Quality not consistent

Asopalav hotel in Vapi is a pure vegetarian restaurant. I recently visited this place to have dinner with my family. We started with veg manchow soup which was sour and wasnt up to the mark. Then we ordered paneer chilly and veg crispy. Paneer chilly was good enough but the crispy was full of artificial color and also very sweet. For main course we ordered paneer palak and aloo gobhi dry which wasnt dry but oily. Paneer palak was also blunt. Overall it wasnt a nice experience in terms of food. The service was also not very great. However, the price is reasonable.
