A comfortable stay with good staff serviceEmployees like Sonali seal and others at ginger are bliss to eye they serve pretty well

Recently visited this property for the work stay. The property is clean and the service is really good easy check in and check out process. The back side was from this hotel is really awesome with lots of greenery and the rates are also very reasonable. I would recommend to surely stay in this property.

Away from the Vapi town with beautiful view of the creek and lots of greenery. On the highway so locating it is easy. Nice room and good food availability.

Good place to stay but slow house keeping

Not maintained well. Linen looks like never has been changed since hotel opening. Food quality at the restaurant is furthermore bad.

Great place to take a halt on way to mumbai/ahmedabad

I had traveled all the way from Ahmedabad and reached Vapi location around 8 30. I requested receptionist to help with early check in or allow to use room for 15 to 20 mins but I was not allowed. I accepted it understanding their policy norms. Later in the evening I checked in around 8 00 pm and got my room after 15 to 20 mins of waiting as they were doing check in formalities, when I got my room it was twin bed so I requested receptionist to give me double bed instead for which hotel took more than 45 mins after lot of discussion. In morning to my surprise hot water was not coming , shower was leaking heavily and all the water was going at ceiling level, to fix this issue also they took more than 30 mins and could fix only shower issue. Hot water was still not provided. Dental kit was being charged. Check out also took long inspite giving prior intimation. Overall very poor experience

Too bad services to get after paying premium rates as compared with other hotels in Vapi, first of all it is far from proper Vapi city, secondly seeing the rates services dont match up. 3 hours early checkin and checkout will bee offered however they will deliberately make you wait for 2 hours stating that rooms are not ready and then again more wait in case you ask for a single size bed. for anything and everything you need to call reception as the other departments will ask you to call reception, seeing the charges what they charge they dont even provide basic amenities like the dental kit or shaving kit in the room, for complimentary breakfast spread is just very basic and you can understand the plight that they will serve you omelette but not the cheese omelette, so imagine the smart cost cutting these cheap group is opting for, definitely not going here again

It was good experience staying at ginger vapi all is good here from comfort to luxury all combined is there. all is there whatever we require as a business traveler.

The reception staff was New.so could not be of much help.view was excellent but you cant go to the river unless you are very overzealous.breakfast was good sumptuous and hygienic.rooms were good.5 kms from gunjan and 7 kms from 4 rasta.autos available frequently.nothing nearby.but can be accessed if you want to and if you have your vehicle.3 star dont know.but can say value for money.have a great stay.many other hotels available near gunjan.didnt explore about the prices.food especially thali is available at gunjan circle.

The hotel is good. Rooms are nice and clean. It is also located beside the NH 48 and on the banks of a river but it is located outside the Vapi city heart that is the only downside. Food is also good. I stayed there for 3 nights. It was a good experience.

WOW !1. Staff is overall cool & good. 2. Hotel is clean and hygienic.3. understand the visitor concern and do the needful to the best.4. Food quality is also awesome.5. Housekeeping staff was very enthusiastic , supportive and charming despite of there long 12 hrs working.CAN BE BEST !1. Service delivery after placing order is time taking , can be improved.2. During the short stay of 48 Hrs, no one had visited to take feedback, which is vital.3. There is no proper lighting in emergency exit ie. Stairs. Even after request of keeping light on during evening .... team in not taking the feedback positively.

This is a detailed review of what is good and what is bad in this hotel. Good Things:1. Good Parking Space2. Easy to find location3. Outside food allowedBad Things:1. Room service is too slow. If we ask for a water bottle, they take 10 minutes to send it. At times, they forget it too. We have to keep calling them to remind of the same. 2. I originally booked for room with king size bed, but when I made some changes, it automatically got converted to twin bed without any notification to me, I realized it only on check in. They took 1 day to get me another room with king bed. 3. We have to call and ask for room cleaning, only then theyll do it. Also, after cleaning the room, they forget to put the towels. We have to ask for it again by calling. 4. You cant access any floor unless you swipe your key in lift. I understand if its due to security but what if one person had to stay in room and other has to go out, the other person will have to stay in the room without electricity. 5. They give wifi user name and password but when we turn on the wifi, we dont get the connection. So weak network.6. Food quality is very pathetic compared to the charges. I would prefer eating out. 7. Also they dont keep stock of cold drink and in our stay of 5 days, their tandoor was always not working.

