vehicles with garbage area near it makes it like hell.