Bad experience. AC was not working properly and reception staff(male) least interested about guest service as well arguing over complain raised by us.

Ginger Vapi is one of my preferred hotel.I visited here 2 times. This is a too good hotel .I find the ambience very clean & safe. The staff is very professional & helpfull. The rooms are spacious & fully equipped. Overall a nice experience.

Property not maintained. Running noise from Air conditioner.

The stay was no where near even a normal stay leave enjoying it. The room first allocated was not clean with hair in the toilet, dustbin half full and bathroom drain chocked. The room got changed and was not that bad. Restaurant food not too bad but served half cooked paratha and served the same one by additionally cookin even after asking to change it. The worst part came when got stuck in elevator and neither the emergency button nor the call button was functional. Got out of it after 20mins though.Overall a pathetic experience.

Clean room, friendly staff, Only issue was Bedsheet was dirty with stains which they cleverly hid by pushing stained end under bed, So We didnt even notice until morningOverall Good experience

Tata group hotels and restaurant. Situated on NH48 on exterior of Vapi. Good ambience , food is also good. Location wise its good. Suggested to take room river view side to enjoy nature and ambience. Preferred by Couples , solo and business travelers. As its in exterior nothing to visit near by one have to travel down 10 to 12 km to explore city

Nice clean rooms. Views from some side of Hotel are really beautiful...bit far from city center..its not easy to commute if you dosent have your own vehicle rest its a good choice to stay.....

Located on the highway towards Mumbai. The hotel is on the outskirts of Vapi. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathroom is also clean and all amenities are in place. Restaurant provides good veg and non veg options. The food is somewhat costly. Staff at the front desk is good and ensures hassle free check in and check out. Complimentary breakfast is having limited options but taste is good. Value for money. Recommended to stay with family.

1) after taking over 40 mins for room cleaning before check-in, room was still dirty and full of dust.2) since they have list of guest (pax per room), still they didnt provide towel, floor mat proactively. Not even after checking in.3) after cleaning the room, room door was open.4) though the room was booked for 2 days, staff was harrassing since morning of 2nd day asking by when you are going to check out.5) since it is low budget business hotel, it is obvious there are limited staff, but 1 out of 2 lifts stopped working and no helper or trolly available for luggage movement. Long waiting to access single lift6) even though having service lift, staff didnt bother to inform how to access the same.Overall experience - terrible.

Pathetic on the safety front. Cleaners enter the room at 3am in the night on the pretext of cleaning the room! Really shocked that a TATA property can be run like this.

It was nice experience while staying at Hotel Ginger, Vapi. The room was good and the service too, the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved further.

Overall delayed in check in at 8 pm with few challanges in room cleaning but overall ended up with decent stay experience.

Location is on the bank of a small river. The river side is scenic. Location is adjacent to highway and easily accessible.I stayed there with my family and friends for 2 days in Dec 2019. Being year end the hotel was full and services were slow. One of the rooms had fan that was making noise.For other days when hotel is not sold out, I guess it would score 4 stars.

Dont ever book a room in there, Our guest reach there, as soon as they reach, purse got stolen from one of the guards of hotel , after several complaints hotel owners also didnt responded and at the end we didnt got our purse back. Pathetic service. Totally disappointed.

We wanted a hygenic, comfy place with secure parking area. Lucky to get this hotel which scored 10/10 on all our requirements. Value for money hotel. Nice & hygienic. Off State Highway no 186. Ideal location if you are visiting Daman or GIDC . Rooms are spacious & well planned. Reception & restaurant are on 3rd floor.There is a gym & small meeting room on this floor as well. And rooms are 3rd floor onwards. Ask for room no 719/819 for best view. Ample parking space available at lower ground level. Food is ok. breakfast menu repeats after 2/3rd day. Wi-Fi for upto devices is complementary & with limited speed. Overall good hotel.

Stayed for one night with family. Rooms were super clean. Washrooms were good with hot water. Dolly - the front desk/reception representative/manager was helpful. Helped in early check in. The restaurant food was ok but problem was with plates/bowls etc. They were really dirty with permanent black stains. The location is also on Highway so if you are visiting for holiday its tough to get auto/cabs. So I recommend this hotel only if you are on business trip for small duration.
